Me and my wife went there for some South Indian masala and we found this place and to be frank it was really awesome and tempting as well . We both love the food ,love the environment , love the ambience love the service as well 🙂 must visit one

On our visit to Ahmedabad we decided to try Sankalp on CG Road for some south indian delight.
Since we were dam hungry during our visit we decided to try out different types of dosas, uthappas and rasam vada.
Quality is up to the mark. Serve you 4 type of chutney along with traditional gun powder chutney.
Onion Uthappa was served with a slice of butter on the top. Was crispy and good flavors.
Must have here is Mysore Cheese sada, crispy Buttery Sada Dosa and Onion Uthappam.
Dosa Lovers will enjoy this place for sure.
It was a lovely experience being here. Loved all the food and ambience and the staff behaviour. Must visit place.

Be polite and friendly. Best place for south Indian food. In Ahmedabad sankalp's kara mura dosa, Coconut chatney and sambar is my favorite. C g Road Navrangpura branch is best.
I have been to Ahmedabad and was not really liking the gujrati food then we went for the search and reached this place , and I have to say I never expected that the food will be so good I should say this is the best south indian restaurant I have been too , we ordered masala dosa,uttapam,idli,vada and everything was beyond expectations... Even the service and ambience was so good. I recommend everyone who lives there to must visit or even who is planning to travel there must give it a try. #mustvisit #alltimecraver

The food served is tasty and nicely presented. One of the best places in Ahmedabad if someone is looking for some nice tasty south Indian cuisine. Only Dosa and Udipi are also good when it comes to south Indian food. Four star because the prices of the products are quite high, way higher than what they are supposed to be. I understand one taking the defense of factors influencing cost like the location, waiters then the electricity and other stuff but still even after all these things the prices are not justified, Nope! Coming to the chutneys and Sambhar they serve, they are just something on a whole different level. They serve some 3 kind of chutneys which is great and the best part you can have as much as sambhar and chutneys you want and trust me when I say it's on a whole different level. You feel each and every spice and ingredient of the sambhar and chutney when you have it. It's like a festival for your taste buds because they get to live up to their real potential. To sum up in short, Sankalp is a really great place to be, but, only if you are rich.
The only place for South Indian food. Tried many place but did not satisfy my taste buds. An amazing and authentic food. And Brownies are must for your sweet tooth. Amazing and friendly staff. Staff service is very prompt and satisfactory.
Its a South Indian restaurant. But the taste might be different. Food is really good.
Bit expensive. You may face difficult for finding the restaurant since it's on the 3 Rd floor of one complex.

With so much debris around, not easily accessible, still manage reaching the restaurant nestled in a corner.... . inviting place.
Water served in brass tumblers in the first few minutes, subsequently three chutneys and gun powder served in cute brass containers...................rising expectations.
Right air conditioning, well organised seating, mild Hindu devotionals and a smiling server.....................soaring expectations.
Rasam idly with generous rasam, medu vada. Dosa and Uthappam must try. Sambar and rasam served in a Alauddin magic lamp type saucer and washing off with filter coffee.. The server was serving as if he read each ones mind and expectations. When the bill arrives with paan you don't check the bill twice....leave a generous tip.

Amazing taste of South Indian food. Mysore masala dosa was so yummy, the chutneys are just like we do at our homes in South India. Rava Dosa was crispy and yummy 👌. One must surely try if they are a South Indian food Being New to Ahmedabad we drive around to find a good place to eat. I was more particular to have have a South Indian food. After a long search & rejecting 5 to 6 places we landed up at Sankalp. The exterior of the Resturant isn't appealing but we we entered the Resturant we found it to be very well designed, perfect indoor temperature meeting upto international standards, extremely polite & humble Manager, waiters , captain.... Food was excellent and authentic South Indian in taste ... Had to most wonderful experience and came to know that they have branches not only all across India but World too..... Would suggest it to everyone who to enjoy Authentic South Indian Cuisine.... A must visit.... Thanks everyone at team Sankalp for a most wonderful experience in a unknow city....

One of the best South Indian restaurant in Ahmedabad. Varieties of dosa, uttapam, idli, etc served here. Very good taste. Nice and well behaved staff. It had so many branches all over India and abroad.
Good food. Clean and peaceful atmosphere. Great service and staff attitude. Signage outside the complex should be at eye level and not on rooftop. Difficult to locate even if u r standing at the entrance of the complex. Do something about this. Overall good experience. Reasonable prices, good portions.
Must try Maysoor Masala Dosa. Food was awesome, it was very clean and friendly staff. They even have indoor and outdoor options, they have space for small functions and gatherings good for 50-70 people. Took pics of masala Bundi and Dahi Bundi but dosa and uttapam were so good that I forgot to take pictures. Must visit for authentic south Indian food with family (average 200-400₹ per person)
Great experience..best place to have south indian in Ahmedabad. ......the good thing is the taste and service is same very authentic taste and service as ever...keep it up.
