Ajmer is seeing evolution in restauranteering Culture these days and the credit goes to the young entrepreneurs who are bringing differentiated cuisines to this beautiful town. Recently, I was invited to the first Bloggers table in Ajmer at Chaska Restro Lounge, which started and managed by 2 young Entrepreneurs.

AMBIENCE:-
It was an amazing experience at this wonderful place which is a bliss to Ajmer city, this place first of all have lovely interior being dark n edgy at the ground floor which is perfect for partying as its ambience consists of addictive music and eye catchy painting with tints of neon to grab u in a rocking mood.
The first floor of this restro have a bright natural look to it with brighter light and wood and grass sort interior giving it a fresh vibe apt for luncheons and get togethers. The most lovely part of this section is the ceiling decor with tokri with lights which u have to go n check as its something u all gonna love. And the glass ceiling gives u a view of budhdha’s reflection from the roof top floor.
Then above this floor is the rooftop which is supercool as decorated with fairylights with beautiful sitting areas and ofcourse the glass floor though which the first floor could be seen. This section is apt for dinners and date and even birthday party.
FOOD:-
Food at this place is worth drooling. Few dishes which we tried and absolutely loved were first of all its Pizzas
*Mexican deep dish pizza
*Punjabi tadka pizza
The pizzas were freshly baked with soft and melting hot cheese with perfectly baked bases thin but not breaking apart lovely bases.
Then were others like
* crispy paneer
This was again what we loved most as ws crispy frm outside and soft paneer inside with a secret Dip of the restro this was delicious and soothing to the taste buds at the same time.
* black current cocktail
This was totally refreshing drink with mint lemon and its aqua colour with mint leaves n lemon ws pleasing to the eyes too.
*sizzling waffle
You all might have tried belgium waffle and even hot chocolate brownie with icecream but you might nvr had tried sizzling waffle with icecream and this is wht exactly we ate their and let us tell u it was what you will love the most at the end of the meal.

All these dishes had very pocket friendly prices which make this place a perfect hangout joint for our lovely Ajmer city.
It's great to hangout with friends over here it's beautifully designed food spot the food is good and unique over here. The place is fully cool and is updated with present day Trendz❤
Interior wise this restro is one of the best in ajmer. They have 3 separate floors which gives you unique experience & if you want to organize any party or hangout with your friends or go on a date or something. well, this place serves the best cos of this concept. They got great decor coupled with beautiful ambience. You can watch the sunset on roof top and enjoy your food with the loved ones or can sip your coffee/ tea on chilly day with the mesmerizing view. Moving ahead with food, I tried Chinese sizzler, crunchy paneer, and sizzling waffle. They serve good waffles which are balanced in sweetness. Prices of the food will not cost much to your pocket.

I hav seen it growin up like wen initally it started, the tokris ambience caught mai attention , the mesmerisin view of the lake from top view smothes the soul n the food quenches the stomach thirst. i love the freshness chaska has to offer since creative minds are behind this great concept .coming to the food I tried a lot of things
1. Veg maggie is my favourite there with d cup of tea ( tea has to be improved though )
2. Crunchy paneer is something new and unique
3. Cheesy rice balls ( anything with rice is my favourite)
These are good at stomach and light at pocket too!!Would recommend you for ur evening hang outs and birthday parties !

There is a lot of thali in the country and other states of India: I often go to the restaurant or any cafe or even in a normal hotel, So I definitely make a thali or a special thali there.
That's why I tried a special thali in Chaska restaurant too, believe me, it was very tasty, the variety of all dishes was very good.
In the night, there is a cafe running in it, you can also set it up, there is a lot of tasty variety of fast food available here.
If you want to stay in Ajmer City, then you can go to this restaurant once.

Good place to hang out with friends , family , couples nice and beautiful interior, food was also gd in taste , fast service the way they present food in front of u is amazing, nice roof top view u can gets the memorable moments with ur love ones. Over all a good place
This is a good place and have a variety of dishes to choose from( okay not that much, but still it is good). I have been there 3 times and my experience was good it has a nice atmosphere specially 2nd and 3rd level of the restaurant. I ordered various things and it tasted fine. The only problem that I faced was the long delay in the serving service of the staff, don't know whether the staff was less on the particular day or what. But the other 2 times it was fine. I personally like the 2nd level of restaurant because of it well designed walls and the sitting arrangment. It's a good place if you're going on a casual date or with friends. Btw they can arrange for birthday parties as well
