When you go from Agara towards Maharaja signal, Koshe Kosha is located on the right hand side , in the signal before Maharaja signal. So park your car in a suitable place and grab a seat on the first floor. This place is for authentic bengali meals. We started with Fish Fry (bhetki fillet crumb fried), followed by White Rice, Jhinge Alu Posto (Ridge gourd and potato cooked in rich poppyseed gravy), Cholar Dal (Bengal gram dal with coconut), Luchi (Bengali style white pooris), Mutton Kosha (Mutton in a dark gravy), and Nolen Gurer Icecream (Date palm flavoured icecream topped with date palm syrup). The fish fry was good but the crumb layer can be thinner. Mutton kosha was the ultimate, Food of the match, you can say. With Luchi it is a heavenly combination. Similarly Rice and JhingeAluPosto turned out to be a Yuvraj-Kaif partnership in Natwest final. The Dessert nolen gurer icecream was like a 15 ball half century by Dhoni. Smooth, enticing, soulful. Food was great but the cost I found on the higher side.

A couple of days ago I wanted to eat authentic Bengali style mutton (Goat, not sheep) (that sheep thing is a SCAM)
I called the restaurant before placing my order cause several times I have order for mutton and I received sheep. Then the person talking to me confirmed over phone it's goat meet. Once, i received my food, the experience was something I cannot write down in words. The food was awesome. Best Bengali experience in a long time... Made me feel like I am home. So thank you Koshe Kosha
I have been regularly visiting this restaurant as I love the food. Therefore choose them as our wedding day caterer. Pratap provided all his support with his team. He also arranged for guest food pre n post wedding days. I'm really happy with the food and service. Special thanks to Pratap for his prompt response on every request.
Tried this place for the first time, good Bengali fare. The Bhetki paturi was fab and so was the narkel cholar dal! It will really be helpful if they can mention the quantity on some orders as it was bit less for us. Good experience😀
It was overall a good place. Too much small because if you get late then u have to wait. Food is good not that up to the mark. I have enjoyed some dishes over there. Decor is very much simple and you will get the vibe of adi barir floor and then showpiece. Staff behaviour is nice. It’s nice place to have good ghorowa bengali food.
Food was pricey for the taste which was served... Loved the mustard fish curry, Luchi with mutton was also tasty.... But taste can be enhanced a bit... portion was less for the price we get.....
Today we visited koshe kosha Koramangala branch and had our lunch. As suggested by the person over there we should have taken mutton kasha but we took dhakai mutton which was not good at taste and also the mutton was not good quality. The chanar dalna was very good we loved it. Again planning to go to try more dishes
Visited on Diwali, and totally bowled out by the taste of all the dishes. Took prawn cutlet and fish kobiraji in starters. The prawn Cutlet is probably the best cutlets I have had yet. Fish kobiraji tasted amazing with a huge serving size. In main course tried Basanti Pulao with Prawn Malai Curry both of which were delicious. Also tried Bhetki Paturi, lovely it was. So was the Echor Kalia. Ambience was good and price is towards the higher range. Couple of suggestions, the servicing time can be improved and wish the place could be more spacious. Rest everything was amazing.
A restaurant that serves authentic bengali cuisine. I really liked the dim kosha and peas pulao served here.Very tasty and mouth watering. Love the food.
Be a bengali i loved the place.I had best food over there. staffs are really nice and polite best mocha chop and all foods are awosome i will comeback
It was really very nice authentic bengali taste cuisine.
You will really love the place which plays mild bengali music.
Very good service.
Good to go with family, friends and couples.
Price is also very reasonable.
I visited this place yesterday with my sister and brother-in-law.
We ordered-
Basonti Polao
Mochar Ghonto (most tasty dish you can ever have)
Murgir Jhol
Vetki macher paturi with touch of mustard oil
Every item was ek se barke ek😋😋
Going to visit everytime whenever i get a chance to taste their dishes.
Cause it's the best way to give your taste buds a big surprise.
*** Veg and non-veg platter aren't available on Saturday and Sunday.
So you have to order them individually.
If you want to have authentic Bengali food in Bengaluru... This is the place.. reasonable... Awesome food... The taste is lip smacking... Do visit ... Highly recommended...!!
This branch located in Koramangala is accessible for people who want to delve into Bengali cuisine.
It offers almost all sorts of authentic Bengali food.
The Non-veg and Veg Thali is worth it's cost.
Recommendation- Only order if you are hungry enough to finish up all the 7 items in the Thali meal. Else, you might end up wasting the food or pack the remaining amount and takeaway.
About the parking facility, as a result of construction work going on by the road side, it is very difficult to park a vehicle beside the restaurant.
So, plan your day for one of the best Bengali cuisine restaurant.
Good Restaurant. Nice Bengali style spicy food. A bit overpriced if you keep kolkata's market price in mind. Three people will cost nearly 1000 to 1300 INR. Must try kosha mutton, mochar chop, ilish mach, paturi, sadabhaat. Clean and Good Bengali Restaurant. Bengalis should visit.

The only branch of this Kolkata based food chain in Bangalore. In a hectic friday, after surviving a stress riden week in office I visited this place. Ordered some bengali food and the quality time I spent there is unmatched. The ambience is great there, they play Bengali songs in the place, sometimes of Tagore, sometimes of Bengali films sometimes golden oldies or Bengali Rock music. Service and decoration is very good. Food quality is excellent, it is must to visit for Bengali food lovers. The best attraction of this place is Mishti Doi aka Sweet Curd, you would just want to order some Bundiya aka Bonde(although they dont serve that sadly 😶) and then to savour Bonde in Mishti Doi like Tenida. Hope you can relate to the strictly Bengali connection here 😉
It is a small place in Koramangala on the first floor. Food is truly Bangla, with rich mustuard oil flavor. Prices are decent for Koramangala. Staff is polite. The ambiance is very simple and plain.
Hygiene could have been a little better. Service could have been better.
Must try item - mangsho polau
An absolute must go place for Bongs in Bangalore. The ambiance of this place will give you an essence of Kolkata. The Basmati Pulao, the jhuri aloo bhaja, the Kosha Mangsho, the Elish Bhape will take you all the way back home. There's also classical Robindro Songeet playing in the background. All the more reason to experience proper Bengali cuisine in a proper Bengali ambiance. :)
Best place for all Bengali recipes. Amazing place. Serious!
-happy customer who loves good food
