The food tastes just okay but is not so fresh. Ordered just to curb barbeque food cravings! Packaging was good but the food quality & taste could be improved.
EDIT- The quality, freshness as well as portion size has increased significantly since last 2 months(for home delivery orders). +1 star!

Barbeque nation is located on the second floor in INCO CBD. The place has a dedicated parking and one has to travel opposite side to the reliance mart. The place serves lunch and dinner and has a very big and diverse menu. The place takes reservation system but i would suggest to make a reservation in advance either via app Or via call to restaurant. Since the restaurant is new they offer certain discounts if you book via app. There are 2 slots of dinner one is 6 30pm to 9 00 pm and another one 9 15 pm to 23 30pm but management is very co - operating and very filling buffet system. Barbeque nation follows a buffet system both veg and non veg. The starters and deserts were very good but main course and drinks were not upto the mark. The place was super lit on a Tuesday evening which is highly unexpected at a place like ambala but yeah we saw plenty tables covered and people making a lot of noises. Everything is very good. I have been to other BBQ nation but here except for main course and drinks everything is equally good like other branches. The main course had too much salt even in soup too and drinks were also not that appealing. Overall good experience for us and i always liked paneer tikka and tandoori pineapple. This place is a worth going and people also seem to have very nice time.

The ambience is amazing. They do proper sanitisation of tables and chairs. Starters are better than main course. There is a scope of improvement in taste of main course dishes and desserts are delicious. Whole staff members are polite and helpful.
BN Ambala is at 2nd floor of building, very nice glass view. Very spacious, can accommodate approx. 60 foodies. Temperature check and hand sanitisation before entry at the main gate. Starters in skewers are kept warm in the square barbeque installed in the centre of every table. Starters especially Crispy Corn, Cajun Potato, Veg Kebab, Angara Pineapple, Paneer Tikka are really very tasty. Salads are also amazing. Main course and Soups are just good. Dessert and Kulfi are also very good. Cake is complementary for happy occasion of foodies. Service is very prompt. Dining room manager Mr. Rahul, Bartender and all Food Runners are very polite and generous.
Outstanding service.i have never visit the place like barbeque nation. Service superb, hospitality no.1 and so caring staff. it is birthday of my husband. They cut the cake with us .Words are less for them. I will definitely visit again soon with my all family ๐ thank you so much all team members.
Well maintained place with welcoming staff.. located at prime location. Just like other Bbq nation across india, they provided us the multiple options to choose and eat from... I loved the starters - tandoori paneer tikka ,veg kebabs , cute mini cutlets , chessy triangle jalapeno , veg fingers, veg as well as TANDOORI grilled pineapple I tried it first time and I like it ๐
Main course dal MAKHANI , paneer makhanwala , mix veg was normal in taste but veg biryani good one
Now desserts moong daal halwa , brownies , and my favourite gulab jamun ๐๐ superb

The Food is excellent and the service crosses the bar, it is the best service i have ever experienced.
Esp, Mr Vikas who would not let you down with anything and treats everyone like a special guest and Rahul who served us perfect hot food. Sitting is good,
