was really excited for this one. First and foremost Bene and Alfresco by Bene are two different restaurants. Bene is on the opposite side of Persian terrace in Sheraton Grand. They offer only Italian cuisine and you can choose to sit on the normal table and chair arrangements or on the high chairs near the bar.

I was really excited for this one. First and foremost Bene and Alfresco by Bene are two different restaurants. Bene is on the opposite side of Persian terrace in Sheraton Grand. They offer only Italian cuisine and you can choose to sit on the normal table and chair arrangements or on the high chairs near the bar. Ambience is good and sofisticated. However not quite on par with Persian terrace. But the staffs are really friendly and attentive. They have a lot on the appetizers sections and prices are all above thousand bucks (INR). And same is true for other courses on the menu. It's definitely more expensive than Alba in JW Marriott. We ordered Bruschetta al salmone and it has four pieces of bread loafs served with salted smoked salmon and guacamole spread with green garnish. Salmon was fresh and really it can't get any better here in Bangalore. Thoroughly impressed by the presentation and the simplicity. Did I mention it tastes great!! In the main course we ordered Risotto and Spaghetti (carbonara) both with Bacon. They will ask you about how much we want your Risotto/spaghetti cooked. Risotto was cooked with beetroot and bacon pieces. It was good and creamy with a tasty smell of bacon but beyond that it failed to create a long lasting impression. Same was true for spaghetti. Don't get me wrong both were good but somehow missed the opportunity to create more cravings. Finally for the dessert, we had Tiramisu (of course). Well we loved the Tiramisu in Alba (JW Marriott) and what I can tell you is that it gives a good fight but a close second. You will love it for sure. Presentation and sweetness/bitterness (coffee) are all balanced and never overpower on others. Overall very good impression but it comes with hefty bill. For that reason I am giving 4/5 not because of quality.

We are here for an program launched by RAMCO CEMENT brand for an new product. But auditorium capacity is less to accommodate more people for functions. Good interiors with sound systems. For car parking, we need to struggle a lot during weekends.
