A small outlet to answer your waffle cravings. If you are the only person in this shop, you will love this ambience, as the shop is really small. The interiors are good. One highlight in this place is the presence of XO games. It's fun to play with friends. Waffles were good as usual. Tried their butterscotch waffles. Around 4-5 people can sit here. There's no washroom facility available.

I tried XO Belgian waffle yesterday.. I must agree that I am not a great fan of waffles but the quality here is very good and they have come up with unique ideas of serving them. Usually we have tried waffles with honey/butter/banana or even maple syrup but here I had rum and chocolate waffle, night and day waffle. The taste is good more than that the quality and the presentation stole the show. The waffle wasn't too sweet and they made the sauces in house so the thickness and the consistency was perfect. They have various branches too.

Being a hardcore bengalurean I personally enjoyed the butter lays waffles and coffee waffles. Must try is Hot spiced Cinnamon Cocoa and coffee waffles. This place sells vegetarian waffles absolutely no eggs added. These waffles are yeast-leavened dough and specially imported Belgian. The waffles are crunchy and fluffy at the same time we can choose toppings varying from whipped cream, chocolate spread, maple syrup and butter. They also serve with vanilla ice cream and fresh fruit such as strawberries or banana filling as per choice.

Waffles are not really our thing, the husband's and mine. We quite dislike the eggy smell that seeps into them at most places, and the fact that they are mostly loaded with chocolate, ice cream and a sugar rush kind of puts us off. The last waffle we had was about a year ago - why have waffles when you have sandwiches and ice creams and all manner of pretty desserts, btw? Well, that is what we used to thinl, before XO Belgian Waffles happened to us. :) Waffle places have been mushrooming in Bangalore lately, though, and XO Belgian Waffles is one such new entrant in the city's food scene. We decided to visit the small outlet in Koramangala, to check out the offerings, to see why waffles are so happening right about now. We were pleasantly surprised, and are now waffle converts. It is nice to see that this place is not all about loading their waffles with chocolate and candies and ice cream, but offers a pleasant mix of many flavours, including some unique savoury combinations. The waffles here are all vegetarian, so there's no eggy flavour. We happened to meet the owner, Rajat, who told us about how they are committed to fusion and innovation, and coming up with new recipes all the time. Yay to that! Here's a round-up of all that we tried out here and how we fared: Irani Herb Maska Waffle: This one was oh, so beautiful, my favourite of all that we sampled here, the star of the day for me. It is a largely savoury waffle with the subtle taste of herbs and butter and garlic, just mildly sweet. I thought it was absolutely brilliant! Honey Butter Lays Waffle: This one was simply superb, too. The sweet of the honey goes wonderfully with the salty-spicy taste of the Lays chips within the waffle. The Lays add a lovely crunch to the waffle as well. Love! Strawberry Cheese Waffle: This was a waffle with a strawberry preserve within, as well as some very mild cheese. Though it wasn't bad at all, it didn't really bowl us over either. The cheese was way too mild to be felt, and the strawberry took over, making this feel just like an ordinary strawberry jam waffle. A sharper cheese would have done wonders for this! Night N Day Waffle: We loved, loved, loved this two-toned waffle that came with two different types of fillings. The waffle shell is dark on one side, white on the other. The filling is dark chocolate on one side, white chocolate on the other. Both the husband and I loved this one - quite decadent, absolute bliss for the chocolate lover! Banana Salted Caramel Waffle: This one was well done too, a nice mix of sweet and saltiness. I liked it, but wouldn't say it was my absolute favourite - I was too charmed by the other savoury-sweet waffles here for that to happen! Belgian Chocolate Milk: I adored this beverage! It was just the right amount of sweet, with just the right amount of chocolate and milk. It reminds you of your school days when momma would have a glass of piping hot chocolate milk waiting for you once you got back from your classes. Beautiful! Spicy Cinnamon Hot Cocoa: This beverage was beautiful, too, but it didn't knock the socks off me. The husband adored the cinnamony taste and the spice and the dark chocolate, though. Prices here are at par with other waffle outlets in Bangalore. The place is small, like I was saying before, and there is only a little bench inside by way of seating arrangements. It is more suited to take-aways than eat-ins, actually. The staff is pleasantly cheerful, warm, courteous and friendly. So, all in all, it was a very lovely experience that we had at XO (which translates into 'hugs and kisses, btw) Belgian Waffles. We would surely drop in again to try out the other stuff they have on their extensive menu.

XO Belgian Waffles has best waffles available . Small place located in Koramangala is warm and welcoming. Staff here a sweet and serivice is good .
