Janta fry centre is very geniun and authentic restaurant specially to have asian non-veg food. It is very old and the best restaurant in east Ahmedabad to enjoy non-veg food. They are also selling live chicken to make at home & eggs at wholesale price.
The restaurant is located at prime location at NH highway 8 (Soni ki chal). They have Non-AC hall at ground floor and AC hall at first floor for family. Seating arrangement is very cosy. Staff is also very well behaved.
Food is too good. The taste they serve is very delicious and quantity is also good. I have eaten many times at this restaurant but every time I feel well and happy. The combination of spices they use to prepare various chicken & mutton dishes is luscious. The cost is also very affordable.
If you are non-vegetarian then you must visit here atleast once. Then you will visit here regularly, for sure.

The service is not good employees or the waiters are not attending the customers over there properly. And as far as food was concern we have tried couple of things the nalli barra was 9/10
While the chaap was good and the crispy rice was good 9/10.

Tikka and nagina was excellent. according to price chicken nagina was less in quantity(380 rs)

This is THE PLACE for Non-veg lovers.
I have lived in 4 cities now (Kota, Gandhinagar, Pune & Bangalore) and nowhere have I found a non-veg place AS GOOD as this and AS CHEAP as this. The taste, the quality, the price everything is just ❤️❤️unmatched. The only competition this has is Sabar Fry centre which is in Infocity.

We came back here as alumni of our college and made it an Agenda to eat like crazy at Shahi Sigdi. One of our friend passed out from eating too much XD. Still even after so much eating, per person cost slightly less than 500.
I recently dined at Shahi Sigdi Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We started with the Chicken Manchow soup, which was not only flavorful but also very tasty. The Chicken Seekh Kabab followed, and it lived up to our expectations, offering a delicious treat for our taste buds. The Mutton Bhuna Gosht was the next dish we tried, and it, too, did not disappoint. The good quantity of food provided ensured we left the restaurant fully satisfied.

Food was good no doubt. But it is having dining space in an open space which can be an big issue in rainy days or in winter days. Moreover they should improve their food presentation quality.
