It was all time fav of mine wen i was in indiranagar in 2010-2012...!!! I just visited and at around 8:30 pm i cudnt find most of the sweets...!! The taste has really cum dwn..!! I think management need to really take care with the taste..!!
Was here around a month and a half back. Tasted the Bengali special sandesh along with a Kolkata styled samiosa. The samosa was quite unlike the average samosa you'll find here in Bangalore. Had a distinct, welcoming aroma about it. Too bad they ran out of stock for the other items I had in mind.
I LOVE soanpapdi from KC Das! It's my favorite Indian sweet. I could eat a whole box by myself. I've tried it from other sweet shops but they're not as good as the ones from KC Das.
Its a small shop with no seating available. We tried Kshir Kadam, cham cham, rossamalai and sondesh. The sweets were yummy! They also had a variety of milk sweets available.
Sweets are tasty.
Rasamanjari - succulent
My all time favorite :P Rasgulla and soanpapdi is also good. Didn't like the kaju katli :(
Samosa sucks big time! :(
Worst cutlet i ever tasted :(
The sweets from KC das are renowned and really keep up their good name. The owner himself recommends the best ones and they are definitely worth trying. If you have a sweet tooth this is the heaven you were looking for, a treat for all the bengali sweet lovers. The owner is really kind, we were short on money so he obliged and said to return afterwards, which we did eventually.
Had been to this outlet couple of times. Tried the samosa, kheer kadam, langcha, sandesh & couple of other sweets. It is fresh and reasonable as per the price tag of bengaluru.
KC Das, as any of their store in this chain even this store is as good. This store is pretty big and has all the sweets which are there to offer. It is very clean and the people who work here wear their gloves at all time and they weigh and pack the sweets with at most precision. I was awe-struck when I first went here and the guy packed around 10-12 boxes in just 3-4 mins times I was there. He was on fire. Good place to go for your sweet tooth. Price wise its reasonable.

We stopped at this place because my Mum has fond memories of K.C. Das's Bengali sweets from the time that she lived in Bangalore years ago.
Revisiting memories meant that I got to taste some lightly sweetened and absolutely delicious "Mishti Doi". In addition, I had their fabulous "Rasmalai", which was a revelation in its sweetness and fluffiness. The Irani Delight is another good try.
The only reason I have taken off a star is for their Turkish Delight, which is overtly sweet and does not really resemble the Turkish Delight from Turkey.
But for their Bengali sweets, would recommend !!
Nice sweet store in indiranagar. But limited items compared to St marks road branch.
I tried the rasmalai and one other sweet and they were really good. Pricing was also decent.
The Place is small but would definitely serve you well if you're craving for Indian sweets.
The Mysore Pak is a must try. It tasted mesmerizing, it simply melted inside the mouth. Others sweet are also pretty amazing. The reception staff was pretty humble and helpful. Overall 5⭐️
Good quality of sweets and tasty receipts
Nice bengali sweets including soft juicy rasgullas, malpuas and other typical east Indian sweet stuff. However I find the shop almost empty several times as I walk past it almost everyday... most times they're very low on stock.
The options are limited compared to St Marks Rd branch n available based on the time u visit. Very small space n no tables / chairs like the other one. But the sweets are trademark n awesome
Very good sweets, esp Mishti Doi and Badam Halwa. Good Chiwda too. No parking available at the shop, but is available across the road opposite side on Double Road (now called Paramahansa Yogananda Road)..just some 40ft away.
This place has a decent variety of sweets and savouries. It's meant to be a small takeaway joint. One of the very few places to serve Mishti Doi and boy does it taste heavenly!
Good quality Bengali sweets. Down papdi is the surprise highlight and must try, eat completely within 1hour of opening the box. Little on expensive side.
