Mohanlal Mithaiwala is an epitome of a sweet shop. One stop for all your sweet cravings. All the available sweets are not only soothing visually but also they are of premium quality. Especially the ice halva deserves a try. Also the quality is unaltered over the years.
Prices may seem high but they are worth!

This sweet shop is famous for its Mumbai ka halwa or Ice Halwa. Its a yummy desert or sweet available in three different variety. Good quality and nice packing. Good staff and services đź‘Ť

To be honest this is my favourite sweets store in Ahmedabad. The owner and workers are very polite and courteous. The quality of sweets is absolutely amazing. They have a great range of delicacies. The sweets are are absolutely yummy especially in the morning as when they are freshly make and warm. Perfect place for all the sweet lovers out there in Ahmedabad. Definitely going back to this place. The halwa is a must try here.

One of the famous sweet shops for Golden Ice Halwa (which is very famous in Mumbai). There are a variety of flavours available for the ice halwa. They also sell many more sweets. My favourite is Kadambari in which sugar is less but well balanced (which is required). Many more snacks are also available there.

Trusted brand since ages. The halwa is to die for, and they have maintained the taste with amazing consistency. The silver and gold foil dry fruit kachoris are also a good, tasty snacking option to buy from here.

I followed the recommendation from the owner of Mount Abode and sought out this sweets shop. He was able to try some of their sweets when the owner of Mohanlal’s wife spent some time at Mount Abode. This was a splendid place to pick up some Gujarati sweets. There were a lot of options available. They were kind enough to make a mixed box of 4 different items for me. Splendid! I have some nice treats to help me remember Ahmedabad when I return to Delhi. Please check this place out!!!

One of the best experiences I had was when I visited a shop with my friend to purchase sweets. What set this shop apart was their fantastic practice of providing a variety of sweets for customers to taste before making a purchase. They are particularly renowned for their Mumbai halwa, which came in numerous delightful variations. The sweets are incredibly delicious, especially in the morning when they are freshly made and still warm.
