One of the best south Indian cuisine

Great food, decent ambiance.
We tried Sankalp in the heart of gujju land and were bowled over by the authenticity of the south indian cuisine.
So while idli dosas are kind of obvious and we went for masala idli and a dosa platter, it was the korma and malabari parotta that totally surprised us. We loved the taste of the korma and the parotta was just perfect! those nice crispy layers.
Even the dosa platter gave us a chance to try three dosas in one, the masala dosa, mysore dosa and spring dosa.
One thing to mention, the chutneys. These guys are very generous with their many chutneys and sambhar and you are bound to enjoy them! Do try this restaurant out!
This south indian food chain offers very delicious food. It was our first experience at this location and it was well worth it. We received really good service during the visit managers, and waiters were really friendly and helpful.
Sankalp resturant is name of best south indian food in town. They serve truly authentic south Indian food with variety of tests as per region. Today we tried Masala vegetable idli, medu wada and keerai cheese garlic dosa. All items were testy and mind blowing. Masala vegetable idli served as small idli cooked in fresh tomato pury with masala,tested tangy tomato flavoured spicy idli. Medu wada were simple and soft yet testy and healthy. Keerai cheese garlic dosa served as spinach and cheese topping with crispy dosa.

We were two, ordered three items and not able to complete dishes. I would recommend to order per person one item.

Amazing taste with the best service. Been a long time since experienced such a nice taste with South Indian Food. Service, experience, taste all good.
This place has been shut down and replaced by another restaurant which still has not removed the brand Sankalp and so its misleading for customers.
