A very well crafted and innovative menu and a nicely done up place. Traditional dishes presented in a very modern way, they look appetising and taste even better. We tasted almost 8 dishes and there were none we didn't like. Kolhapuri Missal topped the list followed by the cheese melt pav bhaji. The desserts were altogether at a different level. Dont go by the names as they sound unusual but they taste fantastic. Gorpapdi cheesecake, a MUST have. The jaggery almond ice-cream too, though sounds odd, was surprisingly a refreshing combination.
This place is definitely a must visit!!
This is probably the best place in Ahmedabad, the menu is so well crafted and clearly indicated fusion food.

I have visited this place when the time of Maratha Food Festival was going on so I decided to try out some delicacy from it.
i ordered Pudachi wadi and Bhajnichi thalipeeth and both of them are extremely good. I found this place very comfortable and staff was courteous too. They take care of every request from their customers
So overall place with unique vibe.
As the name depicts it has some dhoomdhaam food from different cuisines, we visited place during the maratha food festival and it was very awesome experience along with some nice touch of their own. Pudachi wadi was my favourite and can taste better with green chatni. Overall a good experience and good food.
Being Maratha Food Festival we tried those items and will come back for the regular cuisine later. Excellent food at reasonable price and excellent service. Lovely ambiance!! Kudos we loved this place. Really Dhoom Dham 👍👍
It breaks my heart to see how underrated this place is, wedged between 2 moguls - Mirch Masala and M.A.D.
Coming straight to the point, the food here is MINDBLOWING. It's quite likely that you would have never imagined how delectable even the simplest of dishes could possibly be, unless you visit this place.
In the past, I've had garlic naan, cheese naan (to die for), lahori teekha paneer, paneer tikka stuffed with methi, chicken lahori, railway mutton curry, tandoori kofte, and masala tawa chicken.
Every single dish out of the ones I've tried has a taste which I will remember for a long time. If you're in town, please do pay this place a visit. You wouldn't be anything less than delighted!
Visited the restaurant with family and what a delightful experience it was!! I originally meant to go to Mirch Masala but due to long waiting queue we decided to dine at Dhoom Dhaam as it had already been late night. Absolutely loved the ambience, the staffs were lovely and showed good hospitality. On top of it, the food was great. I would personally recommend to order Lahori Murgh and Chicken Biryani .. which tasted mouth melting delight!!! Full marks to the Chef and would look forward to visit again.
Our goto place is M.A.D by tomatoes, but this time we decided to visit Dhoom dhaam owned by the same group as M.A.D. The subtle ambience is inviting.. the fragrance, the light filter to the crockery all of them complimenting each other... Loved the food and fresh sugarcane juice.. service were decent.. over all super!
After my visit to this place , without any doubt I can say that ambience,service and taste of food, everthing was too good.I have Rated it 4 as the price we paid was way too much than the quantity we got.
From the food we ordered Chicken Tawa was mouthwatering, "Dahi bhalla" was yummier than expectation. If u r visiting there then Gulab Jamun with rabdi(in photo) is a must try.

When you think of some place that serves fusion food, you can definately think of @dhoomdhaamahmedabad .
1. Jodhpuri Mirchivada : Its a v.famous traditional dish from jodhpur, which was never heard of in ahmedabad. Those who love this dish should come here and try this. It has filling of potato with all indian spices and is served on the bed of imli and green chutney with sprinkles of boondi on top of it. Ohh wait the best part of it that it is served with sweet lassi which is chilled, which compliments the spicy tint of mirchivada.
2.Vadapav : Now being an amdavadi we have had vada pav at various different places, so now what makes this different from others.!! They toss the pav in butter and sprinkle the dry garlic chutney which doesn’t have red chilli power in it, vada’s flavour gives u a tour of mumbai.
3.Mint Mojito : We have had mojito at lot of places bt here they serve the mint mojioto with crushed mint leaves with a little extra sweetness, it’ll be preferable to people having sweet tooth.
Remarks : Ambience is on the point, cleanliness is good. Staff is educated, cooperative and polite.

We loved the ambience and food...it's a great place to hang out with friends and family ✌️we ordered two dishes mutton was not as good but still okay but chicken was yummy and even the garlic naan was different and tasty from those served generally.... overall a great experience 👏
The food was good, it taste great. They have increased the price of a few items. Chicken items are pretty tasty here. You will enjoy your food but it might dig a hole in your wallet.

Would recommend trying the "Papad da Kebab" as it was something different and quite tasty.
Also Paneer Bhurji was great. The service was okayish not that great.
The non-veg dishes were also very good. Had ordered Shikari Murgh Tikka and Gosht Dum Biryani.
The place is very old and they have maintained their quality ever since.
Old but trusted place for a good North Indian non-vegetarian fare. Visited it after about 10 years and seems like nothing has changed, which was perfect. Why fix something which isn’t broken.
Food was yummy, staff were prompt, helpful and the suggestions worked well. The price to dish size ratio is good.
Highly recommend for casual dining.
Really good authentic tasting Punjabi food.
They have two menus: one for the street food that includes everything from sevpuri, Raj kachori to macroni... The other one is for Punjabi food which includes soup, starters, main course and dessert.
We've had Paneer Khurchan and it was delicious they take care of the instructions you provide and cook the meal accordingly.
They've a Angithi Special section in menu consisting all the special sabjis and it is good.
Onion naan is also a very good option amongst tandoors, otherwise they have all common options including rumali, tandoori, naan, stuffed naan, stuffed parantha, etc...
Little black boards also list 'Today's special' like all Sabji and dessert or chat that are special for the day.
Baked gulab jamun with rabdi was one of the best desserts I've ever had.
Definitely a worthy place.

Food has the stamp of MM....good taste. Be prepared for a good waiting time than the usual at other restaurants 🤷
The decor and interior was amusing to say the least but the food was delicious and the service was fast! Everyone was really helpful, we are definitely coming back :)
Bollywood ambience is good. They have a very nice entrance door. They take back to the village environment. Cutleries are very nice and clean bronze metal. But I felt the food was over-expensive.
Had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. Great food with original taste, nice ambience, and friendly service. However, it's a bit costly, and there's no valet parking. Still worth a visit for the awesome taste!
Nov 2022 - Another great, well established, seasoned restaurant. Angithi has something for everyone - pani puri to biryani to pizza. We enjoyed the pleasent ambiance and good service. This is a Mirch Masal brand and the history of good food has followed. The Veg Dum Biryani I had was fantastic and believe me when I say that the vada pav was the tastiest I have had in Ahmedabad. Thank you for a wonderful evening out. Oh and don’t leave without having the carrot halva - addictive as well.
