We came here for breakfast. Good location with valet parking. Calm and relaxing place for breakfast buffet. The service staff is excellent. The food could have been better. Tasted average for a star hotel. Very hygienic. Breakfast buffet costs around INR 1000 (all inclusive) per person. Vegetarian only with egg.

I was here for Sunday Dinner and I had the opportunity to try the Authentic Bohri style Food. What's special: The initiative to bring out the home makers who are the best chefs of the work. The concept is bringing the original Bohri home makers to the kitchen so that we food lover can enjoy the authentic Cuisine. We started with a pinch of salt and ended with one. The food is served in large Thali, so that the entire set of people can eat together. We started with Angeer Halwa. And i am fan of it now. It was the most yummy dessert i ever had. The starters were amazing and all worth a try. Now comes the Raan. The mutton was just melting in the mouth. Its marinated for 8hours and cooked for 3 hoyrs. This is a must try for all the mutton lovers. The kheer was amazing.the concept of cutting the salty, tasty with Sweets is just amazing which keeps you going with the food. I loved the mutton Biryani. Mutton biryani Lovers dont miss this yumm delish. Go try this amazing cuisine because so much worth it.

Great food, awesome safety. We stayed in WelcomHotel for a night’s staycation during the weekend. Safety and hygiene were properly maintained with distanced tables, plexiglass partitions where the tables cannot be socially distanced, sanitisers kept at every table and cutleries properly wrapped in paper jackets. The breakfast buffet was replaced with a more than adequate and sumptuous set menu which was served to the table as per request. Peace of mind! Our package also included the choice of major meal- we had opted for lunch. The Indian and the Italian platter both were very tasty and good in quantity. The servers were great who took care of us with the utmost professionalism while practising safety.

Under the aegis of executive chef Dhwal Ajmera , this welcomcafe is a melting pot of various cuisine , cultures and its flavours. Recently I attended the Kayastha food best by celebrity chef Sunanda saxena , the expert in the food of Kayastha community .

Recently visited the ITC Welcome Hotel, more specifically for the Kathiawari Food Festival happening out here. The Kathiawari menu is a Special Infusion in the buffet with a section dedicated just to the special menu with a live counter making fresh hot Fafdas and theplas. For someone who loves Gujarati food, the Kathiawari Thali is a welcome change in amazing spread of authentic deliciousness. This is the first time the Chef here is showcasing dishes from his home region, something authentic that he grew up with. A little bit of history from NDTV Food | Kathiyawar is a peninsula in western Gujarat and a part of what is known as the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. The coastal region just like the rest of Gujarat has a high count of vegetarians. But what differentiates the Kathiawari thali from the Gujarati thali is its characteristic use of spices, which is mellowed to a great extent in its central counterpart, and also its generous use of garlic and onions. In winters, the region has to battle severe dip in temperature and this spicy platter helps them keep up with inhospitable weather conditions. | Text Credits - @ndtv_food The Fafda Jalebi Combo with raw papaya salad just took me back to the streets of Kutch, where I had them for the first time. However the chef did point out on how thin the Fafda actually is here, so much that it breaks with slight pressure. This breakfast delight is something I absolutely relished here. The Kathiawari version of the Baingan bhartha, is something I absolutely loved, and could not get enough of it, especially with the theplas. The tadela marcha, or fried green chillies, in the side let’s you add up to the spice of the many servings here. Lasania Bataka, My Ahmedabad trip Street Food Favourite is also served here. I also liked the toor dal kichidi, though it was a bit dry & clove heavy to my taste. Desserts were a delicious bunch, very authentic amrakhand, Aam Ras, Basundi. Someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth, I definitely loved the balanced sweetness to sourness in the amrakhand, and devoured them in huge quantities. The festival is ON for a few days only, so grab your big appetite & head to The ITC Welcome Hotel bangalore soon....

Located on the ground floor of WelcomHotel Bengaluru. We had our breakfast during stay here. Breakfast spread is very elaborate cutting across various cuisines. However, local dishes like the vada and Mysore dosa are the best. Try filter coffee too. To mention here that chef Mr Shreyas is very nice and takes personal care of guest choices. Staff Mr Ganapathy and Dinesh are very courteous and helpful.

This cafe is inside ITC stay. They have buffet for 1500/- per person. Lot of variety in buffet must try. They serve hot roti, tandoori roti. Service was really good.

Jacaranda is part of the ITC Welcom Hotel on Richmond Road, Bangalore. The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing with fine spot lights and green walls. It is a multi cuisine restaurant but we visited to try their Bohri Thaal Festival by Chef Rehana. The Thaal is inspired by this middle eastern community. This community dining is a lifetime experience altogether. Food is served in a large thaal which can accommodate around 10-20 people at any time. The experience start with a traditional sharbat made with jaggery and topped with sabza, which was fantastic. Next we tried a homely masala potato that we usually make as home. The veg cutlets were delicious. A Bohri experience starts with a sweet dish and we tried their anjeer halwa. This is made in desi ghee and is super filling. The veg samosa was also fantastic as it had a filling of moong dal. For the main course we tried the dal chawal with channa. A classic dish that couldn't go wrong. We also tried their Veg Haleem or Daliya. It was made with different dals and ghee. The flavors were great indeed. We finished our meal with a coconut icecream. The Bohri Thaal is a experience in itself. It reminds of how important our families are today. And how a traditional meal can bring everyone together. A Bohri experience.

Really liked the food and the ambience. We went there for family dinner on a weekend. Welcome drinks and few complimentary food items were nice surprises. Special mention of Girish for a very warm welcome and awesome service quality.
