My husband love their Masala puri, so we visit here often. Tried their Malai gulab jamun which was gooey, sandy, hot and soft. Their sweets are up to the mark. Fresh, rich and good quality.

A personal favorite of mine. Love the varieties. Especially cashew sweets. I love the kaju roll, anjeer burfi, shahi gulab jamun, and namkeens. Dont miss shahi gulab jamun. One of the best in india. Its that good.Another star attraction is chole bhature. The best I have tasted in whole of Bangalore. Delicious velvety chole cooked in a piquant masala gravy. Bhature paper thin and golden brown.. mouth watering. You only get on Sunday and have to book it one day prior overphone on Saturday.. Everything gets sold out. Booking is compulsory else you will be disappointed. They make great chaats. Especially pani puri, dahi puri. Authentic delhi style. I highly recommend this place. Don't miss it.

One of the best chole Bathure in Bengaluru!! . Kartik's Mithai, founded by Late Shri Kailash Chandji Agarwal in 1974, after they moved from Delhi to Bengaluru. . They started serving Chole Bathure in 1991 at Rs. 12/- a plate, Since then its been a runaway hit. . My first bite of this beautiful Chole Bathure started 15 yrs ago after reading an article on Times of India. . Back then the flavours were too intense for my palate, but after exploring food of Delhi, my palate did open up & I began to relish these fried fluffy pillows & spicy/tangy masala. . . . . In the Post 🎥 ➖Chole Bathure with Khatte Aloo, Onions, Chilies & a Wedge of Lemon. . . . Where ❓➖Karthik’s Mithai, CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru. (Available every Sunday morning on preorder). . . . Timings ⏰ ➖Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 am (For Chole Bathure). . . . Price 💵 ➖Rs. 250/- to 300/- for 2. . . . Verdict 💯➖ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . The first thing I see about a Chole Bathure Is the way the bathure is puffed up & how light it is, its all in the kneading… The chole basically is spicy & tangy with a hint of sweetness, we get top notes of tang from the anardana, spice & pungency from the julienned ginger, the sweet flavour of the tomatoes & onions mellows down the entire concoction & becomes one perfect blend… everyone has their secret recipe!! Thats the best part of any legendary food joint!! . Relishing these at multiple nooks & carts of Delhi, this plate of Chole Bathure really had a flavour connect with the top places I tried in Delhi… . Off late every locality has a Chole Bathure shop, even places which call themselves idli experts are frying up so called ‘bathures’ … .

Kartik’s Is the place for chaats from the time I have been a child and now my daughter loves the Rasogollas , started eating there from 1998 in the first store they had at indiranagar just below the current metro station and then metro fiasco made them to relocate to another place close , but now they are back at permanent place and continues to be my weekly once spot. The owner & staff are very friendly . Though they have expanded presence to other areas and the main chef is not in indiranagar anymore but the quality here remains same from 1998. The best of sweets & chaats, Dahi Puri is my favourite. Price wise it’s increased now but quality & hygiene has not been compromised so it’s ok.

Just tried the famed Motichoor Ladoos of Kartik's. And I would say the yellow pearls of goodness dripped in a nuanced amount of sugary sweetness bore the resemblance of honey pearls if it ever existed. The Ladoos fragile in their structural integrity but mesmerizing in their culinary expertise were like a festival of sweetness in mouth. The most wonderful thing about those ladoos was the fact that even though you could distinguish each pearl separately yet they choose to melt in your mouth as if they sublime your consciousness into the state of eudaimonia. In a nutshell, the famed ladoos of Kartik's exceeded my expectations.

Kartik's Mithai is oldest Chole Bhature eatary in Bengaluru. They have variety of North Indian chaats and sweets but they are famous for chole bhature. The Chole Bhature are just amazing. The bhature are fluffy, very less oily, actually you won't feel oil on your hand and not heavy too. The chole had spice levels, and the chole were cooked perfectly. One must not miss masala aloo served along with chole, it goes very well with chole and doesn't overpower the taste. *Note*- It is served Only on Sundays and one must pre-order it on Saturday using their website as they make in smalll quantity.

After so much hype, and early bookings for 7 plates of Chhola Bhatura, I finally ended up here on a Sunday! Here's the review: In case you're thinking of having chhole bhature here, you need to have a booking. They serve it only on Sundays between 9am-11am. Even for this, you would need to book a prepaid per plate reservations. It is served with 2 regular sized bhatura per plate, chhole, potato and onions. The food was hot and fresh. Bhature tasted almost as good as authentic North Indian dhabas! Chhole were a little too spiced up but all in all it tasted good. Seating space is very limited with very small tables. Seating together with even mid sized group could be an issue. Otherwise, it looks well maintained and hygienic. The food and the experience was good! But worth the hype? Maybe not.
