Got a chance to try out at this restaurant on a weekday. I got a good deal from dineout for buffet. So I have visited this restaurant. There was two soups, two veg/non-veg starters, two veg/non-veg starters, salads and desserts. I had doubt because its a part of hotel, but the food taste was good.

Sometimes memories makes the place better! Well, we had our first R&D team dinner here at burgandy restaurant in Royal orchids suites hotel. Not quite far away from ITPL, it was a good choice to celebrate the start of something new.
The starters were quite good, both veg and non veg. And it kept coming until we have to take a break! The main course was a buffet selection. The deserts were good too. The interior is nicely decorated and serene and keeps the vibes alive.
Good cozy place to hangout. Not suitable for big group. Tables are bit small. Service time is more.

Good restaurant.. customer service good, eats are well cooked. Staff isn't much but they try to their job nicely. The restaurant is located in the Royal Orchid Suites. If you wish to have a party here the capacity with comfort is around 100. The security is well trained to handle the cars coming into the premises. Overall experience is good.
Great food, great place but too much waiting time.
I had quite a few meals here when I stayed in the attached hotel. The breakfast was very good. It offered a mix of dishes from India and more western items including omelets, french toast, pancakes, etc. I also had a few dinner here and most of the dishes were good. One dinner was just ok, but I think that was mostly because the service that particular night was not good. The service for every other meal was fantastic. Everyone was nice

the location of this place is a bit off the road.
place is not 5 star hotel standard.its a decent place. we went to this place when GIRF was running. chicken malai tikka is too good. onion ring was too oily. the quantity of the mocktail is not gr8. overall a decent place with gr8 service.
price wise also its reasonable.
