Considering that it's a canteen in a govt institution, it's very well run. The place is quiet. Food is delicious though oily. Service is fast. Crockery cutlery was clean. The food was freshly made home style and quite good. We had vegetarian food which had many options. Rates are low to moderate. They serve liquor also. Worth a visit if in the area for an inexpensive wholesome meal.

The Goa government Althino circuit house is a green place at the hill.beautiful to be in well arranged woods with clean roads.
It's a walking friendly place also for morning walk.
A basilica also spread beautiful hymns of devotion at morning mass to concentrate your breath with green nature amidst city of Panjim goa state.if walk down June 18 road stretch to reach you allover seaside Beach.
The service of circuit house of goa government is really good and food is well appreciate one.
Rooms are neat,clean and politely served with care on guests.

Located very close to the sea beach. Always rush, hence not very clean as derlsirable. Have to get permission from local appropriate authorities for booking rooms. Sevice has improved over time. New attractive adjacent buildings coming up. Expect to provide better rooms once complete.
Good Food and Good Service! Reasonably priced and service is nice with staff being polite and friendly. One must visit.
Over all a good place to enjoy couple of beer glasses with friends enjoying different games on big screen with crunchy snacks and tasty meals.
