I'll be honest, I came in with a mindblock about the place because it screams healthy, and food that's healthy isn't necessarily tasty. Boy, was I wrong.
I was amazed and taken aback by the cauli rice. It was a culinary marvel. The chicken gravy too was an absolute hit.
The food is definitely affordable, and considering the healthy quotient, two birds with one stone it is.
Keto Kitchen taught me a good food lesson that day. One can have the best of both worlds.
Had the egg white omlette. Omlette itself was nice, slightly buttery though. Salad was so so.
It's a good place for health concerns, everything in the menu have detailed information regarding its calories.
Healthy food. Loved every thing except bread.
The moment we entered, theu served us with mat which has keto info diet. It was quite impressive.
We went in evening and so planned to have chicken items. It tastes really well.
The most important thing I observed it's just keto diet where you can have appropriate food which is beneficial to health. All i can say really nice place to have delicious food.
I just loved the taste. The food is delicious and quantity is also fine. It's not expensive considering the kind of ingredients used in making keto dishes. The one thing I would like to see is breakdown of macros (net carb, fiber etc), since it's very important for someone doing keto diet.
For my parent's anniversary, we actually had been planning to go to the chocolate room, however instead, we ended up at Keto Kitchen which was right above it in order to try something new and healthy 🙂
That was the 1st time and then we went once more coz we really enjoyed the food there. I've tried the following:
Subz biryani (made with cauliflower. No rice)
Keto Paneer masala dosa (made with almond flour)
Malai kofta
Methi paratha (made with coconut flour)
For someone trying this no carb keto diet food for the 1st time, I would recommend to try the veg subz biryani 1st. Its only cauliflower (they call it cauli rice) but the flavours are really good. So you would enjoy it. 1 bowl is filling for 2.
The paratha is pretty bland and malai kofta sweet. Its an acquired taste. But i truly enjoyed it. Dosa was a bit too oily I felt but nevertheless tasted pretty good. They have a lot of non veg options too but Iv mentioned only veg since i'm a vegetarian :)
Ambience is nice. Well maintained. They have an open kitchen and also an outside seating area. Service is also good.
Keto kitchen has been my go to restaurant even since I started keto . The selection is wide and gives you a good option to satisfy any craving you have . The chicken cauli rice biryani is spicy and tasty and will never make you miss the rice biryani . The konjac pasta is a must try . Konjac is a root known for its quality of being low in carbs but high in fibre content . The desserts are keto kitchen is the highlight . The chocolate mousse is creamy and fluffy that I don't think I would ever order a normal chocolate mousse even if I stop keto .
Keto kitchen one of the limited restaurant on the city for mindlfull eating , Every food available here is mentioned with right amount of inputs to body. Very good taste , hygienist restaurant, decently priced menu , overall must visit atleast twice a month
5 * for the variety of dishes they present in Keto Menu.
Their main source of income is via Deliveries.
There wasn't a single diner other than us on a Saturday evening from 8.30 - 10 !!!!
We had started with BBQ Chicken Wings, which was delicious. Then Grilled fish with Keto Herb Bread(made of almond flour), which was decent. Malaki Kofta was very creamy and tasty. Methi Paratha made of coconut powder. We ended the stint with Lauki Hala which was made using Erythritol (sugar free).
Overall very good options for a person on Keto Diet
Ambience - very good
Service - Excellent
Taste - Excellent
Hygiene - good
Price - VFM compared to KETO diet pricing
We went here in the evening around 7 30 PM, there was no one there and we were the only customer at that time. First we were served with a mat which had info about the keto diet. We started with BBQ chicken wings, the portions were huge and it was good. Next we wanted to try tagdi kabab which was not there. So we went for mahi tikka which is a fish item which was also good. The green chutney provided with it is worth mentioning . For main course we wanted to try their steak which was not available. So we went for methi paratha and mutton chettinad. Paratha was made of coconut powder so I was not sure how it was going to taste, but it was really good. The mutton chettinad had mutton chunks without bones which was just awesome. In most of the places if we order mutton item we find bones more than the meat. But this was not like that an even the taste was just too good. We wanted to try their ice cream since they don’t use milk , the only available option was mixed berry ice cream, this was just too good but the price was little high. The staff told us that they have changed their menu and main chef was not there , that’s the reason why few items were not available. This is a definite place to visit if you want to try out some low carb food or want to start keto diet.
Food: 4/5
Ambiance:3.5/5
Value for Money: 4/5 (Except ice cream which was costly, 200 INR for a small scoop was costly)
Overall Rating 4
This place in the heart of Kamanhalli and easy to find in Google maps, ambience of the restaurant is very mordern and makes you feel comfortable, the outside seating area is good during monsoon time, staff is well trained and has a customer focused attitude, they are all very hospitable, we were made to seat in good location and were asked if we are okay with the table, food did not take much time to arrive, the taste of food is extremely good, presentation is also very good, can foresee that this restaurant will create waves for its speciality, being veg the choice was still satisfying, highly recommended for Keto diet people... will visit again for breakfast... lastly, it has everything a Keto diet person wants and is a heaven for such diet person.
Keep it up team KK and you will shine on your own....... 😀
Love this place. Wholesome Keto food with a generous serving size. Had the Keto pizza and mutton cauli biryani, absolutely loved it. Definitely coming back again to eat all the delicious Keto delicacies.
Another good point is the waiters are well aware of the Keto diet and ask you about your Keto experience as well. Really appreciate the fact that everyone around in the restaurant is aware of the Keto lifestyle.
Elaborate menu for keto food. Much needed in Bangalore. Good ambiance and taste
We had been for lunch. The food was very tasty.we ordered cream of mushroom soup,Greek salad ,Malai kofta and plain parathas and blue berry pastry.Highly recommend this place for any one doing keto or lchf diet.
Excellent food, nice decor, economical prices, and good service. Eating here is proof that transitioning to a ketogenic diet does not mean depriving oneself of amazing food—something anyone curious about keto should do before starting. Their convenient delivery service and huge menu selection is great. That said, don’t expect fast food—almost each dish is made-to-order and keto preparations are slightly slower than normal food, so takes some time to be ready.
Tried the Cauli Pizza, Cauli Curd Rice, Lamb Broth, Hariyali Chicken Salad, Methi Salad, Coconut Flour Paratha, and Mushroom Curry. Each one was really delicious!
Good food, curd rice was super..mint rice was bit dry
This is truly the Best Keto Experience we've ever had! The food and drinks are absolutely the Tastiest, without compromising on keto-specific portions. The ambiance is very relaxed and chilled out with the most polite staff we've seen. Everybody should definitely experience the Keto Kitchen at Kalyan Nagar. You'll be so satisfied with every item on their menu that it'll leave you wanting more!
This was a pleasant surprise! If you are contemplating going on a Keto diet, this place will convince you how delicious keto food can be. Everything we tried was better than any burger I have had. The almond waffle and the paratas are a revelation. The decor and services are an added plus..
I have been on keto for 2+ years as of this review. Decent food and lots of options. The service personnel was polite and served us patiently. One thing was the gravy was quiet sweet even though they said they used stevia. Roti was soft which was a welcome change for me. Servers should have better knowledge about keto and the dishes etc
I just loved the taste. The food is delicious and quantity is also fine. It's not expensive considering the kind of ingredients used in making keto based dishes. The one thing I would like to see is breakdown of macros (net carb etc) since it's very important for someone doing keto diet.
