It was not at all rush full peace ✌️ but they hadn't turned on ac it was hot 🥵 as usual kfc items were good.not so tasty for veg lovers.
This is usually a good place, but they have newly introduced a very useless system:
Step 1: Place order in Order Kiosk, it will say pick-up your order from counter.
Wait for order...
Step 2: Go ask the counter "why is my order taking time". Reply: "Sir, you have to bring the receipt from kiosk and come give it to us, then we will place the order". 🤦
I've consistently found this KFC branch to be among the top 3 in Bengaluru when it comes to taste. The chicken here is undeniably great, and that's a major draw for me. However, I must mention that the wait times can be quite extensive due to the limited number of staff available to take orders. It's not uncommon to find only one person handling the entire order queue, which can be frustrating during busy hours.
Additionally, the ordering kiosks, which could potentially alleviate the wait times, are often out of service. This is a bit disappointing as they could greatly enhance the efficiency of the ordering process.
Despite these operational challenges, I keep coming back for the delicious chicken. I hope the management considers investing in improving the service speed and maintenance of the kiosks to make the overall experience even more enjoyable.
After long time I had KFC Chicken maybe after 3 or 4 years back. That time we are not having any combo offers now if you see there so much option that you buy by sharing with you friends. If you come for the restaurant they maintained pretty well. Not to much crowd you have peacefully.
This one is located in the madiwala side of old total mall and all items are standard/good
KFC needs no introduction, got broast strips box, it was good and yummy as usual loved mustard sauce and mayonnaise. Chicken was tender juicy and crispy, smells and tastes out of the world. Got it on Wednesday discounts. There where 12 strips and all together costed Rs.335/-,
Wasnt crowded and got my order without much delay. Good behavior from staffs. The store was clean.
popped in around 11 pm before boardin my bus 10 mins my meal was ready that too fresh and hot! The gentleman who attended was an absolute class. If you have a bus scheduled at Madiwala late night and you wanna grab something get to kfc
Got a veg burger delivered home. Tasted so simple and nice, no extra vegetables, just some lettuce and sauce. The patties weren't soggy and the burger was compact.
Good place to sate your craving for chicken.. the quality has been maintained. The staff need to be however trained to serve the customer in a friendly manner and promptly. But on the whole a good experience. Nothing much to describe as we all know KFC is very famous among all non veg eaters. The grill chicken is simply awesome and tasty also there speciality of chicken popcorn and crushers will steal your heart. So just go and relax at KFC.
