Have been a fan of Sankalp since time immemorial, and this outlet lives upto the expectations. Have visited this place countless number of times. The Sankalp brand never fails to delight, and I practically love everything from the menu.
Specifically reviewing for Prahalad Nagar branch. Sankalp is a well known South Indian chain in Ahmedabad, which can be improved as compared to other Sankalp in Ahmedabad.
Let's come to food, I went there many times and tasted Bhaji Dosa, Rava Onion Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, and Pain Cheese Dosa. They have a standard practice to make a variety of Dosas so it tastes the same as other branches. But service and hygiene can be improved. Most of the time I use Zomao Gold benefit so that one dosa can be free in my bill. So it is always a great money value for me.

I am a frequent visitors at this outlet of sankalp but this time I used Zomato Gold here. As usual the quality of dosa are perfect. I just love the chatni and sambhar at this place. The ambience is simple and comfortable.
Sankalp name is enough, best for south Indian.. Place was bit crowded as there was a party going on, rest everything is worth enjoying. Service was slow as compared to other places

I visit sankalp for a first time. All type of south Indian foods are available there. Like idli ,various types of dosa, uttapam and many types of starters , cold drinks , soups and many more. I'm order maysour dosa and militry ghee roast spicy dosa with four verious type of chatny coconut, tomato, garlic , and sambhar. Teast is good and sambhar 👌👌👌 I like this place all tables are white in colour and sofas are maroon😍😍😍😍😍 loved it. They have 32 ft long dosa and had world record. It's price is 950 rs.
If you are south food lover, then Sankalp has got nice options to satisfy southern taste of India. They hold world record for making 30ft long dosa. They have multiple franchises all over the globe. Their chutney and sambhar are typical in taste and one would sure like it.
The food is superb especially dosa are my favorite there is a variety of chatnis and sambhar is yum too.... Sambhar and chatni is unlimited the quantity is quite filling.... Prices are quite high but so is the quality.... I love its slizzling brownies too...

This is Prahladnagar branch of Sankalp restaurant. The place is easily observable and the ambience is good too. It's a best place to share time and space both with family and friends.
3 new items were launched. I tried 2 of them.
1. Spooky dosa rolls
Beautiful Combo of Dosa with veggies and fries with metled cheese.
Must try for all the fusion food lovers.
2. Kebab Shots
Served as sticks of Hara bhara kebab with melted cheese filled with in it along with green chutney.
You can never be wrong with you choice at The Sankalp.
Great food, Great ambiance, and as always great hospitality. They have so many options in dosa and you will love each one of them.
Only this place has few tables compare to other Sankalp places.
Sankalp is known for south indian dishes. Nice place to be but as the road alongside complex is under construction you might feel little inconvenience.

The food tastes good. I tried barrel dosa and military dosa. They were good, could have been much better. Sizzling brownie was awesome.
However the order guy will keep on telling you about various things "nahi ye to nahi hoga". Whether you want the dosa spicy or the something else his answer will be "nahi ye to nahi hoga"!
So if you want good food go here and at reasonable prices.."nahi ye to nahi hoga"!!!
