Review Lucky Da Dhaba - Zirakpur

Best dhaba in this area, best customer service and best prices. We just loved the concept of giving jaggery at the end of the meal.

Purely authentic Punjabi style butter chicken and Kebab.. also they have served homemade Style Kheer. They are good in service and hygiene and their food are really worth it

The place looks old and bit congested There are washrooms here. The washrooms are not so clean but you can use them in case of an urgency. The service here is fine it could be better. We ordered curry chicken, jira rice and butter roti. The taste is great and so is the quantity along with reasonable pricing. We then ordered sweet lassi. The taste was phenomenal. The place is open from 8 am to 12 am. All payment methods are accepted here. I would recommend it for chicken (not mutton)

We ate Paratha there. Food is good but service more frequently required.

Lucky Da DHABA, Zirakpur on Patiala road. We ordered aloo parantha, Gobhi Parantha and mix parantha with butter, taste was good, service was also fast. After that we also ordered tea, It was good too. Place is fine for food. Would recommend. Staff is also cooperative. Washroom however are upstairs which is not good. Cleanliness is fine. Cost wise it's reasonable.

This is one of the best places where I visit every weekend it's safe, The food is awesome especially the chicken tandoori service is excellent so far not a single bad experience here...

Although the front appearance and ambience here looks very normal but the twist lies in the taste and quality of food they serve 😀 Must try paneer dishes, also famous for its biryani and non veg food preparations

If you wish to eat something good at an extremely reasonable rate, then this is the place for you. We tried their cheese chilli, butter roti, chicken masala and the special kheer. The cheese chilli is as tempting as it seems in the photo just rightly crispy and tasty. The chicken was very tender and juicy, it just melted in the mouth the moment i kept it in my mouth. And the kheer, i really don't have the words to describe how delicious it was. The food will keep your mouth and your senses tingling and craving for more that is if you have sufficient space in your stomach to have more by the time you finish what you ordered.

This dhabha is on main chowk of zirakpur patiala road. It is perfect for indian punjabi food. They serve veg non veg both, it is always packed with customers. No doubt food is good, well maintained taste. But its better to get packed if you are with family at evening time as evening time it is full with drunk guys.. As drinkibg is Part of punjabi culture at night😁

They serve delicious food, musg try their butter chicken. Parking here is big problem, owner is polite n staff is also decent. Also they lack cleanliness but u cant expect more from a dhaba. Prices r bit higher.

They have opened more outlets side by side. The old lucky dhaba is now limited in space. However food is 👍

Picked full plate chilly chicken but seems it was made of chicken tikka..taste was not good at all...taste was too good in old days.

I don't have problems with restaurant but when i ordered two full chicken then why was it showing two half and delievered two half and it costs me very high it was very bad i am not happy at all

So I tried this restaurant via Zomato to satisfy my morning breakfast hunger pangs!<br/>This place is a hidden gem for all those who love Paratha for Breakfast!<br/><br/>I ordered Tandoori Aloo Paratha, Mix Paratha and Paneer Paratha. Although in the menu only Aloo Paratha is mentioned as Tandoori but all of them turned out to be Tandoori which I love!<br/><br/>The parathas were delivered quick properly packed in silver foil and were hot and fresh! They tasted so amazing that all of them were gone in no time! Each on of them had proper stuffing and were cooked properly hot and fresh!<br/><br/>The Sweet Lassi along with them made the meal complete and my morning amazing!<br/><br/>Complete value for money place and a definite must try!<br/><br/>Cheers!

The quantity of dal is less . Naans are lightly hard . Cheese chilly is good in taste and quantity is sufficent packing is good . Misse roti is good in taste

This is just on highway, looks restaurant from outside it has 3 different types of seating with normal sitting. Food was awesome whatever I ordered - Tandoori chicken, soya chap, black dal, mix veg, butter chicken. <br/>It’s bit unhygienic but worth the taste. Full value for money

Butter chicken and cheese chilly was awesome. everyone should atleast try once. I have visited many time over there. Staff service is not up to level.

Had a packing from this as it was the option, I had available to get food packed on my way coming Back from Patiala. Asked them to Pack Pander Makhani, Dal Makhani along with some breads... Food quality was just.. Average.. Not any wow factor.

As pathetic as their Cleanliness and Hygiene is, so is worst servers i have ever seen. They are running all over the places as if got mad cow disease, total chaos amongst them.<br/>They are just giving quantity now, quality has taken a dip now. While visiting thia place you cannot be sure that a edible dish will be served or not. They are not maintaining their consistency is Non veg aswell. Only consistency is that VEG dishes are always Below Average here.

I have tasted tandoori chicken here and it's delicious you should try tandoori chicken and all chicken varieties are appetizing..now sitting place is also good and comfortable

Visited after a time, Dhaba has completely changed into the restaurant with much better dining. Well, we have ordered Pakoda Kaddi, Dal makhani and Tandoori Roti. All were good in taste. One should give a try if you want to taste the authentic Punjabi food.

A dhaba in zirakpur, they serve both veg an nonveg. If you are hungry and you want to grab drinks as well guys this is the place for you. They dont serve liqour but you are allowed to get one of yours. Food is good, but if u r a vegetarian dont try there cheese chilly. Worst ever cheese chilly i have had

If u order chiken full beware they have very fantastic quantity of the chicken. The taste is very good must try rhsi place though the seating can be improved.

This is place is not the same as this was used to happen 7-8 years back. As Zirakpur started growing these people started loosing its quality. Their special cuisine which is Chicken is very pathetic now. We had order around 11PM at night. It was full spices and not even a generic chicken taste. It was a take away order and we were starving after a full day journey so didn't have time to complain them. Not recommended for family now, I see that it has become a drinking joint of Zirakpur on highway at night. Very messy and not clean. Overall a bad eatery at Zirakpur. Thanks!

It is just a hatta,<br/>I went there with my family & ordered mutton,but it very disappointed it was too spicy & not upto the mark.<br/>I informed to owner but he did'nt bother & gave only excuses.<br/>Sitting environment was also not good.<br/>Pl. hesitate to go there.

Great food and that too Punjabi style...Quantity we couldn't digest nor the pricing. Where else can you get large quantities of food at below nominal rates with quality. Lassi was a bit disappointing. Service and ambience was what you get in a dhaba but could have been better considering the place being in a city. Overall great place to visit.

Wowie....that's what u call a punjabi portion of dishes....good dhaba food...never before have I had this thick a lassi and it was yumm...its was surprising the see the roti floating in butter and you get a cubes of butter and chatpata chat masala to make things better...

This place is only for non-vegitarians. Don't expect anything else from this place. You can enjoy their butter chicken which is full of spices. You can't go to this place with your family. You can only enjoy food and drinks woth your frinds. This place has changed a lot in the last couple of years. 10-15 years back i used to come here at night with my family especially for their butter chicken but nowadays you can't expect to go their with your family.

Lucky Dhaba is a quite famous place in Zirakpur and this place was mainly known for mouth watering chicken but the quality and taste have been going down over the years. I still remember I visited here 14 years ago and can't forget the masala chicken they served us. After that 1st visit my father used to take us here on Sunday even though this dhaba was 30 kms away from our home and we were regular here for 2-3 years. With the time Zirakpur started growing but this place started falling. Poor quality, service and no cleanliness at all. I missed a lot those good old days :(

In this kind of locality this dhaba definitely is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. But its not a good place for vegetarians. Go if you like chicken 🍗. Taste is good here except vegetarian items. I tried Shahi Paneer and it was a good to try dish.<br/>Location is good but the road and traffic is pathetic here. Lot of dust causing dhaba fade away.<br/>But if you are in Zirakpur do visit here. Ambience is not appropriate even the gentry is mostly drunk people. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. But the staff is really very helping and cheerful.<br/><br/>Overall as per the location a good to go dhaba.<br/>But always keep in one more thing in mind that here you'll always find people drinking in a very desi style.<br/><br/>Remember always its a 'Dhaba'.

Expected a lot from the dhaba but was disappointed. The chicken was average and the service was poor. The cleanliness is also an issue. Lots of improvements required.

It has never been clean or any amazing place to sit but still earlier the food quality and taste was a feature for which one could stop. But now even that has gone down. Everything tastes the same. It seems to be working on the concept that put more oil and butter and it will be tasty but sorry to say that does not work any more. The need to put stress on their food if nothing else. In evenings it turns out place for people who like to bring in their own drinks so as such the whole purpose gets defeated. They take alot of time in packing as well so not much of an option any more.<br/>You have such a good name so put stress on food taste and quality. The owners should come out of the cabin you sit in and see what is happening in the kitchen and the area around you.

Unhygienic place along the highway , famous dhaba joint amongst all but I have never really been a fan of this place. They love to serve non veg people . spices are on the higher side and take long time to serve breads. Time to upgrade the place along with ambiance if you want to serve for long. Cheers

Use to be one of my fav late nite eats.<br/><br/>Sitting and ambience may not be too appealing but food quality is good.<br/><br/>Love their daal and mutton the most.<br/><br/>Worth giving a visit
