Vortex is divided into 3 areas; Club, Fine Dining and Rooftop Terrace.
Fine Dining has amazing ambience.
Vortex Fine Dining’s menu is curated by the Celebrity Chef Gautam Mehrishi.
•Lobster Thermidor
It’s a classic Lobster Dish served with lettuce and olives.
•Pizza
4 different kinds of vegetarian toppings spread over 8 slices of Pizza, served with Oregano and Chilli Flakes.
•Trio Baked Paneer
Paneer in marination of Fenugreek with little cheese over it served in lettuce bedding with bell pepper dressing.
•Chocolate Mousse Cake
Highlight of the visit. It’s the best dish offered by Vortex.
Mocktails were subpar.
Vortex’s main USP is its Ambience and The Club Area. Vortex is well suited for people looking for a quiet place for meetings during early evening hours. Vortex also has a good trippy club area along with a windy terrace rooftop.
Overall, the food is decent here as the primary focus of Vortex is the Club.
Food: 3/5
Ambience: 5/5
Awesome place for party people, pretty huge with nice ambience. They have got a rooftop, lounge section and a pub section. On weekends it's crowded but it's worth visiting. it's open till 4am max. A must visit place.
Vortex is divided in 3 parts - club, lounge & terrace.
We found the club area really small & packed. We went there on a Wednesday ie. ladies night ie. free shots. But they weren’t generous on that part. The supposedly free shots were served directly in your mouth by 3 hot (mostly Russian) ladies in a grey goose bottle which was definitely diluted. You could have 10 of those & feel nothing. So if ladies night is what attracts you, we strongly suggest otherwise. It was open till 5 am & the overall experience was fun.
Lounge serves domestic liquor (few brands) at flat 99/- till 11 pm. It also replenishes your taste buds before you go on a dancing spree at the club.
The food was appetizing from a club point of view
What we ordered:
A. Lots of shots (👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼)
B. Pestou Pasta (👍🏼)
C. Margherita Pizza
D. Quattro Formaggi (👍🏼)
E. Cranberry Margarita
The terrace is mainly for hookah & hangout. To blurt out random stuff to your best friend after you’ve had too many drinks. It’s kinda soothing after hours of dancing. It also serves food & alcohol.

Amazing place to go out with your friends and have some good time. Visited vortex on Saturday, due to which it was jam packed. Vortex is located in Bandra on Linking road, which can be easily found out. Lighting is pretty dope over here and they do have a decent dance floor where you can enjoy your booze. Dj was mostly playing Bollywood songs which got the crowd going. Drinks are a bit expensive, but considering the vibe of the place you don’t hesitate spending those extra bucks. Seating arrangements are pretty good and staff is courteous. They do have a separate section for Hookah. Overall a good place to visit and chill out with your friends. The best time to visit this place is definitely on weekends post 11pm.
A very good place with well behaved staff. Quite spacious too. Crowds buildup at dance floor after 10pm. Only drawback is they don't have much options in the menu. Especially if you are a vegetarian and non alcoholic.
Newly launched club in Bandra. Much spacious and coruscating. Dappled lights and enough room for everyone. Got it's own open Diner on terrace. Has a special groovy dance floor for your urge to rock and roll. Food is nice and sober, but takes time to reach your table. Bartenders are great with their skills. Overall a great place to party !
Food-Excellent,
Liquor- Average on Price,
Ambiance – Amazing
Music – Amazing
Best place so far in Mumbai I have found. They have two separate disc one playing Hollywood other playing Bollywood. You can go inside of any depending on your mood. Roof top section is also there so you can enjoy that too when you get tired.
Open till 5am on Saturday
Vortex is one of the most happening places at Bandra West, it’s a lively mix of three different worlds under one roof. It consists of a fusion bar, a club and a rooftop. The fusion bar is a favorite amongst the liquor enthusiasts who can’t go without pairing their meal with a nice cocktail. And if you just want to have a romantic dinner with your loved one you can just head on to their rooftop dining space which also boasts of a hydroponic garden. Gather all your girls and head on every Wednesdays to enjoy the Ladies Night’ and get free shots till 12 am. Experience what a real Saturday night looks like at Vortex and dance the night out on your favorite tracks played by the DJ. Sing your heart out in the ‘Karaoke Nights.’ Sway on your favorite Bollywood songs in ‘Bollywood Night.’ And relive some old memories with your squad in the ‘Retro Nights.’
The club is an apt place for those who like to party hard. So head on now to Vortex and get the party started.
Entry fees applicable ( cover charges ) depend upon the time u are entering the club. Bollywood music mostly , drinks available. You can drink and dance .. loud music. Suitable for young crowd. Closing hour is 1.30 am
It happens to be a long weekend but after that obviously anyone would like to party and at the same time do not miss out good food to fill in our tummy. Rarely we come across any place which has dance floor, bar but delicious food, always makes a question! We came across Vortex and visited this around last to last week on a ladies night, we didnt only enjoy our night to the beats of music on dance floor which was super awesome but also had the best of food in our tummy and this absolutely blessed our taste buds. They had so many varieties on food, Mocktails were refreshing too and desserts were innovative. These were few of the dishes that we had -:
Saunth wale paneer tikka - This paneer dish was perfectly marinated with bell peppers and grilled cheese and many more tasty flavors.
Sounds tasty right!? This one was absolutely a treat to our taste buds and we already can't wait to have it once more
Chicken doodhliya: It was a traditional dish marinated in curd over night and served grilled on the table
Chicken angara: It was spicy and grill. It can be worth a try. It was rolled over with all the spices
Chicken shikara: It goes with its name, it was really green and soft. It was fine.
The bombay grill fish: It was rolled in the bed of indian spices. It was grilled really good and was served with the sauted veggies. Which really went with the flavours.
Chicken and mutton gravy: There was really no difference except the pieces. It was a little disappointment. The pieces were fresh and soft.
Paneer tikka masala and paneer lababdar garlic nan: Though being a regular dish for dinner like elsewhere but this one here was indigenous, the spices were mixed absolutely well and the lababdar garlic nan was a bless to dip in tikka and fill our tummy.
Chocolate pinacolada: The presentation was upto the mark. The coffee flavours were hidden under the bed of crushed chocolate. The combination really worked well
Mango pinacolada: We know it is not summer yet, but their pinacolada didn’t make us feel that. Thums up for that. It was really soft and melted smoothly
Strawberry pinacolada: This was a disappointment as the base was hard as compared to other two pinacolada. Overall it tasted good.
