Very attractive and decorative Restaurant. The food was delicious and their signature dish with the bird's nest was amazing. The dessert was incredible. We had a lovely view from the rooftop restaurant.
The restaurant is situated at the rooftop of Ambassador Hotel. Walking distance from Anasagar and has a lovely ambience. The seating arrangement is quite cozy and relaxed. The food is decent but but the portions size could be increased . The laal maans is a must have here but i personally found Mango Masala's laal maas a little better but this is great too. Also tried their palak patta chaat which comprised of a crispy leaf of palak dipped in besan fried and topped with onion tomato sev and masalas and chutneys. Also tried their reshmi palak which is quite similar to palak paneer but has gatte instead. The staff is polite and respectful. The ambience is really enjoyable with ample amount of walking space, dim lights, mellow music in the backdrop, and glittering sky. Its beautiful and really makes you want to comeback for more. I personally liked the place and would like to not only comeback but also recommend it to others. Cheers (:

The hotel as well as restaurant both are excellent. The restaurant is rooftop so one can enjoy the meal with good view. Food is also flavoursome and appetizing. All in all it was a good experience. Very much recommend 👍

My mom and dad celebrated their 30th anniversary in Ambrosia restaurant. ❤️ Ms. Leena arranged the whole program very nicely in my absence. I will always be grateful to her. I have been there many times and due to its rooftop ambience I chose this over other restaurants for celebrating my parents anniversary. Paneer lababdar was very yummy according to my parents. In starter they ordered spring rolls. In dessert kitkat shake was awesome.
Overall a great experience and thank you so much Ms. Leena for great hospitality. Appreciated. Looking forward to comeback many more times.

This restaurant is on Ambassador Hotel rooftop with great city views. They have great outdoor seating. Food was lovely. Service was very prompt. Drove all the way from Pushkar to try this restaurant.
Had visited this place for a nice evening brunch. The ambience is very good. Location of this property allows you to enjoy a good scenic view from the rooftop. The staff service is also quick and responsive. The food here hands down is very delicious and has a good spread. A must try signature dish is Palak Patta Chaat, truly amazing and unique. They do have a lot of vegetarian options as well other than non-vegetarian. To summarize, you can't miss this place if you're in Ajmer. Totally worth the spend.

Had a seemless celebration that this amazing restaurant. My requirements regarding the food were completely met, staff was responsive and co-operative. It was a gathering of about 50 people and I got so many complements on my choice of the Venue
