Review Ambrosia Restaurant - Ajmer

Had visited this place for a nice evening brunch. The ambience is very good. Location of this property allows you to enjoy a good scenic view from the rooftop. The staff service is also quick and responsive. The food here hands down is very delicious and has a good spread. A must try signature dish is Palak Patta Chaat, truly amazing and unique. They do have a lot of vegetarian options as well other than non-vegetarian. To summarize, you can't miss this place if you're in Ajmer. Totally worth the spend.

Ambrosia has been recently renovated and offers a delightful experience. The vibrant ambiance complements the exquisite North Indian cuisine perfectly. The food is a burst of authentic flavors, and the panoramic views from the rooftop add a touch of magic. A must-visit for both food and atmosphere enthusiasts.

Everything was perfect about this place. The rooftop look is wow ! Nice place to spend time with your loved once with tasty and representable food.. special thanks to Leena for nice service and beautiful decoration for birthday celebration.

Very lovely place for lunch and dinner. Trey have a huge variety of menu. If you are not from Rajasthan then must try laal mans. Staff is very coordinated and friendly. Price is okayish but worth the food and place. If you love to get clicked then no terrace restaurant can be better than this.

Had a seemless celebration that this amazing restaurant. My requirements regarding the food were completely met, staff was responsive and co-operative. It was a gathering of about 50 people and I got so many complements on my choice of the Venue

The facilities they provide are of high quality. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Open terrace dining is cool The quality of food is also nice. The flod was tasty. Would recommend it if you are visiting the area.

The food is decent but but the portions size could be increased . The laal maans is a must have here but i personally found Mango Masala's laal maas a little better but this is great too. Also tried their palak patta chaat which comprised of a crispy leaf of palak dipped in besan fried and topped with onion tomato sev and masalas and chutneys. Also tried their reshmi palak which is quite similar to palak paneer but has gatte instead. The staff is polite and respectful. The ambience is really enjoyable with ample amount of walking space, dim lights, mellow music in the backdrop, and glittering sky. Its beautiful and really makes you want to comeback for more. I personally liked the place and would like to not only comeback but also recommend it to others. Cheers :)

The best ambiance in the town, the great staff with service mindset and willing to help you and lest the relishing food- we orders chicken boti, non veg platter and chicken lolypop. By far the best taste in Ajmer. Highly recommended.

The best place among Ajmer, the quality of the food is good, this type of roof top restaurant is served with entertainment, food and various types of food. Two dishes were served to us. It was a wonderful starter on the tasting table. Its taste was really good. The first was "vegetable next bird" and the second was 'Chasca Kebab'. Both dishes were delicious and the presentation was wonderful .. You must eat it

We stayed hotel Ambassador for 1 day. Room was clean. Food was good. Staffs are very supportive and well behaved . On the 2nd floor there is the restaurant Ambrosia. It is really very nice. We had dinner over there at 1st of Jan, that is really a nice memory. We had breakfast there, at day time the vew is also very nice. The interior of the restaurant is really nice and attentive. Overall experience was very good.

Very attractive and decorative Restaurant. The food was delicious and their signature dish with the bird's nest was amazing. The dessert was incredible. We had a lovely view from the rooftop restaurant.

Paneer lababdar was very yummy according to my parents. In starter they ordered spring rolls. This restaurant is on Ambassador Hotel rooftop with great city views. They have great outdoor seating. Food was lovely. Service was very prompt. Drove all the way from Pushkar to try this restaurant.

Well we all were put ourselves there after long search for a perfect restaurant to celebrate 🎉 Birthday of my uncle. It’s a rooftop restaurant which is on the top floor of ambrasador hotel. Sitting arrangements are good. There is cabana sections too. We had tandori roti, veg jhalfrezi, paneer lababdar and ambrosia NV special thali. In starters we had crispy potato chili and makai paneer roll. Chilli potato was not crispy it was flat in taste. Veg main course items also so so not that great and coming to NV thali oily smell came from chicken pieces. Also hard too.

Good place but not hygenic, glasses contained lipstick marks once we went, that disapointer, taste is good of tandoori platter and malai kofta

Restaurant is a must visit eating place in Ajmer. The highlight of my experience was beautiful ambience, delicious food options and the courteous staff. Dahi ke kabab and Birds Nest were really nice. Overall a superb experience.<br/>

Food quality was good !! Ordered tandoori chicken and found it jucey & tasty but the quality was too small. Possibly it better to mention there how many peices of chicken we"ll get. I ordered two but couldn't get equivalent of one whole chicken

We ordered Veg Steak Sizzler and Laal Maas. The Laal Maas was okay... The Sizzler was a small veg patty cut in pieces, with cut up capsicum and tomato stuffed with boiled potato. The dish was sprinkled with some beans and french fries. Neither it looked like a sizzler nor tasted like one.

After checking out reviews I narrowed down on Ambrosia. Located on top of ambassador hotel this place is an open roof top restaurant. Since it was almost 4 by the time I got there the place was empty.<br/><br/>I'd called for the famous Lal mass, mirchi paratha, butter naan and masala Pappad. All the items were delicious and defenitly recccomend this place. This place has also go a great view.

Must visit, if u r in ajmer n of vent visit ambrosia than u ve left something, superb ambience , n superb taste.. wether it’s chicken main course or mutton main course.. wether is chicken starter or mutton starter..it’s finger licking jordar..

I was disappointed with most off the stuff except for the ambience and the barra kabab. And I ended paying up 1800+ for a meal for three people at the end. I'd like to see them improve on the food freshness, cooking quality and quantity especially on the items I ordered - chicken shorba, chicken Malai Tikka, and quantity of laal maas. Before I come back.

Good food and ambience, the main attraction of this place is the seating outside and it is great. Food is tasty. I did the rice corn kababs and it was great. Every food gives a good taste is its ingredients and is light and nice to you tastebud.<br/>Should go specially during evening

We ordered the smokey chaas which was a 5/5<br/>The murg malai tikka was good too 4/5<br/>The chicken biryani and the parda biryani (veg) were very spicy. So were the Kadai paneer and the boti masala. We really struggled. We usually never order dessert, but we did today, because the raita and chaas were not enough to cool it off!

Amazing place to visit near ana sagar lake ...... but since I visited in afternoon I couldn’t use the outdoor sitting due to Heat ...... it would just be amazing to visit in evening.<br/>Also the food was pretty good ...... along with courteous staff and polite manager.<br/><br/>Would love to visit again whenever I’m back in Rajasthan!!!

We were three hungry people who came here for lunch. the place wasn't done up as well as it shows in the pictures but that may be becasue no one uses the outside seating in the heat. <br/>Food was amazing and and it was one of the best meals of our trip! Kadai chicken and chicken kebabs were succulent and yummmmm!!! A must try! <br/>The pudina lacha parantha and normal lacka parantha were done perfectly! Many layers, apt amount of butter and absolutely fresh! loved it and craving for it even while I type this. Try it :)

Visited there on my Ajmer Trip for dinner after checking out reviews for this place. This is a rooftop place with indoor sitting as well. Rooftop area is decorated in a beautiful way, it can be a place for date. The food was delicious and the staff was courteous enough to explain about the dishes and modify as per our taste. I would give this 4.5 and deduct 0.5 as the AC was not working properly and it was quite hot on that day.

Ambrosia resturant is really nice.i order many variety of meal ..vagetable nest bird's, vagetable chaska kabab, mirchi Roti, Resami palak, Bhutte ki sabji,Butter naan, Ulte tave ki roti, Papad Bhurji,Ambrosia Special dal,etc.<br/>Everythig was so wonderful, The place,services,presentation but among these there were two amazing dishes named with vegitable nest bird's and the Vegitable chaska kabab was so delicious with the wonderful presentation which we enjoyed the most. . Great restaurant and even better food. Must try the Sev Tamatar ki Sabji, its slightly different from what you usually get at Dhabas and also Murg Hara Pyaz is a great new find for me as a chicken lover. Ambience is by far the best in Ajmer.

I would give this a negative if I could. Firstly the staff was too rude and arrogant. Negative marks for the hospitality. Definitely the first and the last time we went there. Will make sure nobody from someone I know goes there.

Best part about this restaurant is its decor and ambience. Food is little expensive if you compare it from other restaurants but the ambience and decor is superb. Great place overall.
