Decent staff. Quick service. Has a quaint little coffee shop with snacks. People here serve with a smile and seem genuinely nice. I appreciate the fact that they don't discriminate and hire people with disabilities too. Cute dogs too. Worth going.
Overall it’s always been a relatively pleasant experience at this shell Petrol pump! Hanumantha the cashier, even though he barely speaks English, managed to communicate with me 👍.. hope it stays this way, especially after reading the other reviews.. I guess one has to be polite and if not politely spoken to, challenge them gently..
I always fuel at Shell mainly because of the good grade fuel they provide. Service is good and the staff are courteous.
The Deli2Go offers a few snacks and some beverages.
The walkway next to Deli2Go has a ramp that’s slippery and I had a fall. May be they can do something about the ramp (conscious that it’s required for wheelchair users, but the ramp doesn’t necessarily have to be smooth!)
The quality they provide is amazing! I actually know that there are hardly few people who read reviews of such places.. but yes.. we do review! The place is good with a small shop too. Well maintained!

The fuel indicator of the car didn't move much even though they supposedly filled the tank. Not sure whether there is a problem with the gauge or whether they cheated, but i can see old reviews here which say something similar happened to them. I wouldn't trust this place. EDIT: FUEL GAUGE NEEDLE MOVED FINALLY, SO THEY DIDN'T CHEAT. BUT IT'S WEIRD THAT IT HAPPENED AT ALL. NEVER FACED THIS BEFORE.
I visited the bunk last week & had the garlic bread at Deli2go.
The fillings were tasty, my so n enjoyed the snack. Compliments to Anandi one who served us cheerfully 👍🙂

Good service and after buying my new scooter. I always refuel at Shell Fuel Stations. Couple times while refueling. Attendant overspilled some of the fuel spilled/ wasted on the ground in the recent times. Most of the time I alert them and they fill properly and when I miss to inform they tend spill the fuel. Inform your team to be attentive while refueling to avoid the wastages and to avoid any confusions in the amount entered as well. Do have a check and the proper SOP's for the same. 1time happened at Vasant Nagar and multiple times happened at Sadashivanagar fuel stations.
