We accidentally spotted this place while walking towards MTR. The busy crowd gave us an indication that this is some popular place. And we were delighted once we reached there. We tried Akki roti, parota and coffee...very tasty and reasonable. will definitely visit again to binge on their thali.
Visited this place after listening to many raving reviews about it and i must say it did live up to my expectations. Simple and hearty food will be a best way to describe this place. My personal favorite is the dal holige piping hot from the pan!!

Best for quick bite with coffee and yummy south Indian thali..the thali comes up with variety of options at reasonable rate ...they serve akki roti (rice floor roti) raagi roti, plain roti, kulcha, kokum juice, payasam, paneer gravy, daal, chutney, papad, pickel,veg pulav, plain rice with rasam, curd rice...a yummy healthy and tummy full n happy meal.😋

Had been to this restaurant to taste the GowriGanesha habbadoota . They had 25+ items on the list. My favorite items from the habbadoota was Kai Holige and kara kadabu. ₹350/- was totally worth it for this meal. This special oota is only available on 17th and 18th September.

We went here for the sole purpose of trying their Special Mango Meal. This is indeed an experience in itself. The mango meal was unique and mouth watering. My favourite among all was the Mango Holige and the Mango Rasmalai. The meal is a must try during May month. The cost is 350 each.

I went there for the Mango May event with a few friends. We waited in line for 15-20 mins. The dishes were mostly made out of mango. The highlight for me was Mango Holige. Overall, it was a good experience.
Tried mini south meal, it wasn't really mini and was very filling. Every item was delicious (except for thick chapatis). Place is always crowded during noon. Worth every penny.
First visit and bowled over..Amazing Karnataka cuisine that everyone should definitely try at least once... We had masala dosa, vadas and full meals.
We went there for lunch on a Monday and there was crowd waiting in a long queue. We decided to take the plunge, to the coupon and stood patiently in line. The restaurant is not air conditioned and it was pretty hot waiting there. The queue was managed well. We had to wait for about 20+ minutes and by the time our turn came we were all hungry. The food is served in a setting similar to the weddings in south India. This being a mango season, almost all dishes were of mango staying from aam panna to rasam to Sambhar and even idly and sweet similar to ras malai. All had mango in it. The food was good and priced at Rs 350. You can eat and see yourself if it's worth it for you.
We are there for mango festival, good food try atleast once, special their mango pickle. And i love the masala dosa and poori chenna.

We had a mango special lunch on 06-06-2023. What a great and authentic food it was...!. The atmosphere, service and quality of food is excellent. In the mango special lunch 99% of the items were made up with mango. It was a superb and memorable food.
