If you are a fan of fine dining and a lover of funky cocktails I bet this place is for you. This place place gives you immense dinning experience with amazing service and hospitality. The ambience is as good as a good fine dinning restaurant. Talking about cocktail :- Masalatini (Really loved that pinch of spicy taste ) Mauja hi mauja ( This one is recommend ) Starters:- Tulsi and sarso wali cod fish - I am not a fan of eating fish but this was something really amazing. The fish was of freshwater and it was very soft with a very tasty marination on it. Khasta Aloo tikki chana - Really loved this aloo tikki and chana combo. A must try dish Artichoke and Kale chaat - It was a different experience eating these two in a version of Chaat. I liked the combo. Recommend Lamb Rogan Josh Seekh Kebab - I love seekh kebabs and this place really satisfied my taste buds. Highly recommend Subz galouti kebab - can try Main course:- Khasta baked Raraa Ghost - Really loved the juicy and tender mutton pieces with tangy and spicy gravy. Regional Dal Tadka - one of the best dal tadka I have ever tried. Honestly speaking you will eat dal like never before. Highly highly recommend. Maziga Murgh Maggi Tikka - This was completely new because it has Maggie and chicken pieces mixed in a gravy which contains Maggie masala. Well the taste was really good so you can give it a try. lamb biryani - Biryani rice was full of flavours and lamb pieces were perfectly cooked. Desserts Kurkuri mysorepak halwa - I really liked this desserts as compared to other desserts served by them Overall one of the good place to have dinner with family and friends in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. They need to work on their desserts rest everything this has its own class. I highly recommend to visit this place.

Maziga is one of the best fine dine place which every one should experience. It is located in VR Bengaluru mall and one can easily spot it. The moment you enter this place it will mesmerize you with the lovely ambiance and chandeliers. Light music and seating arrangement will give you a comfortable experience. They have 15 course meal menu which is certainly a great deal offer as they offer really delicious dishes on plate to enjoy. Service was excellent and really quick. Staffs were very courteous and polite. They take special care of each and every customers with happy and smiling face. Special mention for Chef Javed Ahamad for serving some amazing dishes. Some of the delicious dishes which made my day and must try once you are here: Broccoli and Lentils Soup: this was prepared with perfection and one of the best Soup I have ever had. Creamy texture and taste will certainly give you a surprise. Amush bouch and old Delhi golgappe will give you a good start and activates all your taste buds to enjoy further. Maziga baked Alaska murgh tikka was perfectly cooked and taste good. Chicken pieces were tender and juicy. Kurkure wasabi prawns koliwada was a bliss and definitely a must try for all sea food lovers. Wasabi dip added the extra flavour to the prawns. Achari olives paneer tikka and dahi wale kabab is must recommended for vegetarians out there. Taste really good. After having wonderful starters we had lime cumin flavoured Chef's special sorbet (kind of frozen dessert) to refresh and neutralize our taste buds so that we can enjoy the main course. Main course which we ordered over here: Paneer takatak maggi masala: it is perfect combination of paneer masala topped with traditional maggi masala. My two favourite food clubbed together added much more value to this dish. One of the must recommended gravy over here. Murgh lazeez handi: prepared with perfect amount of spices. Chicken pieces were properly cooked and juicy from inside. Enjoyed this gravy with hot butter garlic naan. Dal makhani: I have some special connection with this dish and they have done fabulous job with the dish. Loved the creaminess texture of the makhani. Taste amazing and you can't stop yourself for having it more. Enjoyed the fabulous gravies with butter garlic naan, naan-e-khaas and oat meal roti. Ended the dinner with some amazing and surprising desserts. Kurkure Mysore Pak halwa, Bournvita phirni and gulab jamun susta. What a combination of desserts to end your perfect meal. Overall it's a great experience to dine in here. Humble and polite staff made the visit really relaxing and enjoyable. Must recommended to try out some amazing dishes.

MAZIGA - PLACE TO EXPERIENCE & ENJOY THE MODERN INDIAN CUISINE Located in VR mall , Bengaluru - Maziga is the Modern Indian Cuisine restaurant where in it got its from MAZIGA Indian Bar & Grill Singapore. Curated by Chef Javed Ahamed & Team , The menu is huge with known dishes but with a twist. This is not just a regular place but this is more of an experience which Chefs would want you to enjoy the flavors that are served on your plate. Consider this place for special occasions , Date place, for casual office meetings to have them a great time With a huge crystal chandelier , the place is LIIT & the Wine selection kept as decor around the walls give you that sophisticated vibes . Had been there to try out the 15 course meal which is curated by Chef Ahamed which is truly a gastronomical experience that blows my mind. #Chat Masala Yogurt Spherification : Before we start off the menu, we are served with Chat Masala Yogurt Spherification..This looks like a big pearl shining in the spoon. One gulp & you will get a hint of what to expect next in the meal. #Multani Chicken Shorba : Nothing like i tasted before.. usage of almonds made it taste different.. Served nicely in a special bowl plate #Murgh Tikka Chicken Salad : Never been a salad lover until i had dish, Probably my favorite dish in my entire meal. Fresh grilled chicken tikka with the crispy croutons along with lemon juice. Best salad I've had... will definitely come back just to have this - #MustRecommend #OrderThis&ThankeMeLater Starters : #Methi papdi Chaat : fresh curd with pomegranate seeds on top makes this chaat a must try :) #Old Delhi Golgappa : Great presentation for golgappas on a special tray gives u more interest in trying it.. gulp them before they get soft with the stuffing #Peshwari Bharwan Aloo : Never thought potato will be made as starter this way which is stuffed along with dried plum , cranberries.. good quantity & feels quite filling for tummy too #Murgh Tikka Quesadilla : Desi twist for the Mexican Quesadilla.. shredded chicken n cheddar cheese served in tortilla wraps plated like a pizza is very inviting to enjoy :) generous amount of cheese makes it awesome #Roti Pe Boti : minced mutton kheema made as a spicy version is served on khasta paratha.. Looks spicy but it was soo good.. #Maziga baked Alaska Murgh Tikka : Boneless chicken marinated with spices cooked in tandoor.. Topped with egg which is placed like a foam.. tasted good, but egg foam didn't give much impact on it. wish to have without the foam. #Lamb galouti Kebab : The royal Lucknawi delicacy which is made to shine at Maziga Kitchen.. lamb which is minced like a soft paste is pan grilled to perfection. Mains : #Maziga Chooza Tikka Makhni : Smooth tomato gravy based chicken tikka curry is a must try with roti basket #MustRecommend #Maziga Dal makhni : All time favorite Dal Makhni finished with tomato puree is topped with butter. Wish the taste can be little more better. #Parada Nashi Subz Biryani : Flavourful basmati biryani cooked with veggies topped with saffron to give the nice color . decent #Ulte tawa ka paratha : Another Lucknawi special paratha goes well with the above curries. Desserts : #Haldi wali Kulfi : Who thought that someone shall make kulfi with turmeric as base. Im sure you cant recognize it until if someone mentions it #Kurkuri mysorePak Halwa : Crispy Wonton filled with thin layer of mysorepark inside is my favorite which is given in glass containing rabdi made of mix berries #gulab jamun Sufta : Gulab jamun mixed with rose flavoured rabdi is pretty interesting dish to try.. loved it.

According to me, Maziga is a synonym for a fine dine with amazing food and decent ambience. As soon you enter, they have varities of wines displayed around from which you can choose and order. They have 15 course menu, a-la-carte as well as lunch buffet. Except a-la-carte you need to have prior booking for the buffet or course menu. I came here with my friends for an early weekend dinner and we tried their a-la-carte menu. They have "All time lovers special" as welcome drink which is really good. It actually gives you a fresh start to your meal. From their starter menu, we took Bharwan Khumb - which is chesse & spices stuffed mushrooms. I personally love mushrooms, so loved this item. Another veg starter was "Eat at your own risk". Do not get frightned with the name, it is our own Mirchi bhaji with Maziga's touch. It has chesse stuffing and surprisingly it went really well with the green chillies. Achari olives Paneer tikka was also good, if you are paneer lover then do try it. From non-veg section, They have this amazing Sweet & Sour Jerky Lamb chops - beautifully presented and delicious in taste. Aother delicious item was "Roti pe Boti", sumptuous muttob on naan. My favourite from the menu was Baked Alaska Murgh Tikka, it is normal murgh tikka with a hint of delicious preparation. They even have chaat section, from that I tried and loved their "Artichoke & Kale" chaat. It is worth a try if you are willing to try chaats here. Also, if you love different filling samosas, try their "Goat Cheese Samosa". The size of samosa is quite small and a sweet dip comes with it, so dip it and then eat it. Their main course menu is like you have to go multiple times to try every item from the menu, as every item is delicious. We were good in numbers, so had the chance to try many items. Firstly, their dal makhni & garlic naan will surely make your day, do try this! They also have spinach risotto which was fingerliciously good. If i would have been alone, I would have licked the plate. Non-vegetarians, do try their Lamb Biryani. It is soulful, you will end up eating by your hands. In gravy, do try Lamb rogan josh with your choice of bread. If you are not a Lamb fan, then their Murgh tikka its a decent choice too. In desssert, they have something named as "Gulab Jamun Sufta". You might have not seen your gulab jamun in this state. Also, if you have a special love for pannacotta, do try their "Masal Thandai Pannacotta". I really had a satisfying meal here and would love to go again. If you really want to have a delicious meal and a wonderful experience overall, do try this! it's worth a try.

What a place!! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an overall package or food, Ambience and service. With Valentine's day coming ahead , this place should be in your go-to place :) It was in my bucket restaurant list since quite a long time, finally went there for a dinner. The majestic chandeliers will catch your eyes as soon as yo enter the place. What a lovely ambience it has got. The staff was very humble and took good care of our group. Thus service gets 6/5 :) The ambience and welcome left me asking more, so we waited for the food. We started with broccoli and lentil shorba, which is a must try for people looking for a change from the mail stream soups. It was perfectly made and was just delicious. Baked Alaska murgh Tikka, prawn kolliwada (must try), Tulsi and sarso fish Tikka tasted yum. I generally avoid vegetarian food when I am outside, but a fellow vegetarian friend of mine was so overwhelmed by the veg startes that I decided to have a bite. Achari olives paneer Tikka, dahi wale kabab were nice 😊 So options open for vegetarians. In main course everything we tried was decent but my must recommended dish will be paneer takatak Maggie masala. They have a variety of bread options, so listen to your heart, none of the dishes disappointed me. However the desserts we're not able to please me much , kukure Mysore Pak halwa was nice, rest were a little too sweet for my taste buds. Overall a must place to go!!

Luxurious interiors and decors, Maziga serves the new trend in market- Modernized Indian cuisine. With comfortable seatings and calm ambiance, we enjoyed their best curated dishes. They gave us a beautiful welcome drink, which would aid our thirst. They also have 15 course meal which was too much for us hence we settled for Ala carte. Started with some Artichoke and Kale chat. It was arranged in a row, placing artichokes and Kale alternatively and mashed potatoes in between them. It also had chopped onions, tomatoes and was topped with spicy & tangy chutneys, beaten curd and garnished with grated fried potatoes . It hits practically every element that makes something craveable- sweet, sour, tangy, spicy, and crunchy. Char Grilled Zucchini was a good experiment but we found it a little soggy but the Bharwan Kumbh (stuffed mushrooms) was actually surprising. Mushrooms stuffed with cheese and grilled was absolutely delicious. If you can handle some spicy chillies then 'Eat at your own risk' is a must try. Banana peppers (Bhavnagri Mirchi) are slit (without removing the seeds), stuffed with Cheddar cheese and Char Grilled. The seeds enhance the spiciness of the chilli and punches hard. It is indeed risky to eat! Most people in this busy time don't have the time to enjoy the luxury of an old-fashioned meal served in courses, but a little palate cleansing can increase the pleasure of even an every day meal. Here they have adopted this culture and a Traditional palate cleansers, a very mild mango Sorbet, is served so that you can enjoy every delicate bite of its exquisite cuisine. For main course we had assorted basket of Rotis and Awadhi Subzs Shahi meloni and Pakthani Pulav. The curry was made with some good amount out veggies and a mild gravy. We personally liked it! The Pulav was also tasty but little less on spices. For dessert we had, Thandai Panna Cotta- made from local drink thandai was another new dish we tried. Gulab Jamun sufta was basically mashed Gulab Jamun mixed with Rabdi. It was too sweet to handle; Rabdi could have been better as we have taste better Rabdis outside. And lastly Haldi Wali Kulfi made from Turmeric was star of the dessert. This was our experience; Your experience may be a better version of ours & we hope the same for you. Enlighten us about your visit and share your gyan with us. Cheers!! #BurpOutLoudly

Do you love calm and mesmerising ambience? Do you enjoy the fine dine experience?? Do you relish specially curated dishes with lots of creativeness?? If the answer is yes then "Maziga - Modern Indian Cuisine " is for you!! The moment you enter the restaurant, you get a calm feel with the adorable decor and soothing music. The service is top notch here. You need anything and just look sideways and someone from the staff will be there to assist. I went here on a Friday night with few friends to get a one time experience of their 15 course meal. Kiwi cooler was served as a welcome drink. It was quite refreshing. When I saw the 15 course meal menu, I got a bit skeptical about the same being a vegetarian and looking at most dishes being non vegetarian. I was assured by the manager that they serve an equally interesting vareint in veg for all the non veg items on the menu. First course had chat masala yoghurt spherification. It gave a blast of flavours when I took it in one go. Next was mix veg paw. All the veggies were properly cooked though the filling was quite less compared to the quantity of paw. Tempered quinoa upma with mustard seeds was one of my favourite here. It was a balance of health and taste. Next was slow cooked banana flower stuffed with carom seeds puff. It was my first try for the dish and found it pretty good in taste. The palate cleanser , green peas soup was the next course. Creamy and delicious , it was a joy for the tummy. Charcoal lentil pancakes were served with mix veggies. It was quite average and a bit oily for me. But next course compensated for it. White chocolate golgappa filled with chilli masala Pani. It was a delicious amalgamation of sweet and spicy flavours. Palak gucchi khichdi rissoto was my favourite here. Every bite entices you into another. By this time my tummy was full. But there still many items left in the menu. Biryani was very well Cooked and served with thick raita. In desserts we had thandai pannacotta and turmeric kulfi. My appetite returned after tasting these yummy desserts and I completed them gracefully. The dinner was an amazing experience here. One star is given for the creative presentation of all the dishes being served.

Bakasura is feeling rich! 😍 . . One of the most royal experiences that bakasura had had in recent times. Bakasura was here for dinner on a weekday. Well he wasn't here for any normal dinner. He was here for their amazing 12 course special meal. This has to be booked a day before. So be very aware of that. Don't just walk in and think you can have that. Once you book a day before. The meal will be ready for you. The special meal is 3 hrs long! The speciality of the meal is that it's the flavours of India! Covers unique items from pan India. The chef has curated one of the finest ones. The meal costs you ₹2200 per person. The meal is rich! In price and taste. Well deserves it All the 12 items are covered in the images do have a look. The soup, the Panna cotta, kulfi Biryani, every single one of them was ultra awesome. Bakasura is happy that he had this special course Truly a Bakasura Recommended one! Head over today!

Maziga follows the concept of a casual style cafe and dining experience with a Modern Indian cuisine menu that brings old Indian favourites, but with a twist. It is a first of its kind from Singapore. It creates an innovative Indian dining experience in a trendy and fun environment. Even though the vibe of this place is very modern, the menu still consists of traditional Indian dishes! Special mention to the Tulsi & Sarsowali Cod Fish Tikka, Oven Roasted Maahi, Dal Makhani & Coconut Jaggery Ice Cream. However, one dish that really stood out for me was the Haldi Wali Kulfi. It had nice and subtle Haldi flavour and it wasn't too sweet yet it had the perfect creaminess and consistency of a Kulfi. Food: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 4/5

P.S - this will be a detailed review as I can't do justice to the food without it...!! Maziga, meaning earthen pot/dish, symbolising how closely they are connected to the good old recipes of India even with a modern twist..!! Located in VR mall, Whitefield, this is a must visit place to have a royal dining experience..!! There are buffet tables which you can try or the 15 course chef special meal, which we tried and loved..!! Words can't describe the stupendous experience..!! Course 1 - chaat masala yoghurt spherification Spherification, a culinary process to convert liquid into squishy blob to gulp at once..!! Loved the texture and the chaat masala touch Course 2 - Veg kheema pav Pav is something very authentic to Maharashtra and I usually don't like people messing it up with different flavours. But these guys just nailed it with veg kheema stuffing and a sweet tangy sauce on top..!! Course 3 - Quinoa upma broccoli lime sauce Quinoa, something that needs to be cooked perfectly to be edible enough, which is a little difficult task. And preparing something as basic as upma with quinoa and making it extra ordinary takes a lot..!! Loved the lime sauce flavour, texture of upma and the blanched and grilled broccoli on top Course 4 - Mix veg cheese ball Veggies cooked to perfection, crispy from outside and cheesy oozy from inside..!! Perfect cheeseball 😍 Course 5 - Banana flower dumpling tomato split peas Have you ever tried dumplings made out of banana flower? Well you should if you haven't already..!! They taste the best, specially when served with the tomato split pea sauce Course 6 - Luke warm endamame beans and green peas soup Perfect soup to enhance the hunger Course 7 - charcoal lentil pancake and veg bharta Pancakes were soo crisp and the taste of veg bharta still feels on my pallet..!! Combination went real well..!! Course 8 - white chocolate golgappa bomb, chilli masala paani This was a unique golgappa variety I have tried..!! Although chocolate golgappa was sweet, the spicy Paani made it worth a try Course 9 - Tandoori veg tikka Tikka usually is deep fried or shallow fried. But these were tandoori grilled and the potato with sauce was a delightful combination Course 10 - Palak gucchi khichdi risotto One of the best dishes in the 15 course meal..!! Loved the perfectly cooked risotto and the mild taste of spinach in it..!! Course 11 - Veg kulcha laces with ittar kulchas are one of the staple foods in India. And giving a modern twist to it with ittar was a great and successful try Here we had mango sorbet, which was yummy and a pallet cleanser Course 12 - Vegetable Pilaf Again a modern twist to the regular rice Pilaf variety you have..!! Loved the lime sauce here again Course 13 - Biriyani and bhurani raita Who doesn't love Biriyani?? A variety of both veg and non veg biriyani, served in a cute little cup with tangy spicy bhurani raita Course 14 - Thandai Panna cotta Panna cotta with the Indian Thandai flavour..!! This reminded me of Holi festival flavours Course 15 - Turmeric Kulfi Never ever imagined kulfi in turmeric flavour and that it could taste out of the world..!! Loved loved loved it 😍 I could keep writing about this forever...! But will conclude here saying never miss a chance to try their dishes..!! 15 course meal is something I strongly suggest to everyone..!! Kudos to the chef and the team 😍
