Ten of us went for a lunch on Feb 28. The restaurant offered us complimentary buffet for one person, which was a good offer to get. The food taste and courteous service was pretty good. The starters were served on the table and the lunch spread was not too vast but was decent enough considering the price. Food taste was very good, especially mutton. If there is something which can be better, then perhaps it will be quicker service. It was fair but can be improved. Overall a very good experience. Thanks.
The servicing was god and Sainur was helping us alot and was good at what he does. Food was just amazing.

DejaVu resto bar is located at the 5th floor of gopalan innovation mall in the fine dining area. The ambience is normal with no "wow" factor but the staff is very helpful and they make sure they host you well.
As we stroll across the salad counter, they had a very tasty selection of salads to please your taste buds followed by a yummy chicken soup to do the same! My personal favorite in the salads was the egg mayo with chilli.
Next up the starters which was served on the table had a variety of chicken, prawns, paneer, potatoes and mutton. The sheekh kebab, prawns fry and garlic bread were my personal favourites. It would have been easy if the chilli chicken served was boneless cause they were hardly any meat on them.
Apart from this they have a live chat and pasta counter which is the best of everything in this buffet place! The pav bhaji, dahi puri and pasta were amazing and droolworthy.
Main course is set up at a separate corner which needs to be lit properly and a bit conjested. The fish curry and rajma curry were my favorite. Sadly the biryani taste needs to be improved a lot.
Finally coming to the desserts, everything was quite good except the brownies which were hard but it's chocolate after all!!

Great place. Lives to it's name Deja Vu. Nice decor. Buffet is top notch! Went here today and was so satisfied!
Good combination of starters from Masala Fried Corn,Mutton Seekh Kebab,Crispy Potatoes(felt it a bit too sweet),cheese toast,Chicken Wings,Kalmi Kebab(so amazing),Babycorn Chilly. Also the live counters had various types of chats,samosas and live pasta counter(my fav). Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli n Mushroom was lit! 😍
They have good choices on pizza too!
Coming to drinks the cocktails were decent but a bit too dilute! I had mojito followed up with cosmopolitan(vodka based) but the whiskey sour was the best! ❤️
Coming to main course tried the chicken fried rice,Dal makhani(so amazing) ,chicken Manchurian,palak paneer ( amazing cottage cheese),methi chicken n bhuna mutton(😍😍)
Main Course was equally good and satisfying. Chicken Hyderabadi Biriyani was also good. They also had noodles which looked good!
Lastly in desserts they had gulab Jamun which were hot n soft! Beetroot Halwa which was also good!The brownies weren't that good. The milk cake was fresh and good! Lastly you can choose your scoop of ice cream and the paan ice cream was great too!
To sum up a buffet with such plethora of options at a price range of less than 600 is a dream come true for foodies! I strongly recommended this place to all!

Had been here for Dinner buffet absolutely loved this place and their cocktail section was soo good and the food here was good.
Ambience was quite cozy with great service well behaved staff's
I loved their hydrabadi Chicken dum Biryani which was soo soo good.
Desserts section was so Bliss i loved the tiramisu cake and the Brownie.
Very reasonable pricing for the buffet with drinks wonderful place to hangout with friends and with family.

A fine place for both casual or fine dining. The prices for both food and beverages were very affordable. The place has got a good vibe. The staffs were really hospitable and our table was well attended. Overall the experience was really good. Live music played at weekends. You will enjoy with family👨👦👧👩👴👵

Deja Vu reminds me of my college days when we used to visit Gopalan Mall and used to have an exceptional appetite for food, Buffets were are ultimate choice. Dejav Vu at that time used to serve buffet at a good cost and even after a lot of planning, we haven't been able to make it. But when Me and a group of friends visited the place, I was taken in for a surprise.
The restaurant bears a new look, has a bar in between which gives it a bit of snazzy feel and is all set to host a big crowd for buffet. The menu goes as follows...
Drinks:
Martini
Mai tai
Virgin mojito
All the drinks that I tried were pretty average. Moctails served were actually better than the cocktails.
Veg Starters:
1. Crispy Corn - One of my favourites, was made beautifully and goes well with Drinks.
2. Cajun spiced potato - One of the classics served in any buffets, well cooked potato and the sauce was awesome.
3. Tandoori Mushroom - A good dish.
4. Ajwani Paneer tikka - Paneer served wasn't that tender but the masala coating was good.
5. Veg meloni pizza - Thin crust pizzas have become my favourite nowadays and the topping served on this one was a delight.
Non veg starter:
1. Punjabi tangdi - Well cooked leg pieces, well marinated and appetizing to look at.
2. Pudina mutton sheek - The best sheek I've ever had, wasn't dry at all, had all the flavours needed and the seasoning was just perfect.
3. Wings on Hot pepper - Spicy and tasty.
4. Prawns chilly - Prawns were marinated and cooked beautifully made in a spicy avatar will entice your tastebuds.
5. Mutton pepper - Didn't really like the cook of the
mutton, spice rub was okay but the cook could have been better.
6. Chicken Tikka pizza - Another delight of a pizza.
MAIN course Non Veg:
1. Mutton RoganJosh - Very normal tasting as you would expect in a buffet.
2. MURG Dum Biryani - Good biryani, very flavourful.
Dessert:
1. Mini Gulab Jamun - One of the best I've ever tried till date. People having sweet-tooths, can hog them for hours.
2. Fruit Custard - Another awesome rendition served by them, wasn't lumpy and was actually very tasty.
3. Rum Balls - Small version of actual Rum Balls, the taste was present just could have been a bit more sweeter.
4. Sahi Tukda - Not one of the best I've had but tasted really good.
The buffets are not priced very high, and the number of Items served are a lot so you won't get dissappointed with the price you pay. If you're a buffet person, this is definitely a place to try out.

Located inside Gopalan mall, Bannerghatta road, Deja vu is a decent fine dine resto bar to hang around once in a while. Restaurant interiors had posters of Kannada actors and movies. Huge wide spread buffet with two live counters ( dessert and pastas ) were arranged for the guests on our recent visit. Deja vu is a buffet restaurant located near Kalyani Magnum. They have got some amazing drinks too. They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian here. You get a variety of dishes for a good price here.
They have the following items in a vegetarian buffet:
Soup:
Spicy corn soup: A very simple yet delicious soup. It is called spicy but it isnt that spicy. It is suitable for kids and people with low tolerance on spicy food as well
Starters: Peshawari Paneer Tikka, Babycorn Manchurian, Smoke Mushroom (grill), Cajun spicy baby potato and crispy corn.
Paneer was really tender and creamy and was very well cooked in Tandoor. It was also marinated really well. Babycorn Manchurian was saucy and tangy and was great in taste. Grilled mushrooms were really amazing. They were coated with a spicy layer and it was really flavourful. Cajun spicy baby potatoes were not that spicy but they are one of a kind. Do not miss out on this. Crispy corn was good too.
Main course: Paneer Jalfrezi, Kadai Veg, Chana Masala, Aloo Bhindi dry, Dal Makhani, Veg Dum Biryani, Corn Pulao, Veg Schezwan Fried Rice, Hakka noodles, Steamed rice, Rasam, Curd rice and white sauce Pasta.
All the curries were amazing and they tasted really good with Naan and other breads. According to me Aloo Bhindi curry was the best. All the rice items were good but being a South Indian , I first went to the section with Rasam , rice and Curd rice and they were so good. It was just like what mom makes at home. Corn Pulao was a little oily and was average in taste. Schezwan fried rice wasn't tangy enough for me but the rice was cooked to perfection and there was lot of veggies in it. Hakka noodles were good too. White sauce Pasta was really amazing. It was better than most of the Italian restaurants. They also had a huge range of salads and cut fruits.
Desserts: Mini Gulab Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa, Badusha, Pastry, Fruit custard, Chocolate Brownie, Tiramisu, Carrot cake, cut fruits and ice cream.
All the desserts were too cute and pretty to look at. I tried only some of these desserts and liked most of them. They have a Paan flavoured ice cream which was really amazing. all the Pastries were soft and fresh. I really loved Tiramisu and Gulab Jamun.
They also had a Chaat section where I tried Dahi Puri and Pani Puri. They were really good too.
Drinks: This is the best part. I tried around four drinks and loved all of them. They present them so well! Virgin Panipuri wala and Achcha Bachcha are Must Tries here.
Overall, I loved the service. The food was hot and fresh and they refilled the containers every now and then. The food here isn't spicy at all. It is a really good option for kids. And if you are looking for buffets at affordable prices, with good food, I suggest you to try this place out. They have a lot of items for a really good price. I would rate a 4/5 for ambience, taste of the food and presentation and hygiene.
The starters had limited choices. The staffs came so many time asking if we had any problem or want anything, basically the service was good. The service was excellent actually. The main course missed balance between taste & spices. I didn't like much. Btw there were more options in main course. ₹635 per person was more than they delivered. Wanted to give 3 star, but extra one star for the service. Not worth to go on this price.
