Went to this restaurant while it was raining heavily and the parking staff were kind enough to offer us umbrellas as we entered the lift area.
The ambience of the restaurant felt cosy and the staff were warm and attentive.
Firstly we ordered a palak based shorba (unable to recall the exact name), it had good amount of veggies and subtly spices. Was flavourful and just what we needed at that time.
In starters, we ordered Anjal masala fry which was lip-smacking! The perfect amount of masala, ghee and a decent sized fillet. Absolutely delicious and a must try!
We also ordered mushroom ghee roast which turned out to be the only disappointment during the entire course as the masala had turned very bitter and was inedible, probably due to the overuse of chilli powder. They did not replace the dish even after providing them our feedback. Had tried pairing it with neer dosas.
For main course, we ordered appams and chicken stew which was heavenly. One of the best tasting stews I've had so far!
We also really enjoyed their range of goli sodas which came in a variety of flavours and was very refreshing.
Overall a great place and definitely worth a try!
A great fish and seafood spot just above Starbucks (Google Maps will take you to MG road, while the entrance is around the block). Well cooked fish and seafood, price right and a very good attentive service. Recommeded
Visited them for an elaborate sea food indulgences. The food is very yummy. Even a basic paneer shashlik was very well made. My favourite from here is the prawn ghee roast with neer dosa and even the crab cutlet, must try! And definitely visit them for good food.
They even serve alcoholic beverages. Can visit with family or friends. Staff is also very kind and helpful. We even tried the packed pan after our meal.
Do visit and thank me later :)
