Good outlet, clean and hygienic. Went to have late night snacks and the pain puri was really good. Was open at 11ish at night. Famous for their sweets which I’ll probably take when I leave. Good place curb your cravings for chaats n snacks as well!

Recently visited Gopal’s for a quick bite as we were feeling very hungry and were not planning to have proper meal over there. So we thought of ordering some snack meals. 1. We had garlic bread, Hakka noodles and Aloo tikki with chana 2. U can avoid garlic bread however fries with that are good 3. Hakka noodles were not spicy at all and great for kids. However u can add spicy chutney according to ur taste. 4. The shop is located on the main road and on a corner.

No matter what the occasion is, if you want to please someone special and looking for a sweet box to fill with your homemade sweets that have flavor and love both in good quantities, so, purchase from Gopal sweets one of my most favourite for the right solution for you. 😍😍

I have visited this outlet of Gopal sweets for the first time . Its very neat and clean. The quality of food is also good. Even opening multiple stores, the quality of food is not degraded. The behavior of staff and workers are very humble and polite, they serves with a smile. Good work.

GOPALS at zirakpur patiala road is such an image place to sit and eat a good food . I found the place very hygiene, neat and clean. The interior and dinning area is so fascinating . Staff was amazing. Food quality ,order dilivery timming,taste everything is perfect. I am very happy and satisfied with GOPALS zirakpur patiala road. It has become my first choice for family dinner I would suggest everyone one to go there and get an experience you will not be disappointed

Excellent food! They serve a wide variety of snacks and meals - Punjabi, North Indian, South Indian, fast food....! The number of mouth-watering sweets and savouries around have that funny way of making you feel “full” and yet feel like eating more and more. Service is reasonably fast.

One of the best sweet shop and restaurant in Zirakpur for family and friends...... location is very prominent with spacious parking area. Good place to visit for tasty food.

Sweets are very tasty and freshly available. Rabri rasmalai was very tasty. Quality they are offering are sufficient for one person. Prices are reasonable. Rajkachori was also very good , fully loaded and great taste. All items are great. Overall all experience was great.

First visited Gopal sweets recommended by a local friend, on one of the main roads in Zirakpur. The Chat was yummy, tried the samosa chat. The collection and variety of sweets are a lot to choose from. You can’t buy assorted box of mithais, minimum 100gms of each sweet to be bought. Pleasant ambience and quick service.

In middle of COVID Pandemic, these guys are definitely playing with people's lives. Today we bought pav bhaji from your zirakpur outlet which gave us spoiled pav bhaji and tasted very bad. Children had already ate it which made them puke out whatever they had and felt sick, before we could check it ourselves and return to the outlet. When we reached there the official's behavior was not very good and directly said that there is no problem with the quality food. We asked them to take the sample and check it but they refused and just told that "it is what it is". What is this behavior and customer service are they providing? We want to take some action on this. But definitely you are loosing some customers today. Are they playing with the lives of the people during this COVID Pandemic crisis or what? We are so furious right now. Worst service ever experienced anywhere.😡

i found the worst behavior from attendant Mr Sajan. He neither listen and very adamant. made me think twice next time i visit the entire chain. I made the complete payment for one of the order and due to corona i had to cancel half of the order (in time: three days before order day), mr sajan said he cant refund, i said its alright thn make the vouchers but when he was making i ask him to make two vouchers of same amount (500 each of 1000 balance) which he ignored by saying ,' nahi ek hi banega" i asked that its money so give vouchers the way i needed not the way you want. which he again ignored and made voucher of 1000 rs only". adamant and impatient nature of the staff.

So ordered for the most loved North indian cuisine - Chole bhathure,i simply loved it,with amazing aromas of spices in chole. I enjoyed it.

Gopal's used to be a decent family place but their staff, quality and quantity has deteriorated a big deal in the past few years. I don't recommend it at all.

Pathetic food prepare for this outlet, instead of servicing poor food quality when they limited food left. They should not take the orders. Ordered this sabudana kheer - it was just like milk and sabudana . It was not at all kheer . They have deteriorated their quality. Every navrati they have huge rush and just see how they are compromising with their quality standards. Highly disappointing !!! Wastage of money

I love papri of gopals and my husband like to eat deluxe Thali from this place. Both are delicious.

Specifically asked for less spicy food and allergic to capsicum then also I found capsicum and the hell amount of chilli in the noodles. I have to throw the complete food. Very disgusting....

Such a pathetic restaurant ever, such a bad behaviour with family, today i go to Gopal , zirakpur to celebrate my father in law birthday , with my wife n all family members total 5 members , we ordered the food items but we carried cake with us , they stopped us to cut the cake n such rude behavior with my family. We are educated people , you didn't write any where that cake not allowed. Manager told us you need buy cake from gopal then he will allowed . We told him we ordered multiple items from your restaurant 2k+ please corporate with us but such a bad ego he has. It just about a single cake nothing else but he fights with us , so we leave gopal with such bad experience ever. Gopal you have good chain in tricity but such bad behavior staff you have. They will shut down gopal if they continue this kind of behaviour with customer. Such pathetic behaviour in professional world. I hate gopal.

For past few months, my every visit to Gopal has been disappointing to say least. Sweets are not fresh and taste below their original standards.

We all got food poisoning by eating Chole Chawal etc at this place on 01 sep 2019 (Sunday). Some serious low standards of food hygiene it seems.

This is a kind of family restaurant where you can get all variety of food like north Indian south Chinese continental and much more . Something I just to recommend to everyone just try chole bhature once it's the tastiest dish I have tried here.

Ordered 2 channa rice n 1 kadi rice but when order received 1 channa rice was missing. So embarrased in front of guests very bad service by gopal. 5hey should hav to check before sending orders..<br/>

Packed jalebi for home......first time ate bitter jalebi....worst jalebi ever....so much of colouring....even while touching the jalebi....my hand got coloured.....it tasted bitter

Gopals have been serving tricity for as long as 2006 that I know of it might be there before that as well......<br/>But its original branch in sector 8 chd was the best, but as of today their preparations have gone so drastically maybe they have turn totally towards commercial cooking rather than serving the quality and tasty food they used to serve........ or maybe its the franchise that are worse ........ I ordered a deluxe thali where they asked for options for desert I ordered moong dal halwa........<br/>But when i received the order, a gulab jamun was given... <br/>okay fine I hoped that the taste was as good as it used to be but as soon as I opener their meal..... it was 60% oil and 40% gravy...... I mean the food is so pathetic that I had to take medicines to curb my heartburn sensations from their oils....... their was no taste in dal makhani and they have mentioned a choice of veg would be sent instead they sent me chhole that we get with chhole bhature ...... so in a “DELUXE THALI” i had three gravy items and no vegetable....... the rotis were so hard as if I could break gopals window pane easily..........<br/><br/>Pathetic food not at all advisable...... if you want to level up your cholesterol or have a heart burn then definitely order from here but to everyones respite it wont be tasty...... cuz that kinda food i believe gopal have long forgotten.......... We ordered Cholle bhtoore from this Famous brand Gopal..<br/><br/>I really enjoyed the meal but I am impressed by the preparation they just took 5 mins to prepare the fresh and tasty bhtoore.

Worst service one could ever get. Never expected such pathetic service from such famed place. So many flies were there in the outlet and on asking the server about this he replied, sweet shop h toh flies hongi hi. Really? This is how they respond!!!<br/>And while we were eating they started pest control, and did on floor of the table even where we were eating, you can imagine what type of experience it would have been. I have serious doubts on their food hygiene now.

Their food is good, but some sweet items might not be fresh. my favourite is Chinese Platter they serve it very good. Including spring rolls, noodles etc. Chaat and aloo takkii are tangy and tasty. they make it on live counter and make it fresh. Aloo tikki is crisp and drooling to bite. 😍😍 and their rate are pretty reasonable.

Today I ordered through zomato pick up and Suprised to see that my order was not prepared till the time I reached, it was raining heavily and this type of service, I asked the person do fast and he said apki galti hai coupon hamare pass ab aya hai, I was supprised to see this. 3 class service with uneducated people working there and that too busy with mobile. Good going Gopal sweets, make your cousmter fool :)

They dont listen to us.. i made specifications in my order but in vain. They won’t even pick your calls. This has happened with me for like 3rd time. Pathetic online service..

Gopals is a great dining place serving great food and is also pocket friendly. I love their cheese naan with gravy here, and the combo meals here are great too, especially the rajma chawal thali. Their rawa masala dosa is delicious as well

I would like to write a single line @ Gopal’s is my all time favourite food chain when I am in Tricity , I always prefer to visit this place , delicious food and same taste everytime

Here for some quick bites and Ask in about some sweets had taste some so owsm sweets. Indian fusion n much more mtki or perda or mix laddus . No words can explain the texture of sweets. Worst food possibly served by a reputed brand... The Channa Bhatura was served cold and the Bhatura was hard... After complaining to the manager he had the audacity to pick up the Bhatura with his dirty hands, inspected each part of the Bhatura, pressing it and pulling it, then put it back in my plate and said it's ok ..an Exhibition of unhygienic display... There are two main options of Veg in Zirakpur Ambala Highway. One is Sidhi Sweets and Other is Gopals.<br/><br/>If we talk advantages of Sindhi Sweets than Gopal than<br/><br/>1. Sindhi Sweets has exclusive parking space on the other side Gopal doesn't have<br/><br/>2. Sindhi Sweets has self service option but Gopal doesn't have<br/><br/>3. Bigger ambience Sindhi Sweet has than Gopal<br/><br/>4. Food quality is better than Gopal<br/><br/>In short if you are planing to go to Sindhi Sweets or Gopal with Family than I recommend Sindhi Sweets than Gopal's

Took a pit stop at this place on way to Chandigarh and witnessed some great desi food! Tried raj kachori and chole bhatoore which we’re too good! Picked up couple of sweet boxes and namkeens which were awesome as well!

Ordered Gajar ka halwa from this restaurant & genuinely speaking it tasted so gud that I always order the same dish twice or thrice a week. A place where i can go with my family having awide range of cuisines like Chinese,South Indian,North Indian etc.

Usually I eat at Bikanerwala. Today, just to try something new, I ordered food from Gopal's Zirakpur branch. The food is far better than Bikanerwala and the quantity is more as well. I dont think I can go back to Bikanerwala now.

Pretty bad experience. Ordered online food online through swiggy for my parents but the food was pretty awful. My mom fell sick after consuming it. Never going close to Gopal and not recommended at all.

Gopal's at Zirakpur, Ambala Road, is known for its quality. Every penny spent on its prepared food is justified. One thing for sure, its cooking hands and bakers are better than those at Patiala

The kadhai paneer quantiti is too less . Not worth spending ₹215, not even ₹100. Too less quantity.<br/>Taste is okay okay. But quantity is too less. First and last order from gopals. If you conpare the quantity of kadhai paneer from chawla^2 in this area , then its about 2.5 times the quantity of gopals

Pathetic attitude of Employee sitting at cash counter, i walked in Today evening, bought 4 daal kachori, asked counter boy to give some green chutney, he claimed of having no permission for this, they will only give sweet chutney.... On moving back to cash counter, cashier denied to give chutney inspite of being available and i asked him to charge for this two spoon green chutney even... To my surprise, he denied and preferred to cancel my order..... This kind of Employee are actual liability for owner.... A saying is Very Correct,... Good Employee makes employer to grow and bad Employee like him ensures to destroy employer.<br/><br/>

I order 12.20 pm chana bhatura. The delivery time was 1.00 pm. So the some guy calls from gopals at 1.00 pm and says sir we don't have chana bhatura you can order something else or cancel the order. As we can't deliver chana bhatura as I asked him why didn't you call at the time order received or why did you accepted the order. He said sir dekha nai. Very bad service and experience.

Just ordered moong dal ka halwa from this outlet.<br/>It was the worst halwa i have ever had. Toooooooooooooooooo Oily Toooooooooooooooo Sweet. The dal and the oil were separated. The halwa from the sector 20 outlet is faaaarrrrrr better.
