provided excellent customer service to solve my problem.
Visited this branch to resolve issues with online banking and Sukanya samridhi plan. Got the prompt response and they addressed it well. Thanks to Amaresh. Felt like this branch is in safe hands.
The Branch Manager Rakesh is very nice person, The way he is handling the customers is very polite.. I felt the overall service is better than private banks.
3 atm machines, out of which 2 has cash deposit feature also. One seperate Passport printing machine. 100,200 not available only ₹500 in general.
I am surprised with the negative comments on this branch. I don't know abt manager, but trust me, all 3 persons, 2 ladies and a Gentleman, sitting in counter are extremely helpful and friendly. They are superfast, and guide needy people. I forgot the Gentleman name, he is in blue shirt in a pic posted by someone here. They changed my perception of SBI bank. Keep it up ..

Wonderful service and they talk so politely and kindly. The satffs in SBI give a clear solution in depth. Best Bank and staff co-operation is too good compared to all other banks .
