I went to McDonald's Zirakpur And had a very awesome Experience There everything is well organised and the food is delicious moreover it's a family restaurant, photogenic Location with a great Staff.

Just at the entrance of the mall Serves all fresh food Place seemed to be not running that much it was empty The ac was not affective and was a bit warm Staff was nice and courteous A bit dull decide would say

Hygienic, fast and tasty food served. All covid related norms followed. Fast and reliable service as usual. No contact order method is a very good technique in this time.Placing order using barcode from the seat itself is very convenient and it also helps to avoid queuing for order.

Omg!!!! This is the perfect place if you are in the middle of night and hungry. Staff is friendly and they know your needs. The ambiance is very cosy and incredibly clean toilets. They take orders in seconds and serves within minutes with fresh products. I always had fun when I visited them. Best place for night crawlers :)

Nice eating joint with lots of Continental Options. Loved it's signature Mc aloo tikki, Mc puff, Mc maharaja, Ice Tea, Paneer Wrap.... Many more! Must try it's delicacies which are delicious.... Awesome place with silent and peaceful atmosphere .great place to take some rest and enjoy food . Sitting arrangements are good with well space for family and individuals also you can do a little get to gather of arrange office party or meeting with your colleges.

This McDonald's is located in Ground floor, Paras Mall. Their services are good. Online order facility is also available which is time saving. Shop is hygenic and cleaned, Temperature checking and sanitization is also available during enterance in the shop. There are huge and attractive seating arrangements which is best suited for family, friends and couples.

Last month very unexpected thing happened there 😄 on billing counter a girl asked me r u ketan? And I was surprised yes I am how u know me? She said m ur fb frnd 😂 anyways this mc d having Large sitting area with really nice staffs... Hygienic and clean place to sit and enjoy ur meal, deliciously made by the great workers... Lovely experience... I got my order in just 8 mins... That's really amazing... I am loving it 😍

The mac maharaja had no tomato the mc veggie had only lettuce we had mc donalds after 6 years its not just the old mc donalds now its bland nothing special even local fast-food joints can give a better burger than them such a shame wonder if the tried to sell burgers without tomato in their home land and read a post after i googled it dated way back to 2017 they stopped tomato in just north and east INDIA so for 2 years they could not find good tomato 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Improve your packaging. When the food is arrived it’s almost cold. And charging Rs 30 for packaging that too for cold food. It’s not fair..

Good place but not upto to the mark. Maybe it is inside a semi urban mall it doesn't look that happening at all. The nearest Mc Donald's is just 1 km away so people usually go there for it's drive thru location.

My All time favourite Fast Food Chain,which never disappointed me.My favourite is McAloo tikki Burger,Coke & newly launched Peri Peri fries.A place who is always with a Standard.

Since their frenchise issues they lost their quality, menu, services.. All are now goibg down day by day.. NOW I NEVER PREFER TO VISIT THEM. Now am Keeping McD as last option.

Place is nice but staff seems to be less trained as during rush hours they are not that good at handling order and some Things Are Unavailable all the time.

Mc’d is like saviour . Whenever we hungry we always prefer mc’d . I went there yesterday amazing sevice . I tried paneer puff and pizza puff there. Paneer puff is feel like a heaven .amazing tikki of paneer and pizza puff is mine all time favourite. Try at once this paneer puff burger

We ordered Filet - o- Fish, Masala Grill Chicken and Strawberry Soft Serve. Filet - o- Fish was too good. Masala Grill Chicken was outstanding. Good job guys. Keep it up!  Everything was superb, Taste, Freshness, Quantity & Specially the Quality of the food.

Always a go to place Wen you think of eating burgers.. Hygienic kitchen and helpful service staff... Cheerful environment and always find almost full with people still prefer over other food joints :)

Average types flavours as per the region . . we ordered mcveggie,mc chicken,aaloo tikki,pizza puff nd ice tea . . k type flavours mc veggie was good .. Economical option . . quick service all in all a decent option

The outlet really needs to improve its service, every time I go to the joint and ask for their softy cone they show empty hands. Their evergreen excuse is that the ice cream is not frozen enough, bad BAD service.

Quite a busy outlet on ground floor of the paras downtown mall. The service is quite good, the seating area is decent. I have taken veg burger - (aloo tiki), fries here 2 to 3 times and the overall experience has been good. Taste is generally standard at most McDonald outlets.<br/><br/>In fact while in the paras mall, this is my favorite joint mainly because of the service speed, quality and the location.

MCD is awesome but mcd of Paras down town Zirakpur is pathetic. It has the worst Customer service. They don't know how to treat their customers.

The outlet is situated on the entrance of paras downtown mall. mostly crowded with nice people. The staff is friendly and perform their duties in professional way. The ambiance is wonderful and trust me here you will find one of the best sitting arrangement as there is lot of space. The food is nice the service is great. My all time fevrot is mc spicey paneer with hot coffee. Overall a great place to hangout.

Everything is good in every McD as we know. The masala grill chicken and the mc veggie are the best burgers nowadays. But the problem here is that there is a lot of rush and they are not able to handle it. The drinks are not that cold and probability is that they not not give the right order in first time. So try some other McD outlet but not this one.

Just the old McDonald which is known for there quick and efficient service and quality people that is what we expect from every McDonald and that is was we got from this McDonald also , the crowd is mostly of zirikpur enjoying there time having gapa shapa etc

McDonalds does give you tasty food, but for the right price. As you move up the price list, taste increases. I would personally recommend trying Mcveggie and Mcfloat.

Located inside paras downtown square .. <br/>First place on the right side . <br/>Great service - fast and well spoken. <br/>Food remains same at all mcds as is here. <br/>Lots of seating and usually some kids birthday party is going on.<br/>There are really less good eating joints in this mall except for mcd, dominos and CCD . never had any issues regarding quality here . staff is well- taught and helpful. <br/>Place is cleaned even while you are eating. No view except for the parking outside. <br/>All in all a good experience . much better than any other place in this mall. Esp the food court

One thing that strikes you on entering this McDees outlet is - CROWD. Though its a common trait in almost every opening of this chain, this one is more intense. Long queues, people blattering, screeching chairs, children whirling, whooooo it really does take a toll. You must thank your shani and taraas if you grab a table. Placing your order and its processing is quite a tedious task. However the preparations are good and standardised.<br/><br/>McSwirls and Soft Serves are a must for my Mithu mithasiya but the last time I was here, I saw this lady carrying a strawberry soft serve in a cup drizzled with syrup. I was so tempted I got one and absolutely loved it. Usually I am happy watching him slurping but this time I joined in.<br/><br/>My Tip: In the mall? Its convenient to grab a burger here but if you can afford, opt for the nearby 24 hour outlet.
