Review Bikanervala - Zirakpur

Today, on 23rd July 2023. We celebrated our Son Birthday at Bikanerwala Zirakpur. At first, i was not sure about the Reservations and Party arrangements about this Outlet. But, once i met with the Manager of the Bikanerwala (Mr JOGINDER RANA). He assured us about A1 arrangements and full cooperation from the Staff. Decoration arrangements done by Mr Rana was beautiful. Food was delicious, Staff was Polite, Atmosphere was fantastic, Cleaning and Hygiene was perfect. Quality, Quantity and Price of the food was genuine. Most importantly kids enjoyed a lot, as area is Safe and friendly. Once again in the End, a lots of thanks to outlet Manager JOGINDER RANA for such support and being so nice to kids.🙏🙏🙏🙏

The taste is really awesome. They have rich menu. A must try place to taste different food. Overall really nice food experience at this place.

Loved this place immediately when I saw it for the first time. Huge and spacious. Lots and lots of variety of sweets, chats, snacks, mixtures and what not to choose from, making you more confused from what to choose from, either for take away or for dine-in options. Tasty and yummy snacks and chats.

I went bikanervala at zirakpur outlet today ,I take breakfast and ordered aloo prantha, the food was delicious and atmosphere also very nice ,and staff also friendly

I stopped by this place to have lunch on our way back from Shimla and were extremely hungry. Ordered Chhole Bhature and they were delicious. But they can improve on service...

Food is awesome. You get hot food at only 10 mins and the service is fast. Ambience is good. You get hot jalebi and many things prepared in front of you. South Indian food and Punjabi food is available (Dosa and chole bhature and idli) .you get your Kachori and dhokla too as a snacks with sweets

It was the most amazing and joy-full experience of my life in Bikanervala zirakpur all staff are very helpful. and the food was well cooked and delicious i loved it and my family also. good space for children’s and the manger was also very kind and nice … thanks Bikanervala to provide me good service and good food.i will visit again with my family..🙏🙏

I recently visited a Bikanervala outlet in Chandigarh and tried a few of their sweets and snacks. I was overall impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The sweets were all very good. Bikanervala has always been a favourite of ours and it never disappoints. We recently ordered Malpuras and Ghewar which were beyond incredible. From presentation to taste, both the items were phenomenal. Also, special thanks to Mr. Rajan for always being his courteous and kind self.

Had rasmalai, gol gappe and chat papdi of this place...the place is very hygenic...quality is amazing and the taste too...highly recommend

The restaurant manager rohit at zirakpur was not coperative. Choley had so much salt that we had to throw it. Absolutely unhealthy not consumable at all.

I have ordered rajma chawal and deluxe thali. I was happy with food taste but portion size was less for Rajmah. Really liked dal makhani.

Try their Raj kachori, chana batura..no items from tandoor available in brunch hours.

i tried raj kachoti over here. pizza and chole bhature . swerts are also made with good quality and fresh products. loved the bhaturey was soft and fresh and tasty. kachori was also good.

Had a party with office people & this time the experience was good....but one thing that i will still stick to is....they provide less quantity of platter at home. However, if you plan to go for dine-in...the place is fine..<br/>There are less options than sindhi but it has its own food quality...so thumbs up for the food.<br/>But yes....service needs improvement.

Place is good to have food with family. Order 4 dishes. Noodles with Paneer and crispy potato were average(3/5). Pao bhaji and chana bhatura were good(5/5).

I ordered Puri sabzi, they sent me bedmi Puri, which was paper thin and only two pieces, I find it high in Price.

So today I went to Bikanerwala. The ambience is good. But Ac's were not working. I ordered Sev puri and dhokla. I didn't liked them. I would like try other items next time. As my experience was not good first time.

We had a breakfast at Bikanerwala- this morning! I found it one of the worst chains of Bikanerwala. The manager on the counter was rude. And, surprisingly the Kullad chai that we ordered was pathetic. The food was good but the tea was COLD and after a sip, I felt like puking. I think even the dhabas wala can make a better tea. <br/>Guys! Come on you are charging 50 rs. for a cup of tea atleast maintain some quality and standard. And, please have managerial skills before standing at the counter.

I ordered deluxe thali yesterday. The cost is 300, no matter. I would like to tell that food is not at all tasty. There must be some hygiene issue that I suffered acute throat infection after eating food. I can't sue this restaurant for just a trival issue but I would request food department to sample the food.. zero star..

One of the finest chain of sweets shop. I love there each and every sweet but kaju katli is my favourite. Also there restaurant items are amazing. Raj kharoi sev puri is best among rest of the menu list. <br/>Love all time experience <br/>Self service <br/>One can visit

I like this place and yes they are a big name in the food industry known for various things but I like the Rasmalai served by them loved it very much perfect balance of flavours and sweetness also but giving 4 star for one reason only coz it was served not chilled but in normal room temperature. I would recommend this place for other dishes also and specially this Rasmalai.

Lovely place to grab delicious snacks. A big fan of their Masala Dosa and Rabri Faluda. Self service is a turn off but the quality of food balances the wheel.

I went to this place while travelling to Chandigarh with my family. Its a family restaurant located on Chandigarh- ambala road. The ambience is good and staff was also very kind in nature. We had tried various things like chole bhature, tandoori platter, Spring roll, masala dosa, rolls, brownie with ice cream and gulab jamun with ice cream. The food was really good. Must try this place.

Multiple options to try with hygiene and average price. They have nice options for gift packs as well. Tried the sponge rasgulla and gulab jamun and both were at par in taste.

Nice place. Located beside Chandigarh - Ambala NH. Ambience was very casual.<br/><br/>We ordered kadhai Paneer, chhole Masala, Lachha paratha, missi Roti and Paneer Kulcha. All were superb in both taste and quality. Finally we ordered Rassogollas in dessert which was a quite let down. It was not spongy enough, may be it was not fresh.<br/><br/>Service was really bad and servers have an ego problem what i felt. Simply i was clicking some pictures for my memories, but one of their server refused me to take snaps. Also they were following up me where I was moving, was i clicking pictures or not. Bikanerwala as they have a big name of food and their quality and they deserve it man as they provide the best quality of food which taste is mindblowing..

I just want to eat some mitha so I ordered 2 sweet items 1 is ras malai n another 1 is faluda kulfi<br/>Rasmalai is owsm as always but quit disappointed with faluda kulfi only got taste of syrup and kulfi lacks taste and the eating stuff is not soft in faluda .sweet noodles stuff is too hard to chew an not worth off eat totally waste of money .<br/>Pls check qwality of item with which it is prepared rest I really support bikaner walas but dis tym I got bad experince.

Bikanerwala is a great place to have Food with friends as well as family. The best part here being the variety of the vegetarian dishes that this restaurant offers. Had a Veg thali, that had kadahi paneer, lacha Parantha, and mix veg. The golgappas at this place were also really delicious with the perfect tangy and Spicy water.

They are mostly out of stock on a lot of items. Their sweets taste good. The outlet is quite spacious and located at a good place. Can improve on their service.

Good place. Good location and Good Food. This sums it all. We ordered masala Dosa, Panipuri, Gulab Jamun and Kulfi. The taste lived upto our expectations. However on Menu items like Momo was not available in the late evening time. Would surely visit again to try some more dishes .

Never wanted to give 2 stars.. bt there supervisor and the food they served this time compelled me to do this. I’ve ordered chana masala and yellow dal tadka. Dal was fine bt the chana masala which they served was the one which they serve with chole bhature.. when I checked the same thing with there supervisor (jagdish) he said that we serve chane bhature wale chane instead of chana masala.. the attitude which they showed was ridiculous. Bikanervala is purely a love to visit place. I perfect dine for a family. The food quality of this place is really impressive. The staff is friendly, and the cleanliness of outlet is brownie point for them

Went to bikanervala quite a number of times. Delicious food..! Servicing is good, cordial staff. The place is not much crowded, so you get your food on time which worked for me.

This place is huge. Apart from the bright decor the staff is well trained. I had ordered Spring rolls, momos and A veg Thali. Thali is sufficient for two people. We had ordered two extra naans but had to waste. Spring rolls are one of the best we have. Situated on Highway this place is for many people to go to after tiring long trip or shopping spree.

This is the worst outlet ever. The manager or cashier whoever was there insulted us very badly and started giving dhamki. I suggest everyone never to come here. All I said was that please send someone to the table to keep ‘number stand’ there. And he started talking very badly. If this is the way these guys behave then who will come. When you can’t decide what to eat, come to this place. The menu has a lot of choices in punjabi and South Indian food. Then there is always chats for all chatories.

I had a quick stop at Bikanerwala's while travelling to Delhi. The place is quite big. Since it was the Diwali time, the place was stacked with sweets and dry fruits. After much thought I had vada sambhar. Inspite of being morning time, with less people around, the service was quite slow. They took about 20 mins to serve vada sambhar after constant reminding.<br/>Vada sambhar was okeish as per the expectations.

Was on a travelling mode all day today because of some work and so the combination of hunger and fatigue made me skip on the experimentation part and instead head straight to one of the most popular and trustworthy names in the food industry a.k.a Bikanervala. This particular outlet fell en route my return journey from Panchkula to Delhi. The experience though ultimately filled me with regret and a wish that I had never decided to step foot in this outlet.<br/><br/>After a quick scan of the menu, decided for the most filling item at such places. Ordered a plate of Chole Bhature with Kesari Lassi and while the lassi was served as soon as I took my seat (they just had to take that out of fridge and serve), it took them more than 40 mins to serve a single plate of chole bhature and this was a scenario when the place was not even full. I can only imagine what a nightmare for the customers this place will be on the day it will be full. Innumerous times I asked the guy behind the serving counter about my order and each time I was sent back to my seat saying that the dish will be delivered to your table asap and then they would simply forgot what they said and continue doing whatever they were doing.<br/><br/>Nonetheless the food arrived and the single bite I had worsened the experience manifolds for me. Even after taking eternity preparing the dish, they ultimately served me undercooked bhaturas that left my mouth filled with the feel of raw maida. Horrible, disgusting service.<br/><br/>I would just like to sum up that if you are looking for a place to grab some quick bites while traveling across zirakpur and decide to stop by this outlet then I suggest eating gravel lying outside this outlet as more or less it will taste similar to what you will be served inside.<br/>

The food is only satisfactory at most. The quantity is really less to even begin to justify the prices and not nearly tasty enough to compensate for the prices or the quantity. The overall experience was disappointing. The staff is good and service is good. But the overall brand and menu was not as appealing as one expects on hearing Bikanervala

I order noodles with manchurian by mistake they delivered rice with Manchurian, when I called them back they changed it happily without giving much hassle to me. So, thank you!

Awesome place for Family n friends. On Road. Food is always good and fresh. Staff is good and cooperative. Always on toes to serve. Fresh feel whenever visited. Food is always good and lighting is Good. Spacious place. Kinds enjoy a lot here. They can roam and run around without getting worried that they would spoil some ones food y crashing into service boys.

Location is great and spacious hall with conventional Bikanerwala quality. Morning breakfast scheme till 11.30 am is great. Nothing more to add

Home delivery was very nice . always on time. staff was very polite and friendly. veg noodles was good in taste for my request I had without cabbage noodles and they serve me as I like thankx guys.

I went to this place with no expectations. Rather I believe such chains are overhyped. Add to it the fact the place was almost empty. Only one table occupied at 4 on a weekday. It felt to less.<br/>So, I ended up ordering a pav bhaji. Even though it is self service, I was served the dish on my table and it just exceeded my expectations. The bhaji was aptly seasoned and had a good mix of finely chopped veggies. A very fine mixture indeed. The pavs were smaller than what I usually eat or find around North India but very yummy!<br/>I ended up trying onion kachori as well. It is so yum! The taste of these was amazing. Both the dishes are a must try at this place and you should definitely try it.

Went for dinner with family just casually , there is a lot of variety to choose from good amounts of area and the food is quite good but what's surprised me was there service speed specially Chinese and we ordered the food sat and the food was there on the table literally 5 to 7 min but the speed then disappoints in Indian section but overall a good experience and a good competition to gopals

Visited this food joint on last week of July 2016 with my family. I will start from food quality. I order Chinese platter along with drinks. Food served was good and fresh. There is no complain on taste. Service was okay. Staff were polite and attentive. Location of this outlet is very prominent. As it's on highway and on the entry of Chandigarh, so the place is giving very worth to this food joint. However the building is just opened so I found bit lack of cleanliness. Overall a good experience but nothing special. Not recommended for a memorable supper but okay for quick snacks and junk food. Thanks.

Well I never give a 1 rating to any food joint... Complete foody nature I guess... But I was forced to give a 3. First, hospitality zero, guy at d cash counter was busy wd WhatsApp, least concerned that I was waiting. Then we ordered a Chinese combo of fried rice and cheese chilly... The smallest portion they serve Gopals are better. French fries, are best bought at mc Donald's. Spending 500 was like wasting it at Bikanerwala.

Visited this joint and expected similar taste and quality of food would be served as its being done in sec-26 joint but really upset as none of the dishes were up to expectations nor the hospitality was as its expected from team Bikanerwala.. guys kindly work hard only name doesn't work always..

One of the best places opened in Zirakpur if you want to go out with family and have chat and food all together. Flavours as usual are good and have a good variety of sweets and food as well. Its ok place takes much time to deliver. The quality is ok price is ok but the i found somewhere lack in the service part. Even its in the vary good location.

After trying so many chole bhature in Chandigarh, I finally found good chole bhature here. There pao bhaji is also good. Waiters serve all the food you order on table which is a big plus.<br/> <br/><br/>My biggest complaint with bikaner is with packing of their pizza, they do not use pizza saver and all the cheese is always stuck to top of the box.

Due to its strategic location the footfall at this restaurant is quite high but the service here is pathetic, food quality and ambience is average but taste is bland. The restaurant is mismanaged, waiters don't have much clue about things and even the manager is just soft-spoken not proactive.

Its a spacious joint, located right on the main highway, it is wheelchair friendly with easy access. The food is of good quality, on par with other such outlets in the neighborhood, pricing is also in the same bracket as 'Gopal's' or 'Sindhi'. The staff was warm and courteous during my visit.<br/><br/>The USP is space, accessibility and the Bikanervala brand.
