With so much debris around, not easily accessible, still manage reaching the restaurant nestled in a corner.... . inviting place.
Water served in brass tumblers in the first few minutes, subsequently three chutneys and gun powder served in cute brass containers...................rising expectation

Sankalp is authentic South Indian Restaurant. Entire South Indian items served here are awesome, tasty and delicious. It has outdoor rooftop sitting arrangement also.
Amazing taste of South Indian food. Mysore masala dosa was so yummy, the chutneys are just like we do at our homes in South India. Rava Dosa was crispy and yummy 👌. One of the best South Indian restaurant in Ahmedabad. Varieties of dosa, uttapam, idli, etc served here. Very good taste. Nice and well behaved staff. It had so many branches all over India and abroad.
Good food. Clean and peaceful atmosphere. Great service and staff attitude. Signage outside the complex should be at eye level and not on rooftop. Difficult to locate even if u r standing at the entrance of the complex. Do something about this. Overall good experience. Reasonable prices, good portio
Must try Maysoor Masala Dosa. Food was awesome, it was very clean and friendly staff. They even have indoor and outdoor options, they have space for small functions and gatherings good for 50-70 people. Took pics of masala Bundi and Dahi Bundi but dosa and uttapam were so good that I forgot to take

Best south indian restaurant. I tried uttapam and dosa. They have world’s largest 4ft dosa as a record. Sambhar is so uniquely delicious i would have all day long if i can. love love love. Staff was friendly too.
