The samosas were delicious and had a unique taste, but were comparatively small and somewhat thicker skin.

Est in year 1890 this place serves variety of snacks made of pure ghee. I had mini samosa and khasta and it was delicious.They also serve diffrent varieties of dry masala.Must recommend.💯

The is a very old shop selling samosa in Prayagraj. This is their only shop. Located in the old part of the city market. The samosa is really good, nothing like you'll find somewhere else. If you come to Prayagraj do visit this place.

Visit for the famous Allahabadi traditional, tasty, delicious small samosa which is made of Desi ghee and other varieties of namkeen are also available, must visit and pick while in town, u can keep it for days at home and enjoy.!!

It's a place where u can get salted products made up of desi ghee.... Their samosa and dalmoth are very famous.... Though the rate is quite high so everyone can't afford it.... Overall very good food.

This is a very famous and old confectionery shop in the old chauk area of Prayagraj. Their namkeen samosa and other Namkeens are tasty. Being a local from the city I know these kind of points which are old but fantastic.

Wonderful experience as always..you know they are world famous, the hari samosas and khatte chane are sent upto USA and Europe even. PRIDE OF PRAYAGRAJ The sad part is that they do not have the new generations and the loyal employees still do not know the secret masalas used so uncleji says the secret recipe would go away along with him. A popular and very famous Indian snacks shop in old Allahabad. This shop is located in the Chowk area. You have to take a small walk in the extremely crowded area in order to reach out for the desi ghee goodies. It's not less than a challenge to reach Hari Ram. Now let's talk about the snacks first. The most famous snack here is mini samosa. The miniature-sized samosas spell magic from the first bite that you take. Though expensive these samosas can be purchased by their weight. Also try their"khatta chana"-- roasted black grams. The black grams are coated heavily in dry spices and are hot to eat. So be careful, don't fill your mouth with a spoonful otherwise... (you can understand what is going to happen next). Then there are several varieties of namkeens for your taste buds. Must try are some namak para, roasted masala peanuts. They also have khasta kachoris. Every snack is prepared in desi ghee (pure butter) which one can easily make out. The saddest part is that there is no sign board to guide you to the shop once you alight from the cycle rickshaw in the Chowk area. Another disappointment is cash payment. The person at the counter insists on cash from customers. I could not even see Paytm or Google pay signboard in the shop. In modern time this is totally unacceptable. Overall a happy experience buying snacks from Hari Ram. The only thing is that the shopkeeper too should keep pace with changing technology and take care of customer convenience.

Masala Samosa ho ya phir Daalmot (Namkeen), Hari Ram & Sons have maintained the Quality through decades. Tasty Snacks banaate hai. Just one advice - Eat in limits because at the end these are not that healthy and nutritious.

Best samosa in country as per my experience so far. You must try small samosa of Hari Ram once in a lifetime. It's cooked in desi ghee and can be stored and consumed for a month. Other snacks items like namkeen are also very good. Most famous shop of samosa in Prayagraj/ Allahabad. It's famous and very old shop of the city. Located in most populated area of old city market, you can reach here by two wheeler or walking. Pickup your snacks and enjoy with your family and friends at home. Send it as gift to people living abroad or in other cities. It will surely win their hearts
