My all time favorite breakfast on an early Sunday morning is the masala dosa at Komala Refreshments. The masala dosa, idly, vada, uddin vada and kesaribath are the best.

If any one in Frazer town or who want to have veg food in Frazer town! This restaurant is very good choice for them! Coz very less number of veg restaurants available in Frazer town😁

This is my regular restaurant in my visit to Frazer town! Tried almost all types of food there which were really good and reasonable for the price we pay for it!😊

Only thing is servers will not tell what food they have to serve! We have to check from watching others plate!!!😂

So crispy dosa, Bonda or Bajji, Bisibele bath and Rice sambar is more salable items there!! 😋

As earlier said! Restaurant is good for Veg food in Frazer town!!! Over all 4/5🤗

A quintessentially Bangalore Dharshini that’s been around for three and a half decades. Entering into the Dharshini takes one back to the Bangalore of the early 80s, with the same furniture and style of serving, steeped in history. The food is arguably some of the best Karnataka fare available in the city.

This place has been around for ages. Always visit this place when I’m in the area. The dosas are to die for. Food is value for money. My only issue is the lack of parking

Favourite darshini in town. They make the best khara bhaath, mangalore buns and goli baje in at least the northern Bangalore. Food is full of flavour, cooked to perfection and always fresh. Prices are super reasonable and service is quick. It's quite packed during weekends, so try and go early. All the good stuff usually runs out by 10:00. Highly recommend it for an early morning belting.

Great South Indian Veg food! The Masala Dosa and coffee is all time favorite here, super crowded on weekends breakfast time, the staff and their service was quick. Car parking is bit of challenge in the morning and the restaurant is very close to signal so need to look for parking beforehand itself.

Tried Cox town for a Sunday morning simple breakfast as Dad was ok travelling a bit far ;) So ordered Idli-vada, Masala dosa, poori sabzi and coffee... Decent taste and good food... However they can add up few more things to the menu...

If you love Mysore masala dosa as much as I do, I insist that you need to try Komala restaurant's version of it. This cafe which has been around since the 1920s is a  Bangalore institution and is surely one of the places to try when you are in the Garden city. Of course expect a no frills, very toned down cafeteria style set up where the seats crack and the service is non existent. But what you can expect is quick service and lip smacking food.

Wash down that spicy Mysore masala dosa and a sambhar vada (which also comes highly recommended) with their famous filter coffee and you are in for a treat of a lifetime. Have you tried it yet? Komala restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Ok, I must say one of the best Classic Old School Masala Dosas at this Place. I'd Give a 10 if possible. The Dosas and Idly and Sambar Chuttneys are Unique to this Place Alone. Double Thumbs Up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Good place for vegan's and temporarily they shifted little and you can see this restaurant in the first floor of the juice shop nearby. Not recommended for party or special occasions

A decent self service restaurant near entrance of Cox Town flyover. On the main road so cannot be missed. Plenty of parking for two wheelers near the restaurant but for cars a little tough as this place has heavy traffic movement. We were here in a Sunday morning so parking was not a challenge. This is a self service place and was quite crowded on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Tables and chairs there for people to sit and have their food. We ordered for poori, masala dosa and udin vada and all of them was good. Rates are decent and coffee is good. Very simple interiors and ambience. Overall an decent experience. Give it a try 👍🏽

In masala dosa they can reduce the oil, there was too much of oil when I ordered. Sambar is very watery, so we do not get the taste in our mouth when dipped. Vada was good. It's one of the oldest restaurants in Bangalore, they should not compromise on the taste.

South Indian restaurant good with breakfast and lunch options, Mostly crowded & the hotel gives the old Bangalore feel with typical table and chair sittings.....

Safe & clean vegetarian food, budget restaurant, self service, generally busy at all times. Most items get sold out early during the respective meal hours

Ole world charm.... till intact.... Masala dosa.... Signature item.... With music of 70s giving u company especially old Hindi songs.. especially Kishore, Lata. a nice feel to gorge on the masala dosa, rava idli, Manglore Bhajji, Bonda soup and more...Today for a change settled for the poori and allo sagu, huge pooris, the sagu was perfect, a bit of semi gravy kind with some aloo in between, and the liquidish sagu was a pleasure to eat alongside the poori. White chutney was a good accompaniment.. Overall a good experience.. Must go to place.. especially those who like dosas and more..

Neatly maintained hotel, if you want to have a discussion over a coffee this is a good place.... I had dosha idly vada and curd rice.... All items are good... Ground floor is self service and first floor has service hall... Price is also average...

I’ve been a regular for decades and seen it move from building to another. Three years since I could last visit and it’s absolutely amazing as always. Masala dosa is as good as I remember. The filter coffee and the master who makes it, take a bow. Definitely one of the comfort food places for us regulars.
