Albert bakery is a small bakery in frazer town which serves delicious sweet and savoury items .My favourite is the crispy naan filled with khoya and the mutton keema samosa the puffs are also good .The baked egg sweet is another must try item . The puri filled with sweet halwa is also something that i recommend . It is pocket friendly, and there are still many more items to enjoy. Its a must to go to Albert bakery if you are in bangalore.

Heavenly!!

I'm from Mysore, during my childhood there were no fancy bakery items except Puff, Honey Cake and Dil Pasand. All these years I have been eating Dil Pasand at many places in Mysore & Bangalore and reviewed it also. All those Dil Pasand I have had eaten so far was with coconut, cashew, tutty fruitti filling inside. So this 'Khova Naan' which is just similar to Dil Pasand was a pleasant surprise for me.

I had been hearing a lot about this place, 'Albert Bakery' but my place on road is 'Bangalore-Mumbai' flight journey away from my place so couldn't able to try it till few days ago! 😬 Though I had visited once last month, khova naan was over by that time so came back disappointed. I never leave even the smallest desire of mine unfulfilled so went there again next week and delighted to relish this culinary marvel! It's available only on takeaway but I couldn't able to wait another 'Bangalore-Mumbai flight journey' time, so opened the packet right there and had a bite, the very first bite was heavenly. There were 6 pieces, before eating I thought of eating one and giving rest to my friend fearing the calories but after eating one, whole plan got reversed, I had 5 and my friend had one! 😋

I described the same to my foodie friend back in Mysore and after 2 days, he came all the way to eat this, both of us went there exactly at the bakery opening time and got one. Khova Naan was hot and oozing out ghee from it, it was altogether a different experience, it was good but made us feel heavy as ghee wasn't settled down. We took rest parcel and my friend had it one piece each after every meal even on never day 😄 I personally felt it is best eaten after few hours (I have attached both pictures) as the ghee gets along well with khova by that time, may be that's the reason they serve that only for take away.

It's a small place few decades old so don't expect a fancy ambiance, service is super fast. 100rs for one full round but worth it. I highly recommend this!! 😋

For folks in Bengaluru, Albert Bakery is as legendary as it could get ! I have lived in this city for more than a decade now and I don’t know why or how I did not end up going here, but I finally did as part of Bangalore Bakery Walks which again is something that I initiated to explore legendary bakeries like this in the city. This was the second walk after the first one at O G Variar which was a fantastic experience as well.

Reached here late hence most of the stuff was sold out, but got to try the Khoya Naan. The khoya naan is really something. Go and try for yourself.

We travel all across town to have Albert Bakery’s mutton samosas and bread pudding which we find amazing. One of the oldest bakeries in Bangalore.

Our only complaint would be their items are over way too soon and more often then not you would end up missing what you came in looking for.

Visited this place after it was featured in a youtube video.. Tried the popular mutton samosas.. Steaming, crispy, bite sized goodness! Got 11 pieces in a quarter kilo... One can easily have 5-8 pieces... It was full, especially being a ramzan weekend.. Yet they were quickly giving out the orders..
Another thing to note is their ambience.. Its like going back to childhood.. A heritage trip of sorts.. The payment counter, the snack boxes, the people serving there..
Definitely a must visit!

My Wife took me here saying this place has been there since her childhood and that they sell some delicious food. I was impressed with her assessment. Truly delicious and very affordable. The service was super quick too. Only downside is there isn't any place to sit and eat as it's just one tiny outlet. Truly try this place.

A bakery you can try out for a variety of snacks like Chicken & Mutton Samosa, Chicken Swiss Roll and other sweets. The old is gold quote is true with taste being good with decent pricing. I would recommend this place to friends or family who want to try out some fancy snacks to relieve their hunger.

An heritage bakery in Bangalore. Very well known and famous in this part of the city. A small place but with great options. Whatever is made is made great and tastes great. Value for money as well. Currently due to Covid restrictions temperature check is being done and only few are allowed at a time. A good move when most of the others have started to relax a bit. Tried the mayo chicken sandwich and was great. Also tried the small mutton samosa’s and that too was lovely. Timings is 3PM to 7PM only. Need to go there again and try few more stuff. Parking is in front the of bakery but finding parking is a little difficult. Overall a good place and has to be tried to know what it really feel the taste and vibes of Albert Bakery.

A very old Bakery since Britisher's time. You get varieties of Bakery products. Balushahi is the signature sweet here. They don't make it at the time of Ramzan.

I recently visited Albert Bakery and was thoroughly impressed by the authentic taste of their food items. The bakery's commitment to using fresh ingredients really shines through in every bite. From their delectable cakes to their mouthwatering snacks, each item had a distinct flavor that transported me back to the traditional bakeries of my childhood. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance only added to the wonderful experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delightful creations!

Went in April during the Ramadan season. Clearly the bheja puffs are the top selling item. The bheja puffs are available at 3 pm. They get over first amongst all their items. So be there a bit early if you want the Bheja puffs specifically. I picked up a kilo of the mini chicken samosas. They don't take wallet or UPI payments, so make sure you have cash.

A very old and relatively unknown place for new folks in Bangalore but a must visit. The puffs and the naans are to die for. A word of caution please take cash as they don't accept any other modes of payment
