FAITHFUL SERVICE REGARDING HUMAN LIFE 24 HOURS SERVICE

Highly recommended Gynaecologist in and around Varanasi. Time spent on each patient is worth mentioning along with attention to details given on observations. Doctors, especially Dr. Usha Gupta and Dr. Kaveri Gupta, and other staff members are very humble and soft spoken.

I came here to meet my relative, Here's atmosphere is so nice. People are aware of sanitization. Doctors and Nurses are very Polite, specially *Dr. Kaveri Gupta,she is a very good & honest person*The Staff is also very cooperative and they come for examine the patient regularly.

Dr. Usha Gupta is the Best Gynaecologist in Uttar Pradesh. She, along with her Daughters in Law, Dr. Kaveri Gupta and Dr. Deepali Gupta make possibly the best team of Gynaecologists and are literally a boon to the city of Varanasi and nearby towns as well. I was Born in the Aashirwad Hospital and my son who is 12 now was also born in the same hospital. Our experience could not have been better. The doctors and staff give that special care and human touch that is much needed in medical care specially child birth which is a very sensitive area. Aashirwad Hospital has recently been upgraded with a new wing which is truly world class and at par with the best hospitals in India if not better in all aspects. I personally cannot think of ever going to another hospital and team of doctors who take immense care of me and my family.

Very nice service. All staffs are very nice and Johnson Mathew Sir, HR @ Ashirwad Hospital is also well supporting to Customers. Usha Madam is also an experiencing doctor and listen to customer very well and solve the problems at their best.

Highly recommended. They are immensely qualified doctors and a great consultant. Their diagnosis for the patient is remarkable. Dr. Usha Gupta and Dr. Kaveri Gupta are expertise in their respective fields. One of the best gynaecologists in varanasi .

Doctors are highly qualified and careful to their patients ans nurses and staffs are also supportive as well, but it's really very costly. A normal people will not be able to afford it's cost.

They are one of the best restaurants in the Holy city of Banaras for fine dining. I have tried their butter chicken and mushroom duplex. They are too good. Although, their Chinese on the other hand is okayish. You should try their mouth watering desserts and the paan shots that they have complementary is amazing

A great place to eat. Ordered cigar roll in starter which were delicious and very well presented. Main tried Kumbh makkai palak which was also yummy. If love to eat do visit once. The service is very good with well mannered staff. Best part they serve u with pan shot at last.

Food is Good but Worst service and Bad Staff.

The service was very bad and slow .. the waiter was not paying attention and ignoring . So we told manager to suggest some dish for main course which was chicken changeji . But the dish he suggested has so much of black pepper in it we told him to taste it ,so when he realized he told he will get it changed, but instead of changing it I guess he just modified it and made it salty .. then again when we told him he was not ready to accept it and when the waiter tasted he accepted it then told he will cancel it . But then he told he will give some other gravy we ordered the gravy of butter chicken which was also very bad in taste . So basically the food, service , and the behavior of manager and Waiter was not up to the mark .. it was very disappointing and waste of money .

The quality and quantity of the food are good but I'm a little disappointed by the way they pack their items for home delivery. Hopefully, that improves in future.

When we reached we had to wait 20 minutes to get a seat, the taste was good, they provided wet tissues to clean your hands before starting the meal and at the end they provided complimentary paan shots. The ambience is also good.

Had an amazing time in The Taste Factory. Have got a few complimentary drinks n snacks i.e. pan shots, blue night and palak chat.<br/>Ambiance is super awesome and a little dim light completely bring the change in the ambiance of restaurants which i personally liked alot. A good place to go with friends and family. Nice place... Many seats are available.. Ambience is decent... Food is good.. Presentation is very nice.. Food quality may be improved.. Quantity of food served is fine ... Just need some improvement in taste too..!!!

Very poor poor murgi handi ., Gravy become very sweet and non spicy , it's like normal vegetable gravy... Gravy of murg handi become hot and spicy....

The name sounds much promising but the whole affiar is over rated. The ratings can be given to presentation, ambience and service. But the crux of the whole experience, food is ok only. Cigar rolls were disappointing. Brittany favourite mocktail is nothing more than strawberry smoothie despite showing various ingredients in the menu. Filling of Aatishi Aalu is bland and disappointing. Hence, I finished starters and avoided to go for dinner. They have potential to improve much as they charge premium money to customers that can be utilized to hire a good shef. And the person who came to take feedback ran away when I explained my point in calm manner

I saw a lot of people at The Taste Factory pretty satisfied with the look and feel of the place. I’d say it is rather elegant for a great dinner date in Varanasi. The prices are on the higher side. The food wasn’t particularly spectacular neither in spread nor taste. But it wasn’t that bad an affair. Again, I’d have hoped they were slightly swifter with their service. I mostly ordered a North Indian fare and was satisfied with the quality and taste of the preparations.

Ambiance was good, it was a good experience with a live music in background. Presentation of food was also good. Service was also good. You can give a try and must try cigar roll.

This restaurant is one of it's kind.<br/><br/>Firstly, sanitizing napkins were provided, followed by a starter dahi-palak chaat, a complimentary dish. Then ordered a plate of Paneer malai tikka. The tikkas were nice but it should have been a bit saucy. The quantity was too good for two. I would suggest the chef ask their customers how would they like their preparation. Because I found it very very spicy. And had 2-3glasses of water. So I ended up having just one dish. After that, they had served very cute little pan shots, which were really super satisfying my taste buds. The ambiance of the restaurant is very classy. Perfect for kitties, dates and birthdays, dinners. Hopefully, would love to visit soon. One thing, that they have a variety of non-veg dishes so overall good place to dine-in.

Great Ambience of fine dining in Varanasi. The seating area is so classy. They start with complementary palak chaat which is very drooling. We tried Britney's favourite mocktails, which was really a mocktail, I would rank it 1 in whole of Varanasi. Then we tried chilli chicken which was perfect crispy and amazing. Then we tried the well presented cigar rolls each dipped in salsa sauce which was worth seeing and witnessing. They end with pan shots which are again the best among the newly introduced paan shakes or mocktails around Varanasi. They serve the mouth refreshments in a small caught made of jute which is the traditional way.

I want to say that food is best but be careful of packaging. Owner of restaurant and zomato should maintain packing of food. They deliver in small jhola. Nan and roti in foil paper. Make Deliver in box packing. You are charging taxes and delivery charge too. Then why not delivery in good packing. Think about it.

The restro interior is superb, sets good mood with the light music. The staff are very friendly and service is good. The food was amazing and they have come up with very new dishes to try in varanasi like chocolate bomb which is their speciality and mocktails were also superb and the names of the drinks are the next best creative thing to remember and cheer the drinks. My favourite were Paneer malai tikka and makacholam (Crispy corns). Must visit this place.

This place is the worth the money spending. Great ambience, great service, great staff. Also they service complimentary papdi chat in the beginning and pan shot at the end. I went here 2 days ago and ordered cigar rolls and chilli garlic noodles. Cigar rolls were great in taste, chilli garlic noodles were also good in quantity. I was here few days ago for one of my friend's birthday celebration. I must say that the interior has a soothing retropub like feeling and the decor was equally blended with the whole atmosphere.<br/>We ordered Cigar roll and Golden Crispy Baby corn as starters and it was brilliantly presented and the taste was good. They gave us a compliment dish Palak Papdi Chaat which had a pretty moderate taste.<br/>The main course comprised of Murgh Boti Masala, Shahi paneer and Tandoori Roti. Murgh Boti Masala was spicy and sufficient for 3 people. The Shahi Paneer had a thick creamish gravy and tasted as usually expected.<br/>The hospitality and service was quite impressive. At the end they took our feedback and gave a game like casino to play which would have cut off the bill of one of our starters if we would have won it but we weren't that lucky enough.<br/>It was a pleasing experience overall and hope they continue their service like this in future as well.

The place has a really nice modern ambience and seating place. I visited the place yesterday with my friends. I ordered the veg pizza, but I was really disappointed with the taste and had to sent it back as something seemed wrong with it. Also ordered the cigar rolls and TTF special mocktail. I was really pleased with the taste of the two. The place is a bit costly.

Been to this place many times so i've kind of mix experience. No doubt this place is beautiful and the interiors will make you fall in love with this place. The decor is perfect and the lighting arrangements are done beautifully. Divided into different separate sitting areas this place is perfect for all kind of groups. Now coming to the staff and service, the staff are courteous and cooperative but sometimes they do lack in providing service up to the mark. I ordered a Veg Pasta but Chicken Curry was delivered. The only response I got was a Sorry. This was such a grave mistake but it seems I am helpless.

It has good ambiance. Quite different menu and it's good too. It has a welcome paapdi chat and a goodbye drink as well. I really like the papdi chat. I ordered cigar roll which is very tasty. The presentation is very impressive.

The food was over all too spicy and the manchurian was not at all good ... The taste of the food was just fine.. So it could be better nest time i guesss

Ambience ok.. service ok.. staff was in hurry that we should take main course by the time we were having our starters.. asked for chicken Biryani, it felt that chicken was separately placed in rice as it was icy cold and rice was also uncooked.. last night t not the least they got me a finger bowl with super cold water to wash the hand.. may be they felt it's very hot outside..<br/><br/>It's by shubhang Agrawal

The ambiance is really nice. The subtle lights, high as well as low sitting, a separate section for a big group and slow music.. The set up is perfect.<br/><br/>For food, we tried:<br/>- Manchow soup: Loads of vegetables, perfect spice and crisp non oily noodles! Thumbs up<br/>- Manchurian: Good quantity, and flavoursome<br/>- Kadhai Paneer: Loaded with oil and misses a few spices in it. So not recommended<br/>- Dal Makhani : Average<br/>- Breads: Crisp and well cooked.<br/>- Sizzling brownie: The chocolate sauce is a turn off. Otherwise good.<br/><br/>Overall,<br/>Food: 3/5<br/>Ambiance: 4/5<br/>Service:4/5<br/>Value for money: 3/5

I have been to this place with my family... And I must say...Amazing place with awesome food and gracious hospitality... The best place in Varanasi to hang out.. Kudos !!!

You started good but you arent the one that should be rated 5 star.<br/>Slow service and detoriating food quality. If you cant maintain you are surely not the one worth enough visiting multiple times.

Disappointed. Went out for lunch with friends. The ambience is nice and inviting. The menu offers a wide selection of starters and Indian main course. The food itself was not bad, the mocktails were disappointing.Nevertheless, I would have given it another try had the service not been as bad. We waited for more than an hour for our starters, ended up leaving before the main course could be served. The staff seemed untrained and the manager(or the person who seemed to be the manager) was clueless about how long has each table been waiting for.

The ambience as well as the food is decorated here with dexterity. All the dishes from shakes to the main course breads are garnished in a very different and interesting manner increasing the taste of the food through the visual senses. The food is delicious with the signature dish being one of its kind. Must visit place. I have been here thrice with a different set of friends each time and all of them liking the place for sure.

I have been to this place twice, so I have got a mixed review for this place.<br/><br/>The ambience is great and lively , the sitting arrangement is nice and cosy. The interior is thoughtful and well decorated with dim lights.<br/><br/>The staff here is trained but you have to remind them time and again for the things before they listen to you. We waited atleast 15 mins before someone came with a menu. Also we had to ask for cutleries few times before we got few , and also you have to remind them to refill your glass of water almost every time. Also on my first visit I had ordered a shake but it was not served until my dinner was over so I had to cancel it. On the second visit the moctails arrived only after we were about to get up from our dinner.The service is what need a lot of improvement here.<br/><br/>Coming to the food there American Choupsey was great and also the spring rolls (the names might be different) thoughtfully served.<br/><br/>The north india was also good , specially the Chana Masala and the Dal Bukhara, the Roti's were fresh and hot. The matar mushroom was not upto my expectations it seemed undercooked.<br/><br/>Now coming to the mocktails don't go for the senorita and the tiger swing. The blue night and green valley were something different in taste and appreciable.<br/><br/>The dessert was good brownie icecream.<br/><br/>Also you get a complimentary dish. (Unsure what it is) but it's good.<br/><br/>Also you get a 15% BHU discount.

Superb Experience. Went out for a Lunch Party. Turned out to be a memorable and relishing experience. Both the Vegetarian and Non - Vegetarian Dishes/Items are delicately and adequately flavored. <br/><br/>Service too was quick and prompt. Considering the prime location at which the Taste Factory is located -- Mahmoorganj, this Restaurant needs some Promotion and Marketing. Price wise as well, the Menu Items are not exorbitantly priced. <br/><br/>Try to taste and get a hand on the Pan Shots at the end. Ask the Manager for the same. He will happy to oblige. <br/><br/>Only limitation which I felt is that during peak hours (Lunch and Dinner), it tends to get crowded. So therefore, it is advisable to call up the Restaurant and book your table well in advance. <br/><br/>Overall Rating from my end regarding the Taste Factory at Mahmoorganj will be 5.0/5. Try it out once, you will not be disappointed.,
