Good Food, Spirits and Drinks Beautiful Ambience Great Music Excellent Service A perfet place for evening out with friends, good music, good food and spirits. The first time we went here while pub crawling, now this has become the go to place for all catchup's. Wonderful location with covered and open seating. Interesting food options, we tried paddu and golgappe, never thought they would go so well with spirits. Very interesting spirits options. Wonderful service by the entire staff. I would add this place as a must try for the experience. Hefty on the pocket but totally worth!

This is a newly opened branch in church street. This place is right opposite to soba mall and has rooftop with bhakutige church street view. The menu is on the very expensive side with less food options. We tried pineapple salad, masala finger fries, Korean cheese bun and avacado cheese rolls. Taste was average. We tried multiple cocktails which were good and up to the mark. Overall we really liked the ambiance of this place. It is instagrammable and worth visiting once.

Really loved my time at this newly opened place. The cocktails are spot on, close to southern spice culture and perfectly balanced. My favourite was curry leaf based gin cocktail and the subtle down and dirty. In food, the nati style mutton kheema balls are a must try. Paddus was another favourite from starters , accompanied with fresh homely coconut, mint and Tomato chutney with a crunchy texture. The show stopper here was pav bhaji, the best I have had in Bangalore, truly buttery. Baked brie with berry jam is another good try. The Goan hit, chicken cafreal is also available here, delicious and with a nice tandoori touch. Oyster, shittake and button, all three types of mushrooms packed on a flatbread was another delight. Finally straight to desserts, not much options to confuse, the baked cookie and cream with fig and black pepper ice cream was a blast of flavours and must try. Beautifully presented monekey bar which is a Snickers popsicle was a heavenly ending to the great dinner. The staff is very courteous and in fact, engages in hearty banter ensuing us a great and comfortable experience. Pricing is reasonable and the interiors are beautifully done, very quirky and at the same time very posh, with a beautiful open seating.

Bangalore’s favourite bar is back! Monkey Bar on Museum Road boasts of a super cozy space with a vibrant ambience. They’ve spruced up their menu to now serve local favourites - there’s paddu, there’s naati style appetisers and some insanely good go to-s to get you started. If you’re someone that likes to try a little something new, their baked brie is OUT of this world. Couple it with some wine and thank me later! Their cocktail menu has some Monkey Bar signatures you cannot miss - all their gin based cocktails are a hit! It’s great to finally have a place in town that actually cares about serving GOOD food and cocktails- and don’t just jazz it up for it to become a swanky picture for the gram :) 11/10 for the music that had me grooving all night! End your meal with their signature Snicker style popsicle. Definitely visiting here again and would recommend Monkey Bar for a great evening with a group!

And it's back! After a brief hiatus, monkey bar is back in Bangalore. In a new avataar, which is refreshing. The music is spot on, the food quite good and the cocktails are great too. Located centrally on museum road, where the old angeethi used to be, this is quite a nice go to place. Take a seat outside! They had a couple of cocktails not available but otherwise no complaints.

Excellent place, good vibe, good music but extremely expensive. They need to be aware of the surroundings where they are located and the prices need to be competitive. Also, they have automatically included service charge which needs to be informed to the guest before the payment is done. They can become a fantastic place to hangout if they take care of these observations. Also, their food needs a bit of tweaking from taste perspective. They need to revisit the kitchen and tweak their menu

Some friends and I visited Bangalore and this place instantly stuck with us and kept coming back for most of our days here. The grilled steak was delicious, the coconut beef was great and another day we had the bacon wrapped stuffed chicken with cream cheese which was special! This is all added with a superb ambience and a lovely terrace overlooking the bustling museum cross road which we had to enjoy with an array of lovely cocktail options! The team is super attentive with a great service, and a big thank you to the staff in particular to Priya and Genius who are so welcoming and professional.
