If that isn't enough.....they also serve a very well curated menu made from freshest ingredients sourced from north east of India, that is certainly made with love...Yes. That's true. Nice little cafe inside of a University campus. Less crowd, self service, absolutely no disturbance if you want to spend time in a quiet place. Conducive to spend long hours working, even if done with your order. Charging ports at every table, nice indoor and outdoor seating. The limited number of items we tried on the menu were decent.
Warning: It is not a vegetarian restaurant as mentioned and not everything in the menu is served.
Besides that, Iit was such a wonderful experience. Literally, breath of fresh air.
This has to be one of the coolest places in town. So underrated.

Project Otenga, one place in Ahmedabad where you get North East Indian food. Such a rare thing! I remember when I had tribal food in Kolkata, I felt why such cuisine we don’t have at western part of India.
I love the ambiance here. Cozy little space inside the Ahmedabad University main building (to be specific, it is located on left if you come from CEPT to Swastik Cross Road. because Ahmedabad University have many locations). Surrounded by so much greens and every decor here is hand picked with so much details. Menu is different here (and it is not on Zomato app). The drinks and sandwiches were delicious!
We had The Positive Vibes drink which is basically an Orange Juice with a twist. Jazz on the Green Sandwich. Under the Umbrella Sandwich, it has mushrooms, cucumber and cheese. And Cheese Delight which had spinach, the power green veggie.
A lovely place with such a cute ambience and welcoming people and the menu is so unorthodox! Absolutely love the place. My fav dish here would be the black rice pudding but everything here tastes really good. Albeit the quantity is a bit less for what they are charging but this could be your once in a while kinda place to chill where you go just for the food! Absolutely delicious food!
We were looking for a place that would host us for a couple of hours before we could leave for another city and our friends from Ahmedabad recommended Project Otenga. It's situated in a relatively quiet place. They have a diverse menu. We decided to nibble on the Carry Me which is poached egg sandwiched between whole grain bread, Crisp and Clear, that consists of nachos topped with roasted tomato, for starters. We ordered the Authentic Aura, which is sliced chicken broth cooked with bamboo shoots and boiled rice, that was soothing to the taste buds. The staff is very sweet. The ambience is comfy too. They promote self service and so there is no way you stand a chance to feel out of place. A must-go-to place.

It's located in the midst of Ahmedabad University and feels like an oasis especially in the summer.
Not only a Cafe but also a great workspace. You'd find several people working/discussing ventures and projects. Lovely decor. They have a collection of books too.
Menu is well thought out and very cute. Some dishes inspired from North East Indian cuisine is a great touch to Ahmedabads food scene. Sandwiches, salads and mains along with beverages form the mainstays.
Positive vibes was refreshing due to the hint of ginger along with the orange, though slightly inconvenient to drink.
Under the umbrella was a well prepared sandwich. The flavour of the mushrooms said to be from Manipur was subtle and not overwhelming. Loved the crisps served along with it.
Thoroughly thought lived up to its name. The mash was delightful and the grilled vegetables on point. The black rice pudding is an interesting addition but may not be to everyone's tastes.
Overall, it scores both in concept and execution. Starting from a small room in Gandhinagar to its present location here, it has always remained a good option to hangout any day.

A peaceful place to spend time with yourself. Or to have a quality conversation. It's a A small cafe with a few options on menu card but a pleasant ambience. Owners of the Cafe are very friendly.
I absolutely love this place! It was such a joy to find a place that serves northeastern cuisine here in Ahmedabad. The prices may be a little on the higher side but I found it worth my money because the ingredients are hard to find here. I didn't mind the self service policy and the whole ambience of the place was quite laid back, like you could chill on your own with a book or with your laptop to work alone.
It's an amazing place to have some unique food. I loved the sublte ambience. It's quite soothing and calm.

Good vibes, great food and gorgeous place! If you're someone who lives away from home and wants some yummy home-cooked food wali feeling then Project Otenga is a must-go! Veg and Non-veg, both is served here and the charges are a little expensive but you can opt for the meal which is worth every dime! Culinary experience like none other, definitely one of my favourites in Ahmedabad. ♥️
It's a good place to relax and work. Tried two of their spicy chicken dishe and wasn't disappointed. The pour over coffe was good as well. The service is good.

Mornings are best for bringing your work here, and by sundown the space transforms to provide the perfect ambience to share memorable times with your closest friends and family.
A must visit to experience both philosophique ambience & interesting food curation with a north eastern touch. A place to exchange meaningful conversations, bond over unique food or a rather solo visit, the place keeps you charmed... I went with my mom, we played board games, read poetry and basked into the ambience while sipping some good tea from a large variety to choose from. Enjoy!

It's a calm peaceful place, nothing like typical Cafe culture. It's place to spend time in tranquility. The host is very attentive and friendly. The food is peculiar however very tasty
