We take breakfast at here we ate allo prantha with Curd & Milk Tea. Tasty food…
Universal Monarch
Had been there for dinner, they had sumptuous meal option and they serve only veg. It’s located on the highway, but not like other ordinary dhaba. The food tasted well but very limited options.

Delightful Punjabi dhaba experience! Authentic flavors, vibrant ambiance, and friendly staff. Must-visit for hearty meals and traditional delights. Thank you!

Food was nice .. service was good and fast Nice place with family 😃
Preet Bhatti
It was really good. The service, the service men and the most important, food. It was really very tasty. I tried dal makhni and kdahi paneer and it was very yummy. Place was too good, prioritised with cleanliness. The most important thing, the menu card was good too. 😂😅👌♠️

Great place to hang out with friends and family. It's offer nice food Punjabi style. This is pure vegetarian dhaba. Though you very less items on menu but they are worth to try. Ambiance is good too...it has both AC and non AC place to have food. Two small swings are there for fun time for children. Enough place for parking. Try simple dishes like bangan Ka bharta , dum allo.

It's An good place for taking meal ....specaialy pure veg. In Punjabi style Ambience and decoration was too good and attractive specialy desi Katia theme is impressive ...menu is it printed in dapli 😍😍 Place was too hygenic and well maintained...service was too quick Food was too good in taste specailly yellow dal-chawal ...I loved that..I definitely give 10/10 in tasty food with reasonable prices ... This dhaba is side way of road ..u can easly approchable ....u might be problem with car parking ....bt lot of places there .. I really enjoyed here veg. Food in Punjabi style🥰🥰🥰😍

Located on Chandigarh ambala highway this place has always been a curiosity for commuters. Famous for its special attraction as the love for Kohinoor of Punjabi music industry - Gurdass Mann. Over a period of time owner has tried his best to provide a neat and clean ambience for the food lovers. But, has overlooked the quality and taste of food. Shining colourful lights and music are not enough to attract the customers on a longer run. So, I hope owner will take this as suggestion and will work on the quality of food.

Quick service and they serve good food. Staff is polite and helping 😁

Purani wali baat nhi rahi baaki its ok for. Visiting one time or more as per ones desire after tasting the food...

Food was decent. We ordered paneer do pyaar, dal makhni and saag. The saag didn’t seem fresh though. Everything else was good. The utensils could have been a little cleaner. The pan they serve is highly overpriced at ₹50 per pan. One plate of dal makhni is ₹80 and one pan is ₹50, that’s a little ridiculous. The food tasted good and fresh though, expect for the saag. Their lacha parantha is also decent, you could try that. Also, there’s no Sethi Dhaba there anymore, it’s Sethan da Dhaba now. Don’t get confused looking for it. Thanks.

This place is really good. If you want to have cheese prantha late night around 2 am with friends along with tea. It is open most of the times late night. Though food quality is average. 💓💓

Food / Drink - Dhabe da food. Punjabi rotis and sabzis. With lassis and kulfis too. Usual menu. But mediocre in taste, quality and quantity. A sore disappointment. Lassi at a dhabas was apparently the best. But here, it was just sugary water!<br/><br/>Price - Well priced. No complaints here. <br/><br/>Service - Fast and Friendly. Very dhaba like!<br/><br/>Ambience - This the best part of the dhaba. Smiling pictures of famous personalities. Some funny jokes written on walls. Sets you right into a happy mood. Spacious seating as well. <br/><br/>Location - Easy to locate. Rely on maps.<br/><br/>Parking - Street.<br/><br/>Speciality - Disappointing dhaba food. <br/><br/>Must try? - Stay away!<br/><br/>Pro tip - Hype and reality don’t match!

You will find the food here very Punjabi like only if you are a yuppy traveling down from Delhi. You like to part-take in highway robberies, because that is exactly what these places are. You think authentic punjabi food is Paneer masala, with a garlic naan followed by a p!ss weak lassi, you’ve come to the right place.

If you are in zirakpur,. Then make sure you visit here atleast once. I have been to this Dhaba a number of times and I have always been impressed with the quality, quantity and the service here. I can visit here time and again for some delicious Dal Makhani, Aaloo paranthas.<br/>The dahi that they served was just prefect, thick snd cremy.
Shardul Bahuguna
Eclectic ambiance but average food. Visited the place as recommended by a few friends while i was visiting Zirakpur. It on the Ambala highway so it easy to reach. You can park on the road. What catches you attention immediately is the decor with jokes, funny couplets, walls decorated with celebrity pictures as well as cartoons. Very colorful affair. The seating space is large as is the case with most highway dhabas. We had gone for breakfast and they only had 2 paratha options, which was disappointing. We ordered both- Aloo Pyaaz and Paneer paratha. They were served white butter which was frozen. Again-disappointing, Lassi was too sugary while tea was ok. The food was value for money but I have visited Chandigarh before and food has always been top notch and Sethi dhaba did not meet the bar.<br/><br/>Food: 3<br/>Service: 3<br/>Value: 4

Visited most famous dhaba in town Sethi Dhaba today and I loved the ambiance and also the desi vibe this dhaba have.<br/>Very colorful place and real punjabi food with lassi available.<br/>We had makki di roti with sarson the saag and lassi and it was brilliant and moreover a very pocket friendly place too.

I am not a localite and had come down to Chandigarh for official work. Being an ardent Punjabi food lover, I asked around in Zirakpur whether there is a decent Dhaba around. The folks pointed to me Sethi Dhaba. We ordered Aloo Paratha, Lachhha Paratha, Palak Paneer and Dal Makhani. The food was nothing short of delicious and full of that buttery goodness (haha, certainly added to my cholestrol). Besides, being a vegetarian, I was happy to find out that the Dhabha is a pure veg establishment. <br/><br/>The ambiance of the place suggests that the owner of the Dhabha is a bit of a narcissist (his face is all over the place) with a sense of humour (jokes on the walls). <br/><br/>Given a chance, I will most certainly pay Sethi Dhaba a visit again.
Suhani Sethi
Sethi Dhaba is great for North indian food. I live dal Makhni and Lacha paratha here. Kadi Pakoda is also something you should try. The food tastes really good but the service is a little slow
Ashutosh Sachan
Good place to go out to eat with family and friends. The food is good with the signature punjabi touch. The main thing is the ambience, with Gurdas maan music and khaat this place makes it a great experience. The walls are full of pictures and messages, should visit 👍🏻 highway commuters should stop by here
Mr.Deepak Aggarwal
Mast try Dal makhani and also they got unique style of sitting over Manjji having your food.. Gurdas mann j published all over the place and good writings will keep on making you laugh and feel good..

One more overrated restaurant in tricity. Last night, went out for have dinner at this place. If I break my experience in three parts. <br/>Food hygiene: 2 stars<br/>Food quality: 3 stars<br/>Ambience: 2 stars, it is mostly crowded.<br/><br/>I had malai kofta from here which had coconut in it. It was confusing to understand what they were trying to achieve. On the other hand, we had dal makhani which was just average in taste. Lassi was just like any other lassi. <br/>Nothing special I could find.

Recently, I went to Chandigarh and during the stay I also visited this famous place and went there for lunch with my friends. It gives you a fully dhaba feel with its ambience and seating arrangement. There were cute props with which we can click good pictures. The place offers pure vegetarian food.We ordered malai kofta, dal fry and laccha parantha. Malai kofta was absolutely amazing in taste and one just can't miss it. Dal fry was okayish. We also had chocolate pan and gulab jamun after the lunch. The service was quick and the staff was quite helpful and courteous.

The term 'Dhaba' beckons an image of a small roadside restaurant in a rural setting, with huge front facade, 'khatiya' and punjabi dal-shal, roti-shotti..<br/><br/>There you go; Your imagination came alive. Though the requirement of rural setup is displaces by the rurban backdrop of Zirakpur. Rest assured, everything you picturise is there....<br/><br/>First Visit-- I am pretty much impressed by the ambience and food. Extensive review on subsequent visits...<br/><br/>Highly Recommend.
RS Sodhi
Visited for lunch today . We were seven people and ordered lassi ,paranthas , curd and Makhani dal and tea. All were good except Paranthas which appeared reheated and stale . They were also all served together. They were returned and thereafter got them made again . Why should this happen. Management needs to look into this.Ambience was nice . Fly menace needs to be controlled by installing fly catchers in the sitting area.
Chatori_zubaan
One of the most famous place on the Ambala road. Heard a lot about this place so thought to give it a try. We went there for lunch. This place serves pure vegetarian food and the best part is their ambience which was quite different from normal dhabas. We ordered kadai paneer, malai kofta, dal fry, Laccha Parantha and paneer Parantha. Kadai Paneer was just average in taste. Malai kofta was damn yumm. One must definitely try their malai kofta. Dal fry was too oily and it was average in taste. Laccha Parantha was really crispy. You can also try their chocolate paan, it was good in taste.
Sanchit Kakkar
Food was ok, i head alot about this dhaba from my friends but i was not able to find that taste that was told about. We ordered one dal makhni and one khadai paneer but felt something was missing. Food was not fresh. It was an ok ok experience over there.

Interesting Dhaba nice seating, good service, food quantity is good and taste is decent. <br/>I like missi Partha. Lassi was just ok <br/>Prices are very reasonable
Avaljot Singh
Food quality and quantity both not good at all....<br/>I ordered Rajma and paneer butter masala .... Paneer was still fine but rajma was not good at all....<br/><br/>
Manthan Jindal
An dhaba with a home taste and with a geart qaulity and a geart quantity..The food taste is just rocking and the icecream is also the best but the kheer is just awsome...
Manoj Arora
Bought Dal Makhni, Mix veg and breads from this place. The taste of dal makhni was good along with breads but mix veg was on the verge of getting stale so giving 3 stars.
Vishal Dahuja
Below average food quality.<br/>Poor ambience in the name of giving desi touch.<br/>Just encasing the name of Gurdaas Maan.<br/>Nothing here is good except quotes written on the wall.
Mudit Goel
The order never gets completed.. zomato doesnt helps u enough.. it’s better not to order from Sethi dhaba... food wasn’t good... oil used was not good
Abhishek Bali
Neither Good, Nor Bad... It is a mix-up of Good and Bad , Good :- ambience, service, staff, amenities.<br/><br/>Bad :- Quality of few items like paneer, mushrooms, Price , Quantity ..<br/><br/>Overall, it's okay to visit in case of emergency
Tejaskapoortj6
Too much hype because of owners affiliation with Gurdas Mann. Overpriced, quantity is very less, food is not tasty. However Gurdas Mann fans will surely love this place as he is a frequent visitor. It’s possible that you might get to see him :)
Varun Rampal
Unchi Dukaan,Pheeka Pakwaan.<br/>Perfect example for this place. Service is very slow, they should hire more waiters over here. We sat and no waiter came to us for like 10 minutes. Food was good (which we got after some waiting )
Chirantan Sanjay
In peak winters in the middle of the night this place was like heaven. On that cold chilly night we happened to stop by here on the advice of the local driver of ours. The whole place is nicely decorated and has a typical dhaba feel which assured me of its Genuinity. We ordered Kaali Dal, Paneer Bhurji, Dum Aloo and Makai Ki Rotis Basket. To this day I still get dreams of that night and amazing food I had. To top it off they have a variety of Flavoured Pan which offer. Overall it's a classic Veg only dhaba delight.

Review For Sethi Dhaba Panchkula ♥️♥️ I Ordered Chicken Malai Tikka 😋😋 And It Was So Tasty....One Of The Best Chicken I've Ever Had Guys...Do Give It A Try.....The Chicken Was So Juicy....Though I am From NCR and I Find Panchkula A Hell Expensive Place....So I Find The Quality Very Low...Anyways It was Awesome

Lookout of the place is good with a hint of punjbi folk. Nice quotes written on walls. Ordered kadai paneer but it was overcooked. The bellpepers tasted as stale looked like it was reheated and not made fresh. Only points given are for the ambience of the place rest dont go to eat there as it is not worth
Sakthi Spartan
""Don't ever dare to come to this place""......cheap quality food (rice and salad we're like to be 2 days older), not good ambience, and literally not worth for the money.....I ate 3 butter rotti's , one plate channa masala with a small cup raita and a dried salad cost 290rs...which is really waste for the money. I just ate because the bus stopped here after a long run for a small break.. and I don't get any other options.

Worst Customer Service in town. Not what you expect from Sethi's. I have been a regular visitor of Sethi Dhaba in Zirakpur. Last night I visited their Derabassi branch with some friends. <br/>Firstly the cleanliness was at its worst, tables were dirty. <br/>So we somehow managed to get a clean table, then we requested to switch on the fan. after 5 minutes we requested again, but still no one switched it on. So we requested again and the waiter said he is new here and doesn't know how to switch on the fan..<br/>Strange enough, we asked the Manager to switch it on. Even he said I have no idea where the switches are?<br/>So we had to sit in hot weather without a fan. <br/>Then we asked them to take an order atleast, and manager shouted to the waiter to take our order. But no one came to take order gor next 10 minutes.<br/><br/>So we had to leave.

This dhaba is under rated. Have been there quite a few times and it never disappointed. Owner claims to be a patriot and a fan of gurdasman 😄<br/>Daal tadka with mixed paratha and their signature chai is a lip smacking combination. They serve food with white butter which makes everything taste better.
Narender Kumar
located on highway ,with Punjabi theme ,Punjabi music ,Decor and creative shows that Mr.Sethi ji is great fan of Great Punjabi Singer Mr.Maan Saheb.<br/>Food -Best in quality in this segment.Must visit place.
Sayantan Chakraborty
I had visited this place on my way back to Delhi from Chandigarh. This place serves some of the most tastiest Paranthas on the highway. Well decorated with musical instruments and props. A must stop on the highway.
Aditya Potfode
One of the best location for pure veg food in tri-city.<br/>They have filmy ambience all around restaurant.<br/>Service; Taste; Food Quality all are good
Ravish Garg
Terrible food "dont even try"<br/>food is unhygienic, taste is bad. <br/>ambiance of a local dhaba.not recommended at all. needs a lot of improvement.
Shekhar Bansal
Tried this place for breakfast. The tandoori aloo paranthas were very bland in flavours but the tea was good. My first impression of this place is a normal dhabha, like plenty of other dhabha's on the road. I feel this place is over rated.

Dal Makhani to die for! Sethi dhaba had every element to keep you entertained until from witty one liners to childhood peeks. The love for Gurdas Mann in Punjab can easily be gauged by the fact that the Dhaba has a 24X7 Gurdas Mann projection on one side of the setting. Live performances on weekends after 8 pm and 20% discount to the defence people is one refreshing take on hospitality. Don't go to have the best quality food in town, but good time and an experience. Time to leave malls for a while!
Abhicanada007
Great food and price is reasonable you get place to sit in weekdays but on weekends you should go early situated close to mac donald and try dal makhni and other delicious 😋 food

Best dhaba i have ever visited thier lassi had good impact on me it was first hotel i have ever visited in Chandigarh but it was awesome i am satisfied with their service

Ordered at 7.24 and got it delivered around 9.30.<br/>Never happened this before always got food before time maybe technical issue was the problem.<br/>At least food was hot.<br/><br/>So here are the scores:<br/>Taste 4<br/>Delivery well 2.5<br/>Packing 3.5<br/>Person on the phone 4.7😁<br/><br/>Food was really good. This is not the first time i am ordering from here and hopefully gets food on time when i order next time😃

Bad service. No one even ask you water here. I request to mr sonu sethi ji please be strict to staff. They are very rude to all customers and dont even they talk properly..
Nileksh Narang
1 star for the derabassi one when you come from delhi to chandigarh it will be on your left side. I ordered one dal Makhani 1 butternaan and 2 rotis and it took them full 45 mins to serve . that also after arguing with them for 10 times. and I couldn't understand your bill. I have never seen a column of GST in which you charge 12% . it's either no GST or 18% for food outlets. but they charged 12 % . not coming again ever.

Good Place for Travelers.<br/>Ppl who is traveling from Chandigarh to Ambala this is only point which is open till late night.<br/>Food is good and pocket friendly. <br/>Cheers
Shekhar Upadhyay
Good place for weekend family dinner. Mr Sethi keeps patrons entertained with his live Punjabi folk songs. Only be careful with credit card billing as I got charged twice.
Sarab Jeet
Poor service, poor ambience, poor management, lack of staff. Rates are reasonable. Needs upgradation badly. Don't even have more words for feedback
Mayur Bansal
Food is tasty.. if you like white butter then go for extra! The food here becomes tastier with extra butter! Sitting on charpai(Cot) with eating crispy roti daal makhni, paneer mattar.. is heavenly. Even the mix veg is gud. Service is amazing and on some days the owner, who is a big fan of Gurdass Mann(which is evident as soon as you enter the dhaba) also sings with orchestra! Best of all, its not heavy on the wallet as well.
When.Hunger.Strikes
Sethi dhaba is the most famous dhaba in zirakpur. But i didn't find it that good. Service is slow. Ambience is great. Gives you perfect dhaba feel. Food is just average.
City Food Adda
Sethi dhaba Zirakpur offers simple dhaba style food. Do not expect anything fancy. But the best part is that they serve 24*7. We ordered dal makhni and mutter panner. Mutter panner was little spicy and dal was like langar style dal. The best part was sweet lassi which tasted super fresh, creamy and yummy. The only issue with this place is distance from Chandigarh. If you are free and can ride upto Zirakpur flyover, this dhaba is situated on chandigarh Delhi road. Enjoy food enjoy life!
Abhishek Singh
Medium level of prices, daal was a bit burnt, mix veg was taste less, tandoori roti were okeyish.. one can visit this place but would not recommend it
Naman Gupta
The best place to visit late at night. Food was ok.<br/>Ambience is also good according to a Dhabha.<br/>Will recommend everyone to visit this late night.<br/>Not so costly the food is.
Aniketh Bafna
Didn't have a WOW factor. Not much variety in the Paratha. They had only Alu, Pyaz and Paneer. There are better places with better tasting food in the city. Too many flies !!
Nishanth Reddy
I was on the way to delhi from manali. Stopped by this place for the breakfast. Only thing available for the breakfast is parantha, lassi and tea. So ordered aloo onion parantha with lassi. Both tasted like a typical punjabi style dish with tonnes of butter on top. Nice place to have a breakfast when you are passing by the highway. Interior have got a flashy affair.
Shubham
A roadside dhaba with a little modern kick , A great place to have a dinner party , Authentic Indian food , Specially north indian, The Panner is good , The parathas are tasty and The tea is just love , good food which is not too hard on your pocket, The place is dedicated to Gurdas mann so you'll be hearing a lot of Legendary songs 😻, and. if you are lucky enough may be you'll run into a Live Show 😁 Great place to fulfil you midnight vegetarian hunger <br/><br/>The problem is Flies and a bit dust as it is on The highway <br/>.<br/>Food:4/5<br/>Ambience:3/5<br/>value for money 4/5
Harsh.wagh666
Are you sure you call this Punjabi food because being in CHANDIGARH and eating uncooked dal shows that the owner should be less self obsessed and pay more attention on food. They atleast cooked the rice properly. Lassi was only the sweet memory i shall have of this place.<br/><br/>This is not criticism but feedback on which I feel the restaurant/dhaba should work on and attract more people in future. Because it's Chandigarh and for the sake of the city they should work on it.<br/><br/>Ambience - 1/10<br/>Food - 2/10<br/>Music - 0/10<br/>Service - 2/10
Nakul Sehgal
Sethi dhaba is your place to go to for all your late night hunger pangs. It is open 24hours a day. And ideally located at the Chandigarh - Delhi highway.<br/><br/>The serving is apt, service is slow. The food tastes good. You'd find people flocking in late night after party.<br/><br/>The place definitely requires more cleaning staff to manage cleanliness.<br/><br/>Personally I'd choose Mcdonald's over Sethi due to hygiene.
Muzaffar Ahmad Noori Bajwa
Located on the Delhi highway in Zirakpur. Open 24 hours. The quality of food is very good. Gentry is very versatile. Even at 3 in the night you'll find guys and girls there enjoying food. Because this is the only place in whole tricity where you can enjoy dinner at this time.<br/><br/>Quality of food 7/10<br/>Service 4/10<br/>Location 5/10<br/>Gentry 6/10<br/>Value for money 7/10<br/>

Just visited last week for breakfast or for Pranthas. If you really wanted to taste Punjabi tandoori Pranthas with home made butter then this is the place in tricity. <br/><br/>PS: If you are ordering Tea then don't forgot to say with less sugar otherwise they add too much of sugar.
Tushar Walvekar
We were on a trip to manali.<br/>It was evening time we reached at this dhaba. <br/>It is typically punjabi dhaba. Sitting arrangements nd all things were set there in punjabi style.<br/>We were 15 people. We tried shahi paneer nd kadhai paneer as per their recommendation.<br/>Taste was so good. <br/>Service providing system was very unique as I haven't seen yet. There was one musical instrument named as "Daphali". We have to play that instrument ones to order any type of menu. <br/>Another thing is i found was many of statues their. The restaurant was fulfilled with many interesting stuff.<br/>Overall we had great time their.
Pravin Thorat
When we are traveling from Ambala to Chandigarh we visit this restaurant for lunch. They are providing pure authentic Punjabi food. They have huge space for seating. And very nice ambiance.<br/>At this restaurant everywhere photos, statues and quotes are available. They also have menu on daphali, and when we have to order we have to play that musical instrument.<br/>We tried their kadhai paneer. The test is good. But quantity wise it's less. Their lassi is must try item.<br/>Overall nice experience.
Naresh Sharma
Much hyped place, which it don't deserve. Aura is fine with loud punjabi music and haphazard seating arrangements. Coming over to food: Any paneer dish you order whether makhani or kadhai or butter masala, everything tastes d same! N paneer is in form of unusual bhurji style. Dal makhani is fine. 😒<br/><br/>The kick of dhaba lacked both in presentation and style except for the oil content. 😉😝We had tandoori rotis which again were fine. Lassi was good, not too sweet!! <br/><br/>I have hygiene issues with this one, particularly when i saw lill moist stuff on plates..anyways we assure to wipe off our utensils with a tissue. Not an expensive outlet but have no reasons to recommend this one.!! 😞
Riya Ashianah
Loved the posters n stuff, some really witty stuff written on the walls. I did not, however, love the food. Ordered mushroom, paneer, dal n naan. Paneer tasted more like soup, the rest was fine although not great. The show stopper was the kheer, absolutely mouthwatering. An advice: pls do not have the paan, it's overpriced n totally not worth.
FoodieeDiva
We were on a small holiday in India coming back from Shimla crossing Chandigarh highway we saw this Dhaba and it looked so attractive and nice full of Gurdas Mann pics and other punjabi artist Tv showing PTC punjabi in great songs of Gurdas Mann, creativity made that we stopped for our dinner , priority we did not   got a place to sit it was packed up then we finally got the space on a manji to sit so good then the menu came on a very interesting music instrument Dhapali , as we ordered Dal makhni, Paneer butter masala and roti’s with in a glacé the food was on our table , So quick and yummy full of white butter (which I love ) , then we ordered gulab jamun , lassi and pan !  Gulab jamun served with chocolate is the best , new combination and yummy . Less than 500 rs for 6 people. So very reasonable and nice !! Just the area the Kichen side of u see is not clean could be done better because it feels Unhygienic, can be improved . Else it’s ok but yes have to be improved
Social Tahelka
If you are fond of Punjabi music and fan of Gurdas Maan then its must place for you. You will found lots of posters and music of Gurdas Maan around the whole dhaba. Food is amazing in taste specially Dal and Sarso ka saag with Missi roti and after main course you can have a variety of deserts. You can visit with your family any time even at late nights and service is also good and quick.
Ujjwal Sachdeva
It's definitely not a foodie delight , but can be of much one time love for d outsiders who are passing onto this highway as the mouth of word has really spread fast for d love of their food. but honestly i dont think tht after passing few miles there is going to be any endurance left for digesting tht food. left over food in many of d plates was clearly giving signals of d quality they r serving. I had dal makhani , roti & shahi panner. Dal makhani had a stiff taste with shahi panner was not shahi any more. order was too quick to come & roti thickness was too much to have a bite which was a mix of dough and maida. @ d end gulab jamun was too too sweet giving me dillusion of being diabetic. but its a no for d time to come..
Harsharn Kaur Dhillon
A highway dhaba with Zealous ambience. Owner is big fan of Gurdas maan g. When you enter the dhaba it gives you glimpse of punjabi culture and has photos of famous punjabi personalities. Food is yummy and economical too.
Janix
Fabulous food desi style. Do not look for unnecessary frills, just enjoy the food. Lassi (especially the salted one) is highly recommended. Portions are decent sized (but smaller than some other dhabas who seem to have XXXXL portions). Priced very reasonably. The place has punjabi music in its soul.
Ritu Khosla
Awesome food when you want to eat authentic dhaba food. Most of dhabas are getting resturant makeover. Sethi dhaba is the answer to authentic village Dal and sabzi<br/>All they need is to change their pickle boxes which are quite unappitizing. At the moment it is packed to full .
Smit Gupta
Stepping in to this dhaba will give you an aura of a punjabi dhaba. You will really like it. N the food, it tastes awesome. I have been there twice n will definitely go again. The ghee that they put into dals makes really tasty.
Jatinder Pal Singh
Heard of the place a lot so went there, bought palak paneer and asked staff to keep the spices low, but still a normal person cannot eat with the amount of spices they have added... Will not visit dis place again
Tarun
Sethi dhaba has one of the best tasting dishes, I have ever had across multiple dhabas and restaurants I have been to. It has an added advantage of being a pure veg dhaba. I have been to this place several times and have taken all my visiting family members there as well. In the most recent visit, we had baigan bharta, dal fry (chana dal) and kadai paneer. Everything was just scrumptious. We had the delicious lassi and mattha to end our meal and had a few laughs as well at the expense of the funny quotes mentioned on the walls of the dhaba. Overall, a must visit place for any person who love their food.
The Foodie Specialist
What a nice place to be. The ambience is good and music is all time favourite of Gurdaas Maan. We directly ordered the mains and dal makhni was mix vegetable. Both were nice, the roti was crisp. Overall highly recommended.

Service is not so good . they are nt keeping the guest happy . food quality should be improved and staff should be smarter and have some talking sence

Sethi dhaba is the one of best dhaba in chandigarh. it serves Mouthwatering delicious punjabi cuisine and clean and hygienic atmosphere.<br/> i will recommended to  try sethi dhabas lassi and paneer butter masala.<br/><br/>When we went there we were impressed by the service which was provided to us and they made us feel special and when we ordered and got the food it was simply brilliant. Spice was little bit on a higher side but then compared to prices and all it was too good.<br/><br/>Would surely recommend all to visit.

A pocket friendly place. A meal for four will cost approx between 700 to 800. <br/>A typical dhaba ambience constructed alongside highway.<br/>Food tastes fine. Nothing special I would say. <br/>Taste 3.5<br/>Ambience 3<br/>Service: 3<br/>Pocket friendly: 5

Visited this dhaba on Monday afternoon while returning from Chail. Adjacent dhabas like Saini & Pahalwan were empty while this one was bustling with activity - speaks a lot about food quality. Menu had very limited items, however, service was very fast (perhaps one of the reason to have limited menu) and food was served hot. Only that it could have been a little more clean - in fact we had to ask for a wet wipe to be done under and around the table, male toilet was filthy and wash basin too dirty to use. Overall an average place to visit with good tasty food.

It is a simple eatery that is bustling with activity all the time and that says a lot about their quality of food. We reached der at 11:15 at night and the DHABA was full. We ordered yellow daal fry and kadahi paneer with tandoori roti n finished it off with gulab jamun. The staff is too busy but they r ways observant of ur needs. The food was average , fresh n simple. Can be given a try if you pass by this highway, this place is very clean and hyegenic if we compare it to dhabas.

You would usually pass the through a number of dhabas when you cross the zirakhpur belt.<br/>The sethi dhaba is a must stop here.<br/>It has amazing food ,and service.infact they have a really clean ambience compared to other dhabas.<br/>The dal makhani is the best that i have ever had in my life.<br/>They serve it with lots of butter. It is really mouthwatering and scrumptious.<br/>#AMUstVisit

You will have desi dhaba feeling here. Food is not too great, but this place is always rushed at night, due to its dhaba looks. Well its interesting place, and a nice change from regular restaurants

One of the awesome dhaba when you are on the way to shimla from ambala, it serves traditional punjabi food and the ambience is just superb as the owner is a big fan of gurdas maan the totally ambience surrounds the posters of gurdas mann

Had heard about the excellent food quality from many friends and relatives but was not convinced. Recently went there on the insistence of colleagues. The dhaba was jam packed. Ordered dhaba style food dal tadka aloo jeera and paneer. Beards were too soft and all vegetables were of good quality. And salty lassi was awesome. Must visit if you have tried everything in Chandigarh and looking for fresh taste with authentic dhaba style food. The hilarious quotes on the walls of the hotel are bonus. 10/10 in all parameters

On zirakpur highway sethi dhaba is like most known place in the surrounding.... being featured alot on various regional tv channel..... Sethi dhaba maintains the base of the dhaba.... the real essence is still intact in every sense possible..... you got manji and you got Daffali for menu.... the decoration give you true sense of punjab....<br/>the food is nice... for authentic punjabi food.... i love late night missi and chai there.... for lunch i go for missi daal makhani... kadahi paneer and occasional malai kofta.... I wont lie i have been their alot.... it being on path of my college.... and it feel relaxing for some reason....it perfect place for late night munching..... and a little respite from super expensive resturants....

I didn't find the other Sethi Dhaba on zomato (few metres before ambala toll when going from chandigarh)... If This one is good... That one is great... We get one of the best vegetarian food around the tri city... beautiful ambience, Those statues, auto and quirky quotes are worth spending time. Absolute family destination for a pleasant weather evening... My recom: makke di roti, sarso da saag, chai, daal makhni

A very nice place to hangout with friends especially late at night. One gets a desi dhaba feeling :p. The food is okay okay. Lassi is great.

This place is not very good to enjoy with your family as its not a clean and comfortable place. One can just hangout with friends.<br/><br/>Been to this place 2-3 types. I'm very fond of Paneer dishes but their Paneers are not upto the mark. Where as their Dal Makhni is just fine and tea is very good.

Food is damn good, specially the tea and dal makhani. Usually it's crowded but you do get a manji after 5-10 mins of waiting. Amazing place for people who are hungry at 2am in the morning.

Pathetic beyond words, deserves a negative rating... Unhygienic, smelly and haven for drunkards and hooligans late in the night... A flashy glittering ambience which might appeal few but as a dhaba doesn't deserve a visit.

Dropped In At Sethi Dhaba, Located At Chandigarh-Ambala Highway For A Quick Snack Break. The Theme Of This Place Was Spot On With Various Statues. The Whole Set Up Was Perfect & Place Was Spacious & Clean. <br/><br/>Ordered Lassi, Chai & Butter Paranthas. Order Arrived Quickly. Butter Paranthas Had Dollops Of Butter But Taste Was Quite Mediocre. Lassi Tasted Good. Chai Was More Of Elaichi Oriented But Was Fine. <br/><br/>Overall Decent Dhaba In Terms Of Food, But Excellent In Terms Of Theme & Ambience.

On our way to Delhi we stopped here early morning for breakfast. The aloo paratha was very very yummy and so was the lassi... very colourful place. . I just loved the Dhaba ambience and the good food.

We stopped over for breakfast while on our way back from Shimla to Delhi. We ordered for tandoori paranthas which was served with generous serving of white table butter. The paranthas were awesome. The unique feel you get at this place is the ambiance... is due to the colorful collage of gurdas man all around even the menu is displayed on " dhapli" . A must try.

This place is fine.<br/>If one opts for a long drive away form the city and looking for the change.<br/>Good place to spend time with good(average) food.

Authentic Punjabi food. Go-to place if you want a low-budget, much more tasty than the price suggests food with convenient seating arrangement. The food is filling and the Punjabi singing each night by the owner and the customers alike makes you feel as if you've entered the interiors of Real Punjab!

Very interesting. I had lunch at this place on my way to Chandigarh from Delhi. The ambience well it's all about Gurdas Mann. The Dhaba owner probably is a great fan. From flex boards to newspaper clippings, there's everything here about Gurdas Mann. We tried various paranthas, sarso saag, daal and paneer. The food was piping hot and the service prompt. Food was pretty good and hygenic. Probably one of the best places on the way to chandigarh.<br/>No road trip is complete without a meal at a highway dhaba!

I visited this place on Sunday at 10.45 am..and ordered parantha..but what I got after waiting for 15 min was just a cold parantha n the butter was even not melting..The staff was not cooperative n was giving answer directly to the customer with such eyes..The stuffing was normal..For a change we ordered paneer parantha but that too a cold one...The water in the container kept stinks n u wont like drinking..<br/>again i tried this dhaba on 7.4.2019 and this time for lunch and that too with family..the glass n the thali were dirty..i ignored it as its a dhaba with lot of rush..we ordered pakal paneer..was good shahi paneer was average and the punjabi dal makhni..below average..no flavour nothing..again disappointed

This place is an example of bad dhaba. Very poor quality food, tasteless and unhygienic as well. Half the dishes like yellow dal, palak paneer weren't available at 8.30pm. Ordered for malai kofta (it was as hard as rock), rajma (only decent dish), bhaigan bharta: it was overcooked / burnt got it exchanged for paneer kadai. In short food here was just not worth it. Completely avoidable.
