Cleanest place and food you get here is tastier. Here you will get one of the best coffee.
Have tried a lot of their dishes like idli, dosas and chaats as well. The dosa and vada are very good but chaats were very average. Had Samosa chaat and Raj Kachori. Good place for south indian food!!
This place is famous for chats and I am a big fan of their chats. Being a Maharashtrian,I was in search of perfect spicy, tangy and crunchy chats when this place caught my attention. I thought of trying it out. Been here for almost 4-5 times and tried many of their dishes.
Dahi chat, papdi chat, bhel puri, aloo puri, samosa chat.
All the chats were tasty and upto the mark. The best thing I liked about this place is the chance to customize the chats. The chats are prepared in front of us so we can suggest the ingredients to be included in the dishes.
.
The service is fast and the staff are polite too.
.
This will always be my favourite evening hangout place.
If you can travel miles to get to freshly brewed, good tasting filter coffee then coffee at Brahmin's kitchen is a must try. Otherwise, the food is just ordinary. Apt place for a pocket friendly, quick bite of south Indian snacks/breakfast if you are nearby. Visited the place on Saturday morning around 11am for breakfast and had ordered for masala dosa, upma, vada and coffee. While the food was ordinary, coffee is what I liked the most of all the items ordered, to the extent that I complimented the person who was preparing coffee. Seating arrangement is limited and is reserved primarily for senior citizens however they do have counter tables where one can stand and eat. Though the place is small, the management has tried its best to interior decorate the place with brass show pieces which looked good. What I also liked personally is that this place supports saving nature by not using plastic and encouraging customers to bring vessel/containers for parcels. Overall, its a quick bite restaurant with no frills/Darshini that offers ordinary but quick breakfast with good filter coffee. 4 stars for its effort to save earth and ofcourse awesome coffee.
Situated a bit interior on the double road near gkvk, hebbal, this is a must place to go if you stay in the vicinity. A small outlet probably 6 months old is serving hygienic and tasty south indian food. To start off with, this place is at a corner and isn't difficult to locate. The ambience is pretty clean and simple and what I like is they have displayed the antique kitchen utensils which were used in cooking earlier. The item is fixed with limited items and prices are also very economical. The tasty was good especially the idlis were soft with texture. The vadas were not hot though and was okayish. Dosa was soft and less oily. Throughout all this was the accompaniment of spicy chutney and tangy sambar which complemented the dish very well. Overall it is a food joint which is considered dependable for above average breakfast or evening snacks.
Gud place for best breakfast and coffee at sahakarnagar... The location is such tat many drop in while on their way to office and they won't b disappointed by the breakfast and coffee
Yet another eat out like any sagars and darshinis.
True to it's name Brahmin's kitchen for all the Brahmin's out there.
Usually crowded during the morning and the evenings.
Taste - 3.5
Cleanliness- 3.5
Self Service and no seating available.
Brahmin’s Kitchen is small fast food/Darshini kinda place on the corner of the junction of railway parallel road near Kodigehalli gate and Sahakarnagar. Self service with a few seating table available as well.
It’s a new place which caters to South Indian tiffins/dishes. Its been maintained well with spot on cleanliness.
My first positive thing about the place is the Sambar, YES !!! Finally one good place which serve good sambar in to north part of the city. They chutney too is very tasty too.
Vadas are crisp, idlys are soft and no complaints what so ever. Not the best of the vegetable/Bombay saagu but a very soft set Dosa and crispy Masala Dosa with a pretty good aloo-onion subzi/Palya. Kharabath-kesaribath are a must try too but didn’t like the bisibele bath.
Here are everyday specials put up on the board, which I haven’t ever tried so far (maybe you could try them 👻).
Finally the coffee- filter cothas coffee, not the best but will suffice.
Overall I pretty good breakfast place with fast yummy South India thindis - a saviour to me for breakfasts !!!
Some of the best South Indian in town. Utmost quality and at a very nominal price. When I mean, it's actual quality. A true Brahmin Food experience. They've also come up with new innovative millet varieties of their Dosa and even their Pongal has a millet variety.
A nice, above average, Veg fast food joint near railway parallel road. Yummy Idli vada and Chutney are a must have. Masala dosa is average.
Very clean place and friendly staff. Very quick service.
A place like this was much needed in Sahakaranagar.
The place is definitely a 3.5. since Zomato doesn't let me rate in decimals I've given it a four. Again, just another fast food joint with a small menu for a quick bite. If you're in a hurry this place is right on the main road and conveniently accessible. Will not vouch on the food and say it's good, it's just average. Although I really like the coffee served here.
Strong coffee is highly recommended.
Service : 4/5 ( Self service but friendly staff)
Ambience : 4/5 ( Small place but feels live and breezy)
Taste : 3.5/5
Garnish/Presentation : 3.5/5
Value for money : 4.5/5
The hotel has limited seating. Good to have South Indian food. But chats are ok. Have ample option for carparking
Nothing like an early morning Sunday breakfast at one of Bangalores vegetarian joints. This is a good one for sure. Everything we ordered was up to the mark. Road side parking available. Very less sitting area. Will have to be on your top musical chair form in order to get a seat.
Quick breakfast place. Enjoy hot idli, Vada, Sambar and chutney. Can also have Shavige bath, Rava Idli, MASALA dosa, hot filter coffee.
Best place for breakfast and snacks.
Nearby restaurant from my place, I visit here many times! Good for breakfast and quick snacks!
One of the best places to have breakfast. All the items were served hot and tasted good. Staff were friendly. There was not so much delay in the service.
Seating capacity is less compared to the crowd. There could have been more cleanliness.
Great place for breakfast and tiffins in north Bengaluru. Very tasty food especially tatte idli. Good filter coffee. It is adjoining to a college so lots if college crowd frequent this place. If you are in the same locality then definitely visit this place.
A few Mangalore dishes are really tasty, like the buns, golibaje, neer dosa. The only problem I found personally is the servers using bare hands to put vada and other things on the plate. It's a small joint, but kinda good food. 👍🏻
A decent vegetarian place, affordable and the food was also good.
A good option for vegetarian lovers who wish to have food that tastes like home.
We visited in the afternoon, we ordered pulao, mixed veg paratha, goli baje(Manglore Bajji the name on their menu),coffee.
Pulao was average, raita was good.mixed veg paratha size was small but the count was 2 price was Rs.130 which was a bit high for the self service! Goli baje was good though not authentic. Coffee was average.
Overall a good place for a quick food.
Parking by the side of the road is not a headache as it will not be too crowded on the other sides of the road.
i go here almost everyday for tea/coffee with friends. The cashier is friendly and smiling. The food is very good and you can see the hygienic part a lot. i like shavige bath, butter masala dosa, akki rotti and bajji here. and all hot beverages. one is less just because of the price.
