Surbhi is one of the oldest restaurant in Sabarmati and I am going here from my childhood , nice ambiance food quality is also good ,over all nice place to go with family at dining

I had a fix punjabi thali here.
2 types of sabji,3 roti,Dal,Rice,Papad,Salad and Icecream.
The thali was pretty decent and upto the mark.
It’s a perfect meal for a person.

visited first time Surbhi restaurant during 2002 for family dinner.
Located perfectly near power house (torrent during 2002)
On weekend the waitlist was long resulting in approx 40-45mins waiting.
It was one of a kind in our area nearby Ramnagar so quite famous for food quality n service.
REvisited in 2016 and found no change i n food n service both ,loved to be here again.

Surbhi restaurant was one of the first ever restaurant opened in sabarmati area ! Me and my family first time tasted proper Punjabi food in this restaurant (During those days in marriage you didn't see Punjabi food in Ahmedabad). Food in this restaurant is amazing as always ! They have still that ambience and not visited restaurant for quite some time !

The banquet is in a building, where previously Galaxy cinema used to stand.. a nice banquet for small meetings, functions, or gatherings - social or corporate... The taste of food was too good.. very tasty.. the serving staff too was very good, & cooperative.. the service was very fast and all staff members behaved very nicely.. But if you want to enjoy your dinner then you have to reach earlier between 7:30 to 8:00 on Sunday's and on festival.
Or you will have to wait for at least
30 minutes to 1 hours.
And service was also good but food was served very late.
