A month long farewell to colleagues started with a lunch in Tabla. The place can be easily spotted and the very well furnished. We ordered a bunch of starters - Babycorn Manchurian, Hara Bara kebab, Corn kebab, which very delicious!! The patrons were friendly and courteous.
Just another one of those Bangalore restaurants which serve everything - North Indian as well as Southern Cuisine. Food taste is ordinary and service is quite bad. They mixed up our orders nearly two times in same visit
Tabla's ambience is one of the unique ambience I have ever seen.
Such a incredible thought in this ambience.Food was average.
I personally felt that there is less variety of food for vegetarians. Good place for non vegetarians.
Staff is nice. Closer to a place where I live. Really liked their cushions, mirror, reception counter.
Taste is really good here. Veg vulavacharu biryani is amazing. Veg platter is also really good. Its little bit costly than other Andhra style restaurants, but totally worth is for the ambiance and food.
Visited the restaurant yesterday, the place was decent and value for money. Booked through dine out do got the discount as well.
There were 2 drinks,3types of salads, veg manchow soup and paya soup.
In buffet we had 2veg(panner,aloo tilki)and 2 nonveg starters(fish, chicken).thetaste of all the4 starters was really good.
In main course we had pasta, noodles with schewan sauce, veg and chicken biryani, dal sambhar curd rice, mutton curry, fish curry etc.
Coming to desserts there was gajar ka halwa, strawberry and chocolate ice cream, gujiya, pastry and another dish I dun recollect.
Over and all very good place for that Price.
Ambience awesome. Food even better. While scanning through I happen to see paya soup on the menu. It exceeded expectations once ordered. Loved the way the biryani was served in a tabla. Ordered kandhoori naan as had never heard of it it had a a layer of khoya in it. It was sweet but it really tasted well with paneer tikka masala . Finished it with double ka Meetha, the final touch and it was awesooome. Recommended!!!!

Tabla is a restaurant that serves Andhra-style food primarily but also serve multiple cuisines including North Indian food. The ambience is superb with Tabla theme used but it's no so dominant. This was my second visit to Tabla with family after watching a movie nearby.
The moment I enter Tabla, I love to see their decor with dim light, which perfectly suits a romantic date.
I have had Tomato Soup, Egg biryani, Naan, Dal, and Paneer subji. Everything was delicious. I love their aromatic and moderately spiced biryani. Tomato Soup is definitely one of the best. The food overall is great.
However, the service is too slow and pathetic. The staff doesn't care much about the customers. They did not come to take the order for over 20 minutes and after multiple follow-ups they noted the order but didn't serve all of it. One item from our order was not served at all and we finished the dinner. Later, they added that to the bill and only after I told them that it wasn't served, they removed it. They need to improve a lot in the service aspect.
Ambience is great and gives a fine-dine feeling.
Been to this place number of times now. The place has a nice decor with some antique stuff. The ambiance really good with some nice music all the food items ordered really nice
For more details on the price and latest contact information have a look at one of my image attached.
Taste of food is good.
Fantastic ambiance.
Have private neat and clean transparent cabin.
Staff are well mannered.
Huge car and bike parking at basement.
Little costly but worth compared to taste.
Not much visible during night for first timers.
We faced paying bill on the date of review as the swiping machine was out of network. So carry some cash.
Cleanliness is good.
Kids also can go without any issues.
Vegetarian dish are also tasty.
Guys, please give the review a like if you found it useful.
It was perfect, except for overall salt ratio in all dishes but since it's Andhra cuisine salt and spice to be expected.
Lot of dishes had Telugu words which made it difficult to understand what actually the dish is.
Ambience (4/5)
It is really good for friends and family get together, they even have a separate seating for big family event celebration. Tabla (drum) prop used wherever possible.
Food (5/5)
- Garlic Prawns (dry) was fried just the right amount and the spice too, felt a heavy pepper taste but not that spicy (wonder how they made it).
- Tawa Chicken (soft and spicy)
- Naan's weren't rubbery like so many places i've been.
- Paneer was little soggy with decent taste.
- Dal tadka was also done real well (spicy, next time will remember to tell them to tone down the spice a bit).
Service (4/5)
Service can be better, like for instance we needed tissues and order another sets of breads but no one was around but the foods were served quick.
They have valet parking. Restrooms were clean.
Overall excellent restaurant with good ambiance and reasonably priced. Found another restaurant for our lunch time.
Bit costly but worth money kinda food. Photos I have posted are for candle light dinner. They arrange such occasions on request and it was a very pleasant experience. Specially made menu with awesome presence and also tasty.
Tabla which is located in Marathahalli, severs South, North and Chinese cusines. Talking about the ambience it has a woody traditional finish ideal for a family setup.
So to begin with the dinner we started with a Chicken Manchow Soup. Known for its hot and spicy flavors. Chicken manchow soup was extremely delicious and a perfect balance of chicken and vegetables loaded with plenty of flavors! It is always a delightful treat as the crispy fried noodles is the perfect accompaniment to the hot and spicy brown soup.
The main course we ordered an egg biryani.I would describe it by saying that it is was a flavorful and delicious egg biryani, which has a splendid rice indulgence, satiated with the magic of Indian spices, herbs and spiced hard boiled eggs.

Great ambience and awesome food.... We had a ajwaini fish, khandori naan, chicken chatpat, caramel custard, gazar Ka halua.... All were awesome.....
Ulavacharu Veg Biriyani and Veg Pulav was spicy and tasted good. Quantity of French Fries was less and overpriced. Service was appreciable.
Good restaurant, food was good, awesome ambience and well trained staff. But I felt there is more waiting time for taking orders. I request them to decrease the waiting time for taking orders.
Above average food taste. Over priced compared to the quantity given. Excellent ambience. Staff are friendly.
They have a great telugu cuisine. Tried a couple of starters and roti curry. Dosa and chicken curry combo is good. Desserts and shakes are good. Service is very slow.
Nice ambience and food. Non veg starters like prawns, fish fry etc are good.Though everything is good, I felt their dishes are little overpriced.
Tried Kheema biryani but it was just ok.
