Very nice ambience with raw village look. Not many food options but the available one were good. Food was served within time and tasted great. Ambience was kid friendly with lovely music.
As compared to other restaurants in Aamby Valley, this one is a bit cheaper(be mindful, the dining costs are very high in Aamby city as compared to outside).

Beautiful place in the mountains. Ask for cuisine. They serve from traditional food to italian they have many options available. Must try here litti chokha, 🍕 Pizzaa, cold coffee and etc.
They also have combo meals available. The place has a really nice seating area in and around.
💰 Price - Rs 600 to 700 per person (without drinks). In this price range this is probably the best and most economic restaurant there is in the Aamby Valley.
🍛Food - pretty amazing food. They serve almost all the signature dish of UP and Bihar ... To my surprise they also offer Nimona. Litti chokha was next level. 😋

🖼️Ambience - super cool Ambience with a local and different vibe. You have multiple lit up spots where u can get clicked for your DPs.
😎Pro Tip - there are other dishes which they offer which are still not in the menu card like Paneer lababdaar, Paneer Butter masala, laccha paratha etc. Do explore things outside menu.

Their mutton is a must try...You may experience a delay in service...Atmosphere is nice...especially night view is great...price wise too costly
We had a beautiful luncheon at Global Chaska Aamby Valley. The food was so tasteful and served with so much love. I surely need to mention the special Ahuna Chicken handi in non veg and Litti chokha stuffed with sattu in vegetation which was so good in quantity.. that we could not try other items.. but our heart was full. We will return to taste the Champaran special.

This place basically have desi cuisines and you won’t find much junk food here. Additionally, it’s more famous for food of UP and Bihar. We had sabji, roti, Biryani, Lassi and a starter here. Staff is friendly and it has unique arrangements for sitting. This is also good restaurant to have punjabi food. One thing I didn’t like about this place is they cost almost 120 rs for the water bottle and it’s MRP is only 20. Taking 6x price for something like water is not good.
Excellent quality food with authentic North Indian food. Litthi Chaukha and Sattu roti are must try.
