Two main points: Cold Burger and Staff answering my question. Staff (even though they were polite) were not as helpful as I hoped when I was placing the order using the machine. I had to figure it out myself. They actually told me the wrong info to the question I asked while placing the order using the machine. Worse than that is even I though I ate there (not delivery or take out) my burger was so cold. This isn't the first time. It's actually the 3rd time this month. Why does this keep happening? Please I hope this doesn't happen again I absolutely love Mcdonalds. It's my go to Fast food restaurant. I usually score 5/5 because I never got sick eating here and everything is so tasty and satisfying.

The view is AMAZING from the top floor and makes for a great time. The staff is nice and also relatively quick, while the food is just like any McDonald's. The internet is a huge issue near the billing counter because I couldn't get any signal to pay via UPI so keep that mind. It's nice but end of the day it is still just McDonald's.

We had Cold Coffee and Ice Cream. Ice Cream is the best and cold coffee is good. Atmosphere can be worked to make it a best experience. Service is beyond imagination, one of the finest and the best service so far. Keep up the great work team. Kudos.

Open restaurant, on top floor. One can enjoy the tower view, as most of the tables are set up along the glass. Standard McDonald's food. Tasty and well maintained. Expect rush on weekends. Recommendation - Mc Aloo Tikki with Cold Coffee/McFlurry.

This Mc Donald outlet located in the food court area inside CMR central. Place is spacious, decent seating arrangements, staff is polite, quick to serve & mc cafe offers some great drinks to choose from. Pricing is decent keeping in mind its inside a mall. Ordered a Mc Veggie Large Burger Meal with cheese & swapped my soda drink for chocolate milkshake. Paid the additional price for this. They offer a free peri peri shake bag if you order any large meal which was a bonus. My Bill amount was 273/- incl taxes. This Outlet is clean, with decent decor, ambience & the view from the window during the night showing vizag at night all lit up was pretty good. As a non resident i found the place pretty good for a meal. Veg burger with cheese was superb, large fries with sauce & peri peri sachet mix, along with my chocolate shake which was thick & yummy. Had a lovely time here. One request to mc donalds , please upsize/ increase your burger size as well . Not just the chips & drink size. Please give it a thought.

In CMR Central Mall...ordered McD fried chicken and chicken burger.. Burgers are always special in McD..Fried chicken is not upto the standards..It has a private space for birthday parties🎉

I wouldn't say this kind of food is good. Occasional cheat should be ok. Don't get addicted.. These are basically frozen, stored for long, hence, lots of preservatives, flavour enhancers, etc.... Dangerous for regular consumption...

McDonald's is nice place to eat. And the food was very tasty. And prices also reasonable. We appreciate that they have started home deliveries. And birthday party hall is available for giving wonderful experience on birthdays all u need to do is book before 4days...... Baby sitting also availble

The service is nice and staff at the entrance help us in choosing the order and there nice to communicate with and burgers where tasty but the soft drinks may there should lessen the water content.

I love everything about Central.. specially Fun zone and food zone.. it's been my favourite place to hang out..

The only bad thing about this McDonald's they don't have proper air condition. So smell of the food you can feel it. Otherwise food and services all the things are good. Only McDonald available in the City as of now

Decent options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, including separate oils and kitchen utensils.<br/><br/>Food comes with good packaging and is always cooked only after the order is placed (some of them raw food items are stored in a freezer though), so they taste fresh nevertheless.<br/><br/>Healthy foodie Alert! 90-95% of the food served here is for your cheat meal. I mean, most of the dishes have fat & oil, and a lot of it.

The Maharaja Mac is very taste and is quite good portion which fills ones stomach the chicken nuggets are so fresh and crispy from outside and tender from inside

I had the burgers of Mc Donald's in many places like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam etc., ... But, the burgers of Mc Donald's Visakhapatnam are the worst of all of them... They don't know how to prepare french fries, how to make burger patties, no cooperative staff and many others...

The popular franchise is finally in vizag and is winning hearts all over. The menu includes most variety of burgers and siders of chicken wings, nuggets.the burgers are just amazing. A must try place for burger lovers

Have ordered a mcveggie happy meal and a mc maha raja mac pac.. The soft drinks that were suppoesed to come with this order hasnt been delivered.. The restaurant picked up my call first and said that they will call, no call back was received, tried calling them again no answer... Very poor customer service

Located in the food court of the CMR Central Mall, this place has a good view. Had the Pizza McPuff and the Veg. Maharaja Mac. The Pizza McPuff was good and the Maharaja Mac was good too. Overall, it was a good meal.

I ordered the chicken wrap meal ,it's good but they missed coke to deliver me ..so please be careful to do not miss the items when you packed it . As a customer we may not check it every time what is inside in the pack

Incomplete order was delivered by MCD vizag, they messed up every item, only 1 solft serve hot fudge was sent even after ordering 2, the fries were cold and soggy, mcchicken and chicken kebab naan were also cold. Even the toy in the happy meal was missing.

Veg Mac maharaja is the best burger. It tastes sooo yummy 😋 any one who is buger lovers then go to mc donals. Best place to hang out with friends.

I had been to this joint on a weekday for lunch. The amazing thing about this outlet is the view that you get while dining in.<br/>The service is quick and staff is friendly and cordial.<br/>We actually had all types of veg burgers in the menu.<br/>We tried the American patty, the Mexican patty, Mc veggie and mc paneer.<br/>The American patty burger is amazing and highly recommended!<br/>We also tried the normal fries with peri peri. Just another trademark dish from this joint.<br/>Lastly we ordered hot chocolate. Truely amazing and perfectly done! Highly recommended again!<br/>Overall an awesome and amazing joint and my experience was pretty much great.

Really a good place for coffee. Visited several times.... A lot more to eat but satisfied with coffee much.. Good things happens at mc Donalds every time.

The food quality was on par with the standard expectation of the franchise but rather cold. Though it was over an hour after prepaid order, the app kept showing estimated delivery time that was 30 mins past. Upon calling up the outlet, it took them a while to trace down my order and I was informed that my order was "accidentally" closed by some staff assuming the order was prepared/dispatched/delivered. After the reassurance of my name and ordered items, I received my order within 15 minutes in a cold baggage with extra chicken strips as a cheap trick to appease.

We all know McDonald's, McDonald's India provide the real taste of spice. Cheap and best. The aloo tikki, best place to hangout with friends.

McD is an international brand and everyone knows the quality of this awesome brand. I love the most of McD is their deserts and really friendly staff. Waited too long for a franchise in vizag and the wait was worthy.

If there was any negative ranking i would have given that because that bad and worst experience i had with this mc donalds.. first of all they took 40 mins just to prepare fries and rice bowl and on top of that the taste of that rice bowl was horrible..wedges were just big chunks of potato which was half cooked... high time to increase quality and taste...

Actually from beginning onwards iam an online buff and always choose online payments and vouchers in McDonald's till now they dealt everything with patience.today I got a problem that unable to solve neither voucher issued company too .but today KISHAN from McDonald's had solved with Greatitude wisely. The first outlet of the long awaited McDonald's chain in Vizag. Obviously having a huge crowd of customers to deal with :D The service is a little slow but understandable.

Looks like a C grade restaurant with the so called employees too busy on their phones instead of attending to the customer! Snob value= 5/5. On my list for a long time but a big turn off when I actually paid a visit on a weekday. Maybe they work only weekends! Look like zombies with no energy in them!! Never going back again!! If you wanna eat crappy food dished out with shoddy service then this is the place to be.<br/><br/>You want to eat junk then skip this place and go to KFC. Thank god! It entered the city! Nothing different from a regular mcdonalds but the service and seating is good. One can come once in a while to enjoy their floats, burgers and fries.

Its my experience, it was quite good except the cone. I know that the vanilla cone is very soft and smooth but one day it was just like a frozen ice. I don't totally blame McD it might be technical reason or maybe I was quite early for the ice to become smooth(I was there at 11AM) or something else.

Horrible experience , so crowdy n can't make it to their best . There is no sitting area people sitting in so congested way so noisy better avoid going in vizag unless they have a new store

I love McDonald's... But in vizag little disappointed with organization and availability of varities.. Fries in McDonald's are very good but here they were not fresh... They are not live... And some of burgers are not available especially mc grill..

It is kinda weird reviewing a fast food franchise but here goes<br/>Adequate seating arrangement is there but since it is a new restaurant it is crowded on weekends and holidays<br/>The mccafe has skilled staff and are pretty good at what they do<br/>The main kitchen is efficient and fast except for the beverages part as I thought it could be a little closed<br/>Except that it is same McDonald's ☺

Mc Donald's is best burger bet for me in world. Finally in Visakhapatnam. Occasionally eating burger is very relaxing to mind and soul. Coke float Is so refreshing. This is the second store I have visited in India.

I got something in Mc Flurry Oreo which is like wood. The response from staff is they might got it in Oreo and they can't see it. So tomorrow if an insect comes also they won't care. They won't check of the food items delivered by their vendors. What are the food safety measures they are taking? Are we eating garbage by paying money? I tried to give feedback in the site provided in the bill, but it says in correct invoice number. So their site also not working. Very bad.<br/><br/>Leaving negatives aside, Paneer wrap is very good. I like Mc Flurry also very much, but my bad experience with it made me afraid.<br/><br/>Worst management no response till now.

Taste is almost same as other MC outlets, prices are very reasonable and coming to food Peri Peri French fries,mexican cheesy fries,maharaja mc,mc spicy chicken,chicken nuggets,softy cone,mc flurry Oreo will steal the show and the remaining items were just okayish.ambience was nice, the only thing that disappointed me is unprofessional staff may be that's y most of the top rated restaurants will not hire local people as staff, overall a decent place to hangout wid friends there was also a small private cabin for partys

Definitely a good setup. I expected McD to setup a stand alone restaurant, but its okay. Very very long queues. May be because it's new in Vizag. Anything new in Vizag will have a similar scenario (remember Paradise). <br/><br/>My fav McChicken Meal and Soft Serve and Brownies.. all tasted as good as they can be. Totally worth it.<br/><br/>The best thing is the price. No hidden taxes/rates. You pay what you see on the menu.

Menu is limited but good food ... totally reasonable prices. Place is nice and service is nice too. Maharaja mac is worth trying ...........

Finally vizag has its first McDonald's outlet in addition to McCafe,aur kitne ache din Chahiye mitroon.I went to McDonald's on second day I think and ordered maharaja jr chicken burger,choco oreo shake.Choco Oreo shake was great but price was bit expensive whereas I always find burgers kind of similar in taste at most of the outlets.
