Food is very tasty. Dalbati is Osam. But staff service is very poor. We have to wait more time when continue eating. Plz keep more staff for fast service.
Yesterday I was gone at Gopi restaurant,, food is very testy... Authentic kathiyawadi food ...I tested rajwadi , panjabi, balbati,, all r testy food...
if you are too many people or only single you can visit here.. daalbati is best in town. i’m visiting sonce it was small restaurant. food is pocket friendly and tests alwasy good.
So this is where my husband took the day we shifted to Ahmedabad. He told I must first try their dal bhatti churma.
It had rained that day and for that pleasant weather the food was hot and amazing.

Place has good old village vibes once you are at the table. It was not much crowded when I visited this place on a Monday evening. Had Sp. Daal Bati which was fried neatly. Taste of dal was different than what you get usually. However, combination of both of these along with some lahsun chutney and papad gave me that authentic Rajasthani feels!

Nice and Calm place to visit with family. Ambience is good and both indoor and outdoor seating options available. Decoration is traditional Rajasthani and so is food.
We ordered Sp. Dal Bati, Vagharelo Rotlo and Bati Churma.
Vagharelo Rotlo was good in taste and quantity was also enough to serve 3 people. Dal Bati is always good in taste here. They have preserved the traditional taste of dalbati. It is served with a lot of Ghee and Lahsoon ki chutney. And for dessert the Bati Churma. Dipped into the ghee and gud. So yummy.

The nostalgic Dal Batti relish can be very tempting at times which this places tries to justify it. Had ordered just the special and buttermilk alongside. The taste though looked right with a bit more expected out of the dal. Smile took over the hunger when it was mentioned that Dal is unlimited on disposal. The buttermilk too can do good with some rock salt properly mixed. The garlic chilli chutney is pretty spicy and should satisfy your Rajasthani taste buds just right. A decent, open and hygienic non AC ambience wasn't a complain on this end. Hoping to visit soon again.

One of the best daal-bati in ahmedabad. Do not try anything else. Place is good only for daal-bati. Have open seating best suited for winter.
AHad Churma and Daal Bati. Dal is very much thick compare to other place. Bati we prefere to order roast one only and not the deep fried one. They serve 4 bati with big bowl of daal you can see in the picture.
Currently they are selling at ₹140/- for daal bati which is 💯 value for money

Can't compare it with daal baati they serve in Rajasthan, but its good.
For 180 rs you get 4 pcs of baati in 1 plate. If you are going in a group then dont order no. of plate as per no. of person because they serve all the baati in 1 big bowl, so that u can eat 2-3 baati as well.
Waiting area is quite big and its grass lawn so children can play and roam around.

Good for having Daal-banti in this area or throughout SG highway, but food is not that awesome here as people claim to be, service is good, staff is decent. Seating arrangements and ambience is nice. Parking facility is also good. Overall nice experience but not extraordinary for daalbanti.
Recently I visited this Gopi Dalbati, Nr. Adani cng pump, Gota, Ahmedabad. We took dinner here with friends, we ordered regular DAL BAATI, GUD, GHEE, PAPAD & Garlic chutney. What an extra Ordinary taste of the Dal, superb consistency with pure Rajasthani taste, Baati was very good baked and so soft in taste. One of the best dalbati of entire city.
Huge seating arrangement in hotel, restaurant style inside, open to sky seating area and lawn for group or family gathering. Fast service, slightly higher side rate for dalbaati but it worthy. Must visit place for Dal Baati lovers.
One the most favourite restaurant for dalbati and bati churma. Specially fried bati with dal is just awesome. Add some ghee into it and gud(jaggery) if you feel spicy after adding lahsun ki chatni.

Only one thing that i didn't like about it is the Mukhwas(combination of saunf and dhanadal). As i found little stones in mukhwas. Otherwise the hotel is good

One of the old restaurant in Ahmedabad; very much famous for daal-bati. Though wearing a name ' Gopi daal-bati', it also serves other cuisine as well, which is very much relief for families having small kids.
