The foods good and consistent .
Had a nice chat with the founder R Suresh whose creative work is displayed all around the cafe from posters to Mugs .Picked up the Kerala queue mug last night .The posters quite hilarious as well .
All the Bengali sweets here are tasty .The rolls are consistent as well
Loved even the simple Maggi variants
Nice place with exciting place and decent service! Quite offbeat, but a fun place to be fr sure...
Kitchen of Joyis a home delivery restaurant that 1 discovered on Swiggy .Fish curry is good , chicken was fresh but not a Bengali preparation , Rice quality need to be improved a lot .The alu paratha was evenly stuffed and big in size and I felt it । was better than the ones we get at the punjabi restaurants in bengaluru even . The gravy though was really good and tasted well with the luchis that were cooked to perfection .

Food and Frames hanging here almost takes back you to the streets of Kolkata. Have been here so many times whenever I have a craving for fish. Rasagullas here are the best, definitely made with a heart of joy.
Is it shifted to a new address from vignan Nagar? Yesterday I went I saw boards are removed and closed. The restaurant was providing excellent Bengali cuisine. Please mention the new address please.
Good plc for Bengali food,
chicken tadka is amazing ,
Must try the fish items
Have been there couple of time,
Mostly ordered home delivery .
Egg Mughlai paratha is good.
keep it up.
Tasty and homely bengali food. Have ordered their maxi fish thali and it turned out to be good everytime. They even served sheem alu curry with the thali which was a surprise. Would be in my frequent list.
Great place to have homely Bengali food.. tried their egg tarka and maxi fish thali.. taste is very much like Kolkata food..and also very reasonably priced
Craving for the Calcutta food, we visited here on the Bengali New year.
We had a thali each that consisted of plain basmati rice, the old school Dal, sukto, luchi and aloo Dom and kosha murgi.
The meal ended with rosogolla and chutney.
Overall it's been a nice experience. Pocket pinch was 550 per thali which was a little high I feel.
But considering that we bengalis get such amazing food here, will surely visit again.
This place brings delight for bengalis who love their food cooked in Bengali style.. we started our Bengali new year visiting this place and we tried out chicken thali which had koraishutir kochuri to aloordum, sukto was a delight in the menu and ofcourse with steaming hot beguni, we had dal and along with that white basmati rice with appropriate bengali style chicken curry ( kosha chicken), there was fish chop on the platter and to end the Bengali sumptuous meal was rossogolla and chatni, also they served mishti doi.. overall it was a pleasant experience tasting the dishes
There was many more in the menu, and one can visit this place with friends and family as it has a comfortable ambience with a lot of Bengal decor in its interior..
From food to ambience all are superb. Kitchen of Joy is kind of little KOLKATA for Bengali like me.
Dishes we tried, chai (regular and lemon tea); fish chop;mutton moghlai; egg mutton keema roll; mutton biriyani. All of these were mouthwatering.
Quality of food- 5star (superb)
Quantity of food- sufficient
Ambience- little KOLKATA for me. Hats off to the creative team.
Management- very organized and customer focused.
Please keep up your good work. Would love to visit again to try other bengali dishes.
Great place for Bengali food. If you are South Indian and has a desire to enjoy all kinds of taste or a Bengali food lover then this restaurant is a must visit. This is a small but good looking restaurant with artefacts and pictures that will remind you of Kolkata. Very cost effective menu and tasty food. Must visit if you are a Bengali or Bengali food lover others no harm in trying once. When I can enjoy being a South Indian I think others will love too. Note - if you are not familiar with names of the food items ask steward

Lovely Kolkata food on kaggadasapura. Yeah it may not match the taste of bhojori manna but yes in this area they are a good treat. The machor jol and chicken 🐔 Joshua are a must try here. The phulkas are really made fresh and served hot. A good quick snack would be a chicken pakoda to try. Overall you will have a satisfied meal.
Great place for a Bengali treat. Even the chinese seems fine because of the reasonable prices. Combos and the thalis are a must try and the starters are really close to an experience of typical Kolkata street food.
Good food and service. Nice ambience :)
Loved this place only for one reason. It's called TASTE, true authentic Bengali flavor in all of our dishes. I find one of the best Bengali restaurants across Bangalore.
Give it a try and do connect me over insta @missiashu for all eye soothing pics.
If you are out from Kolkata and want to have begali dishes in Bangalore then you need to Visit kitchen of joy. Quality & taste are truly good. Try with anything starters, main course or desserts everything is perfect. Price is little high but for the taste you can pay.
You get tasty bengali cuisines, though the prices are bit on the higher side, especially given many new alternatives becoming available on online food delivery apps. The quality and taste remains unmatched and has been consistent over the years. The dal-khichadi on Saturdays is something worth trying. The interiors effuse a Kolkata touch with a knack of humour. The place is usually not crowded and the staff is well-behaved.
Pros: Nice place to have food. You'll get a tasty food, cooked and served neatly. Value for money. Good ambience. Nice service. Tasty sweets too!
Cons: might feel the space is little (if you come with your gang of friends or bunch of family). Group of 4-5 still can have nice time. :)
Best place to have Bengali food
Good food. Nice ambience.
Nicely decorated with items depicting Bengal. About food-had maxi veg thali -panch meshali was the best, rasgulla and chutney were delicious as well, the dishes had homemade flavour. Overall a good one.
