Nice Place to chill out and dine in for couple, single or family. U can also opt for meetings too. Not much collection of cuisines but atmosphere is quite good..

I went to this place an year ago and it was awesome. This place has an indoor as well as outdoor seating with a wonderful decor. You can can amazing pictures clicked here. Talking about the food we order :- 1. Red thai curry and rice 2. Chaap roll 3. Galouti kebabs 4. French fries 5. White sauce pasta Everything was delicious. Not even a single thing I could say was not appropriate. Accurate amount of spices well cooked, kudos to the chef. The service was great and even the cleanliness. Also, I missed the vibe because I went in the afternoon and it was bit empty, but from the setup I could say the evening would be lit. 🔥 Overall an amazing experience from my side

The most perfect place for having a lively time both if your are alone or with family and friends. The outside seating is amazing for small groups or even couples and you can smoke outside too. Food is top notch and the prices are as per that. They really take care of small details which is why you will find this place always kind a crowded. Weekends and evening do expect a waiting time.

Prompt service , continental is good, quantity or serving is good, ambience is ok, u really have to find ur way up to the restaurant, there is a sitout on terrace and with a slight nip, it was a good place to sit outside, orders non veg pasta , noodles, veg pasta and chicken burger, blue lagoon too, it is a chilled out place once u reach there, for a city like Prayagraj it is quite ok

Been there for a few times now. It's a good place with great ambience. The only issue is that the food is quite costly. But it's great in taste.

Try out the Mozzarella cheesesticks atleast once. They're delicious! The entire mocktail section is pretty amazing, especially the Frappe! Fast and impressive and impeccable service with great ambience! The desserts on the menu are limited, though. Hakka Noodles and Chilli Paneer tastes good too!

Old school , finally got here . This place reminds me of my schools days by its ambiance . They have black board system and provided us chalks to write on them . It a beautiful open air cafe. It also has sitting area inside. So if it’s too hot and humid you can choose to sir comfortably in the AC part of the cafe. The taste of food is also good. Good hangout place.

We visited the Old School Cafe a few days back and were amazed by it's amazing interiors and the variety of food that it offered.<br/><br/>It is located in Civil Lines and easily reachable. It's uptown interior and modern decor truly sets your mood for a fine dining experience. The ambiance is comfortable to have your food. It also provides a rooftop seating arrangement, which is equally nice and enjoyable, with a scenic view.<br/><br/>In the starters, we tried their Paneer Chill Dry and Veg Dimsums. The Paneer Chilli Dry was delectable and hands down one of the best in Allahabad. The spices were so well balanced and the paneer was fresh too! The Dimsums were okayish and could've been better.<br/><br/>In the main course, we ordered their Punjabi Kukkad Chicken curry along with Tandoori Roti. The curry was very good in quantity and the taste was delicious! One plate of curry had four chicken pieces, which were amazing! Overall, we really liked the balance of taste in the curry.<br/><br/>We were also pleased with the courteous service of the staff members who were very friendly and helpful.<br/><br/>It's truly an amazing place if you want to have a good dining experience or for small parties and get-togethers. So everyone wants to find a place which they can call "their place", the one where you can sit for hours and talk about life, or where you can go just to make pamper yourself, or where you can just create a lot and lot memories. Old School is my place. There is nothing to not love about this place. The food, ambiance, staff, music and crowd. Everything just seems perfect. I have had almost everything from their menu(vegetarian) and every dish is worth the money. I highly recommend this place to people who wants to have a good time with great food and soothing music.

Used to like the place. The quality of food has gone down. The place has electricity issues and apparently they don't have any exclusive arrangement (generator) for their electricity supply. It was hot and humid like hell and staff was least bothered. I hope they up their game. Disappointed.

Old School Cafe is one of the few cafes that are there in Allahabad. The cafe is quite popular among the people and offers an extensive range of items to try from. They have both rooftop and indoor seating to choose from. The place has a very modern outlook with colorful vibrant chairs and benches for outdoor seating, ambient lighting and lively decor. I have been there a couple of times and tried quite a number of dishes off their menu. On both the occasions I had been there with my friends.<br/><br/>On my first visit we sat on the rooftop and it was really comforting to sit in the feeble sunlight on a cold winter afternoon. We had ordered one Veg Lasagna and one Veg pan fried noodles. The Veg Lasagana was prepared in red sauce with a generous amount of cheese. It was topped with baked cheese and served elegantly in a bowl on a wooden tray. It tasted as good as it looked. Each bite was pure bliss! I wouldn't be lying if I say this is one of the best pastas I have had in my life. In each bite one could taste the tanginess of the tomatoes, the goodness of cheese and the freshness of the veggies. The Pan Fried Noodles were mixed with hot and sour sauce and loads of fresh vegetables. The sauce had the right balance of spiciness and sourness. The flavors were spot on. The only downside was that the vegetables were diced in big chunks rather than being chopped due to which they didn't blend well with the noodles. It made it taste more like a salad when a big chunk of vegetable entered into a bite. Nonetheless, the taste was fantastic.<br/><br/>On my second visit we had ordered Chilli Chicken Gravy, one Veg Alfredo Pasta, one Kadhai Chicken and Breads. The Veg Alfredo Pasta was decent in taste. It had good amount of cheese and cream but there weren't any other remarkable flavors about it. It tasted a bit bland to be honest and it was bit of a disappointment. The Chilli Chicken had just the perfect gravy. The flavors were well balanced. It was neither too thick nor too thin. The pieces of chicken were juicy and succulent. It just tasted out of the worlds. The Kadhai Chicken also had the right balance of spices and the right consistency of the gravy. The pieces could have been a bit more juicier though.<br/><br/>Overall I had wonderful experieces both the times I visited this place. Though there were a few minor errors but they can be overlooked in scope of the overall experience. Would love to visit again!!

So we went to checkout this rooftop cafe of Allahabad...Old School Cafe...the interior decor as well as the terrace area were pretty impressive and the service was also somewhat satisfactory...<br/>The food we ordered included the Hawaiin veg pizza,loaded nachos,aloo tikki burger,Kit Kat shake,veg club sandwiches and arbiatta non-veg pasta and out of all these, we loved the loaded nachos with the delicious dressing,the shake and pasta were also good and the pizza was worth trying...other than that,the sandwiches were tasteless and the pasta and burger had the ordinary taste...<br/>Although we did enjoy the time we had there but I am unlikely to go back to this place...

This is another RoofTop cafe in allahabad, I visited here for the first time, I seriously liked ambience, food and service. Chilly panner fried rice was delicious. I recommend this place to all my foodies junkies known people. My overall experience here was awesome, I look forward to visit this place once again. All vegetarian food was tasty, definitely my second visit would be for trial for non veg food item. Only music was little dull. Which has to be improve

Tried mutton rogan josh... which had 4 pcs of mutton that was mostly bones and the gravy was almost blood red cause of the amount of red colour in it..... my fingers and nails became red and stayed red for the next 2 days...over all it was a bad experience...

Their dahi kae sholey is a must try but I will not recommend any one to try their honey chilli potato it is way too sweet for a chilli potato. And prices are not so pocket friendly. Staff is good. I belongs to delhi, first time i came here after reading reviews on zomato and i was not disappointed at all. Food was absolutely tasted heaven. Though i felt full after hving butter garlic prawns but wanted to taste there Chettinad chicken with malabari parantha and it was sumptous and tasty. Kudos to the team staff was cordial, delivery can never be prompt as the food is cooked fresh but it is worth waiting.

I had been longing to visit this place as it is very difficult for me to spare some time for me whenever I'm at my hometown. So one fine afternoon my girl squad finally visited it and yes we were amazed. I am happy that they have taken a new step of open terrace restaurant in Allahabad. Alfredo veg pasta-I loved it and it's a sure try when you visit here .<br/>2. Dahi k sholay- I absolutely love dahi k sholay or dahi kebab and old school cafe didn't disappoint me in the taste.<br/>3. Iced coffee and hot chocolate- I didn't like both of these much may be because I like the taste to be strong which was actually mild.<br/><br/>It's a 5/5 sure visit place. Kudos

The ambience is great. The burgers have a different taste not to my liking but maybe you will like it. Would recommend the thin crust pizzas. Shakes can be better though.

Just because of good reviews on zomato I visited this place with my friends. I was very much dissapointed with their food. Their mineral water tasted like grams have been soaked into water and that water has been packed with label of bisleri. We ordered masala cold drink and mozzarella cheese sticks and both were pathetic in taste. Spending so much on such food is worthless. Ambience is also below average. They have good service but they don't want honest review. They want their customer to write reviews in their words.

I went there many times with my friends.<br/>Continental foods is very good<br/>Pizza is just good<br/>Chilli potatoes.. my favourite but little sweet.<br/>Pasta and sandwiches worth buying.<br/>Shakes and coffees are good.<br/><br/>Only the bad thing here is items are too costly not for pocket friendly. But comparing to elchiko cafe this one is more good place to spend money 🤘😎

I have been eagerly waiting for an outlet to open ..Visited the place few days back and it was completely worth the wait...The place is so nice with decent ambience and friendly staff..Starters were served so nicely

Really nice to come across places which speak about the anount of effort and the attention that is given to it by its owners.<br/>While my visit to my hometown, a friend strongly recommended this cafe so I went ahead to meet-up with my pals there.<br/><br/>The place is bit difficult to locate and reach but its worth once you sit down there. The ambience is pleasant and hip along with being very hygenic. A cleaner was always on a stand-by as soon as there is even a remote chance of litter. The terrace seating is wow but I couldn't enjoy it cause of rains.<br/><br/>I tried:<br/>Honey chilly potato - bit sweet for my taste<br/><br/>Chilly chicken dry: star dish, nicely done and soft pieces<br/><br/>Chicken Pizza: it was loaded with chicken chunks and good amount of mozzarella. However the taste can be improved a bit. Was a bit bland.<br/><br/>Pan-fried Chicken Dimsums: thery were tender and well cooked. Quiet well in taste too.<br/><br/>Fresh lime soda and frappe for drinks - both were equally good.<br/><br/>Good things: hygiene, quantity is worth the price, the overall feel is of a cafe in NCR (Since I now stay in NCR and frequently visit cafes)<br/><br/>Bad: Nothing much but some minor changeya can enhance the taste of the dishes.<br/><br/>USP: Glow-in-the-dark wall painting which is pretty cool.<br/><br/>The owner is humble and explained how this place came to life. The staff is polite and attentive.<br/>I really hope they take this place forward and really create a benchmark in alld.<br/><br/>

The interior seems to have been designed by a confused designer. Did not like the outdoor either. The food is pretty average— I am sure all of us can cook better pasta, pizza and burger at our home; not to mention the price for food so bland. I didn't find it worth the time or money.

went with friends in afternoon, little difficult to find the place but still good, music makes the atmosphere healthy, If we talk about food so we found chicken was best, cooked properly, nicely served,It was clean,completely fit to pocket, strongly recommended.

A place with good modern interior creating nice ambiance for quality time and clicking pics, though the tatse of food wasnt complimenting the place, can be improved. Ordered veg arribiata pasta and it was just ok.

So so in love with this place.. such a nice atmosphere with awesome songs selection.. staff behavior is very good. And food is always up to the mark.. outdoor seating with live football match is the best treat you can have there.. such a nice place

This cafe is located inside the mall.. mall is bit isolated n under construction.. but cafe is amazing i love the ambience, food n service every thing is just perfect.. as im pasta lover I ordered white sauce pasta n it was just superb.. i loved it.. cafe is bit expensive but it’s worthy

And the food, well, the food is great.<br/>I'm a hard core non vegetarian, but only had veg food on this visit, and it was surprisingly good! Everything we ordered was good, and the four cheese pizza was amongst the best I've had.<br/>Give this place a shot!!

Beautiful place.... Full marks for ambience though it was dark inside since some lights were not functioning.... Service is quick and polite... Food in some areas lack taste but some dishes are exceptionally good.. Do visit once for a calm soothing experience

WOW is the word. Its been a little over 6 months since I have been visiting this place, it deserves a review! They serve amazing food and are a multi cuisine restaurant - each dish that i have tried was par excellence and the taste won't change every time you visit. They have maintained excellent quality.<br/>I love their Thai Curry, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Chinese, Shawarma and what not! You say it, you taste it and its yum.<br/>Super clean with extremely courteous and responsive staff. <br/>Best of place in Allahabad.<br/>If you're there on a special occasion, they make sure you're happy that you chose to be there.<br/>Awesome! Great going guys, keep it up.<br/>Cheers to many more visits in the hope of trying your ever growing menu.<br/>Love the enthusiasm!<br/>

I have visited this place twice and can't be more sure that this is the best place in allahabad to spend quality time with delicious food. Decor is mesmerising and the staff is very friendly. I'll be visiting again for sure.
