We were looking for some good seafood, and I suggest this is one of the best restaurants of Alleppey in terms of amibence and Food taste.we ordered Pollichathu (kingfish) and jeera rice.It was delicious.Must try place
We tried pearlspot polichatu, fish tikka and malabar parantha. Polichatu was very good, amazingly cooked well. Parantha was sufficiently large. Tikka was average. Ambience is very good. Staff courteous.
The ambience is good, so is the food. Only thing bad is that the staff are not that responsive. The ambience is too good and interior has a classy finish.
I have been to Cassia a lot of time as it is near to my house. The taste of the food are good but sometimes we feel they have just reheated them and served. But overall we can give 4 stars. The staffs are nice and the surroundings are neat. If you are planning to visit Cassia, please don't miss honey glazed chicken. It's worth it.
Amazing ambience. Loved the interiors, and the layout of the restaurant. We reached early in the morning, around 9, and ordered Appam and Chicken Stew. Quality of the food was top notch, fresh off the stove. Would recommend this place to people who pass by Allapy.
The hotel is located on the highway itself and is easily accessible. The food was delicious and the portions were large. The open kitchen looked neat and the general hygiene was good.
There was ample parking. Availability of an EV charging station is an added advantage.
Traditional Kerala decor, nice ambience. A little on the costlier side, but worth it. Ordered egg roast, appam, Kerala veg meal and fish fry. All were delicious.
I have been using this Restaurant and the EV charging facility on offer for more than a year now and I must say they have been consistently providing good food with great customer service. I now stop here and have food even when not driving an EV. Its located conveniently and there is ample parking and decent toilet facilities. God Speed
This is a lovely food point for highway travellers- if you like traditional/Chinese non-vegetarian food in a less crowded environment. It's on the pricier side but worth the money. Great ambience. Their non-veg Kerala meals are fantastic - the taste is 200% homely. Ample parking space.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Clean environment…Value for money.
I had an exceptional dining experience at Cassia. The food was delectable, offering authentic flavors that left me impressed. The ambiance was delightful, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend!
Loved the ambience of the restaurant .. karimeen pollichath and honey glazed chicken is a definite must try!! Prices are reasonable ..
Cassia is located conveniently on the highway just went entering Alleppey.
We ordered the vegetarian meals and it was good. The rice is what you'd expect in Kerala restaurants.
The porota is really good and recommended.
Plenty of parking available in the front of the restaurant. Lunch for 2 was around 800rs, so it's a little more pricy than the restaurants surrounding it. It's a AC restaurant though.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cassia Restaurant and indulging in a scrumptious culinary experience. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a wide range of delightful dishes.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to try several items, including Appam with Veg Stew, Bread Omelet, Cold Coffee, Lime Soda, and Tea. Each dish and beverage left a lasting impression with their flavors and presentation.
The Appam with Veg Stew was a standout dish. The appam, a traditional South Indian pancake, was light, fluffy, and had a slightly tangy flavor. It served as a perfect accompaniment to the flavorful and aromatic veg stew. The stew consisted of a variety of vegetables cooked in a rich and creamy coconut milk base, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
The Bread Omelet was a satisfying and comforting choice. The omelet was perfectly cooked, with a fluffy texture and a filling of fresh vegetables and spices. It was served with toasted bread, adding a crunchy element to the dish. This classic combination made for a delicious and hearty meal option.
For beverages, the Cold Coffee was a refreshing treat. It was creamy, with a balanced sweetness and a rich coffee flavor. It provided the perfect pick-me-up on a warm day. The Lime Soda was tangy and effervescent, offering a delightful citrusy twist. The Tea was served piping hot and had a comforting and soothing effect.
The service at Cassia Restaurant was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff members who ensured a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Whether you're looking for a satisfying breakfast or a quick beverage, Cassia Restaurant offers a delightful array of options. The flavors are authentic, and the quality of ingredients is evident in every dish. The prices are reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes.
In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting Cassia Restaurant for a scrumptious culinary experience. Whether you choose the Appam with Veg Stew, Bread Omelet, Cold Coffee, Lime Soda, or Tea, you're in for a treat. Enjoy the warm hospitality, inviting ambiance, and the mouthwatering flavors that Cassia Restaurant has to offer.
