Service self service you have to pick your on food and you can give payment after eating
Atmosphere is nothing there are table eat and go I think it’s good for them
Food umm chai is best pakodas is nice

Swad Gathiya Rath is located at a very prominent place of Chandkheda on Ahmedabad - Mehsana Highway (At the entrance of Chandkheda from North) which serves variety of Gujarati snacks & dishes which include Gathiya, khaman, dhokla, Fafda, Jalebi, Gota, Patra and so on. The dishes are served in their unique bamboo basket with paper underneath. I most like their chutnies, kadhi, pappaya-mango kachumbar and fried green chillies accompanied with fafda and gathiya. Taste was good and one can visit this place for breakfast or brunch; however, have reduced one star owing to following areas where improvement is required:
1. Need to work on queue management as the customers have to struggle through two queues: one for advance payment and second to get the ordered food;
2. Cleanliness and hygiene level need to be improved as the tables were not found cleaned and the area inside the restaurant was too shabby;
3. Training must be imparted to the staff for being more humble, helpful and polite;
We had our breakfast there.
We had gathiya which was average.
And had Papdi (fafda) that was delicious. Really like the texture. And there were serving hot.
We also had jalebi and that was pretty delicious too.
They serve fafda gathiya in a wooden basket with paper in it. And has chutnies like kadhi, green chutney, and pappaya-mango kachumbar.
They also gave fried green chillies to eat with fafda and gathiya.
Overall, I’d recommend fafda and jalebi.
As a South Indian vegetarian traveler...this place was exciting. We could taste the entire Gujarati breakfast under one roof. Dhokla, Khandvi, Mirch Bajji, small and big samosa, Kachori, Muthiya, and Khadi.

Sev puri here is amazing. Dabeli and tikki are also tastes amazing.there are many other options as well there. Parathas, sandwiches and many more.
This was an eatery that our taxi driver stopped at when we requested him to take us for breakfast at a local eatery. They were not fully functional early in the morning when we went but did have some sections that were open and serving local snacks. Their tea shop was also open. The eatery has self service and one buys coupons for the chosen dish before handing them over to the counter inside where the food is supplied. They have a peculiar method of serving – with the food being put in small baskets above a slip of paper. People then partake of the food with families and groups dipping into the baskets for their helping of Khandvi, Dhokla and other Gujarati delicacies. We found Swad inexpensive but hygienic. Their food is tasty and they seem popular by the crowds that come there.
Multiple options are available for breakfast along with kulad tea.
Perfect place for the morning snacks. There is enough space for the customers. Different types of snacks are available at a single place. There is also not an issue of parking. This place is easily visible from outside. It is situated on the main chandkheda highway.
