I’ve been in Arambol 3 weeks, and I‘ve been eating 99% of the time at Shantaram...
I’m french. In Paris we have a lot of incredible restaurants in the raw/vegan food scene. I also lived in nyc for a while and...Shantaram is the BEST !
I have tried everything on the menu, and each meal was like a dream. Everything is prepared with passion, love, and knowledge. Brillant ! Great service, beautiful space and cozy atmosphere..A place where you feel good. Don’t miss the bruschetta with basil pesto and hummus, the pumpkin soup, the special salad, the penne pesto...should I continue ? Treat yourself ! Having the chance to eat so well is incredible. I’m grateful to be alive also for that. Thank you so much to all the Team, watching you cook everyday was a delight.

Love the place, foos is just perfect, staff is amazing.
🎀 The main Arambol street can be a bit overwhelming from time to time... 🤪 The traffic, crazy motorcycle drivers, shop owners trying to pursue you into buying something... One of the best ways to take a little break from it is to climb to the Shantaram's rooftop. ☀️ Very chilled atmosphere. Nice music that's not too loud (quite important to me) - so that you can journal or read a book without distractions. The staff is polite & kind. And the food really tasty. My favourite is the "Walnut maca smoothie bowl" - with yummy figs on top... You'll end up feeling full but not heavy for sure! :) The owner is there most of the time - very smiley & welcoming. Her art pieces are shown there - very cool! 🪷 A place is nicely decorated, clean & has a lot of beautiful plants. 🌿
The „shantaram salat“ is the best salat i ever had! I come here almost every, its super shanti and the food is very very tasty, fresh and healthy! For sure my favorite restaurant in arambol and a must try!
This place is fantastic. Great vibes, excellent food and spectacularly original menu. A really welcome treat if u are a little weary eating dahl and curries during your vacation. Thank you!
Lovely relaxing cafe, however the staff wasn't friendly. I tried banoffee cheesecake and sushi, both were yummy. The atmosphere is chill and comfy.

Very cozy place on rooftop in the center of Arambol. Beautiful view, fresh atmosphere, rich decoration in interior. Low tables with pillows and martasses around are very comfy. Meals though expensive, are served in big portions, and are very tasty.
Latte ice chai is the best!!!
Stuff is friendly delightful, and executive.
There is very nice option of combining ingredients (out of the dozen options) of the main meal - raw salad.
Don't miss this place when in arambol goa .

Omg 🤤 I wish I could rate this 6/5 stars! Wow! This restaurant reminds me of chic cafes in Miami Beach, but this is actually affordable.. and tastier. The food is so fresh and delicious and made with love. 💜 The workers are kind and attentive and not over bearing. The kitchen is open so you can see the freshness of the food and the cleanliness of everything.
I have high standards when it comes to vegan/raw food, and this place truly knows what they are doing. I can’t recommended enough! I stayed in arambol 3 nights and came here 5 times… that speaks for itself. ✨🙏
I ordered the americano everyday which is 2 full cups for only 110 rupees. I also got the Moringa Avocado Smoothie Bowl with mango and strawberries every day. It’s to die for 🤤 — it’s rich with nutrients and goodness. Ask for extra ice if you like it cold.
Everything else on their menu is fabulous as well. Those are just my two faves. You can’t go wrong with anything you order.

Nice, calm rooftop cafe with very good music and chill vibe. The food is amazing, so fresh, so vital! The special salad is a must! They have a very good chai as well.
I love their cakes (especially the 🌈 cake). They have different kinds all vegan, gluten- and sugar free (as far as I understood) and they are delicious 😋Ok they are costlier than "normal" cake but then they also use high quality ingredients. Try the cold chai latte with coconut milk. It's addictive
